N4U Guest House Florence  

Totalmente recomendable. Increíble sitio, inmejorable localización y trato excelente.

Hay que subir bastantes escaleras hasta el piso y el baño, aunque privado, está fuera de la habitación. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido.

There are 77 steps before you reach the guest house part of the building-you need to be fairly fit to carry your luggage up! Air conditioning is cheap free standing unit which is incredibly noisy.

If you're looking for a low budget hotel with a great location this is your place. The breakfasts were fabulous and its located in a fun part of town and when closed windows you can't hear a thing. However if your traveling with lots of luggage and an elderly person this is not the place for you. There is no elevator and too many stairs to climb. Also, there is no phone, no tv, and couldn't get soap for the shower. No front desk either, which is difficult if you're not an accomplished traveler who needs help getting around town. I'd consider returning if I was with my husband and was guaranteed a room on a lower level because it's very quaint.

Definitely the beautiful room (with an amazing fresco in the ceiling)!!! Location is great as well and the breakfast has a good relation quality/price.

Only not having elevator...but you can handle with that! Oh and you can get a room with a outside bathroom but that was not our case...

The location is just few steps to the Duomo.

The smell of the bathroom is not so pleasant.

The location of the Guest House is exactly in the historical center of Florence. The decoration is nice.

The time of the check in (14.00 - 18.00) is not convinient. The bathroom it was private, but not in the room. I had to go down the corridor to reach it. The bed was double but with two single matresses instead of one double!!! The heating of the room was poor. The calorifier it was not even warm. No elevator, no changing of towels. Generally, too expensive for the poor services that provides.

La decoration de la chambre etait magnifique, l'emplacement parfait ! Rien a redire la dessus !

Le bruit ! Nous avons l'impression de dormir dans la rue, vraiment dommage ! Prix élevé etant donne que ce n'est pas un hotel, donc aucun service hôtelier si ce n'est le menage de la chambre le matin.

Α)Μας χρέωσε επιπλέον 30€ γιατί φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο στις 6μμ (ήθελε 60€) Β)τα δωμάτια ήταν στον 2ο όροφο και η ταλαιπωρία μας με τις αποσκευές πολλή μεγάλη Δεν είχε ανελκυστήρα. Γ) είχε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο από τον δρόμο

Leuke kamers, enkel jammer dat badkamer niet op kamer is... Maar dat wisten we op voorhand, dus daar kunnen we niet over klagen

ontbijt is geld absoluut niet waard

Localisation idéale au centre de Florence, tout se fait à pied.

Problème d'isolation phonique avec la rue: beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit car Florence est énormément visitée par des groupes de tous pays qui sortent tard (ce qui est légitime) et qui donc font pas mal de bruit en rentrant à leur hôtel. Certaines fois on avait l'impression de dormir dehors... Gros point noir de cette guest house
