N4U Guest House Florence  

The ceilings were high with nice art work. Good location for shopping.

First off, 30 Euro charge if you don't arrive between 2-6PM. Absolutely ridiculous. Guy at the check in basically told us we pay it or we don't get the keys. Second, no ammenaties. No telephone, no in-room washroom, no alarm clock, no TV, no parking. This is basically a hostel.

Great Staff, helpful to organize tours and museums. Great location right to the Dome and Uffizi, minute walking distance to all attractions. Amazing rooms, clean and very comfortable, super design decorated. Great services, free wifi free mineral water and free coffee facility. Great breakfast. We will be there again.

The location is very central. It feels like a home, not like a hotel.

I didn't expect the bathroom not to be inside the room (even though it was exclusive for our use). In fact, from the pictures, I was expecting something completely different. Also, we had to pay 30 euros extra for arriving after 6 p.m. But that's what happens when you don't go to a proper hotel. This is a guest house, and now I see the difference.

Communication about facilities and staffing is important. I didn't find out until after booking that my room did not have an attached bathroom. Also, staff is only available from 2PM to 6PM. She was quite helpful, but should you encounter problems you are really on your own.

This B&B is very good and modern. It's in the Historical Center which is great. The Staff was ok.

The facilities are great and the bedroom also. The confort accomodation wasn't the best just because our private bathroom wasn't located inside the bedroom but outside at the end of the corridor.

Fantastico soggiorno, bellissima struttura. Ottima la colazione servita in camera con prodotti appena sfornati profumati e fragranti. Personale preparatissimo per organizzare escursione e prenotazioni. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo a tutti I nostri amici questa incantevole struttura in pieno centro a due passi da tutto!

Très bien placé au centre ville.

Très bruillant (pas de double vitrage), très chaud malgrès la climatisation

Α)Μας χρέωσε επιπλέον 30€ γιατί φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο στις 6μμ (ήθελε 60€) Β)τα δωμάτια ήταν στον 2ο όροφο και η ταλαιπωρία μας με τις αποσκευές πολλή μεγάλη Δεν είχε ανελκυστήρα. Γ) είχε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο από τον δρόμο

Leuke kamers, enkel jammer dat badkamer niet op kamer is... Maar dat wisten we op voorhand, dus daar kunnen we niet over klagen

ontbijt is geld absoluut niet waard

Localisation idéale au centre de Florence, tout se fait à pied.

Problème d'isolation phonique avec la rue: beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit car Florence est énormément visitée par des groupes de tous pays qui sortent tard (ce qui est légitime) et qui donc font pas mal de bruit en rentrant à leur hôtel. Certaines fois on avait l'impression de dormir dehors... Gros point noir de cette guest house
