Location very central to major sights. Staff friendly and very helpful. A great experience.
Excellent position with access to restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This B&B is new, and very well appointed: bright and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly go back to Napolart next time we visit Naples.
The staff was very nice and the location and the bed and breakfast was very great.
I didn't like that the shower in our room didn't work properly. So each night and morning we had to shower in the other room we also had people staying in. They did not fix the shower while we were staying either. I also didn't like that I requested late check out a week before arriving and the morning of check out they told us that we had to be out of the room. I could understand if I had asked that morning but I asked a week before and was given the ok from them. I showed them the confirmation and I still had to be out of the room early.
Nicely appointed rooms. Good service. Good value and helpful staff.
Narrow staircase to the bedroom loft. Some rooms facing the street can get noisy in the morning.
A very pretty set up with a lot of attention to detail. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast.
On arrival downstairs the area can seem a bit daunting as there's no major signage outside. This can throw off a few people. One you figure out the lift and get to the third floor it's all okay!
Breakfast and the staff at reception and at breakfast
It is ridicolous to pay 10 c for the elevator in 2014!
Location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness.
Outside entrance was kind of scary. But, once inside, all was good. Need paper map of directions to Dock where excursions to Capri were located. Also how to find hop on hop off bus location.
It was everything is excellent, clear rooms, breakfast was wonderful, friendly rooms.
Spacious rooms (we had the studio with two toilets and two TV's), very good breakfast for Italian standards, very helpful and friendly personnel. Nice old building quite close to the city center and the harbor.
Ventilation in the rooms was poor, this also caused some moisture problems with the wooden ceiling. WiFi was very unpredictable. Shower drain was not running properly.
We disliked Naples as soon as we arrived and the only thing saving our experience in the city was this amazing b&b. Despite the lift requiring 10c to operate, the building itself was great. Very secure and wow. What a b&b! The staff were lovely and helpful. And the room!!!! Fantastic. Wonderful kitchen and great towels. Such a comfy bed. And breakfast. What a spread. Homemade cakes and fresh espressos. Belissimo! Honestly was a fantastic haven with two good pizza restaurants (next door and across the road) meaning we didn't have to go far to eat.
Honestly could not fault it. Clean. Good wifi. Although could get slow every now and then.
After a while spent trying to find the hotel (B&B) we were welcomed with coffee on the outside dining area. We were concerned when shown the room that it was at the front by the street and would be noisy, it wasn't and we slept beautifully. The staff were charming and breakfast set us up for the day. No complaints at all.
That we couldn't stay longer
Naples is a big noisy city, but Napolart was a quite retreat, with a lovely little patio. Good location, and great breakfasts. It was a little difficult to find, as it does not have a sign on the street, but it was certainly worth finding. The staff was very helpful.
We had a great little kitchenette, but it was not well equipped. The staff was helpful in supplying things as we asked for them.
Cleanliness & Staff
Room was way too hot, and was told it was "impossible" to make temperature lower. Literally couldn't sleep because of how hot I was. Woke up up in middle of night several times sweating/dripping into my pillow. Very uncomfortable!
Great staff Cleanliness Nice breakfast Nice studio
There was a slight constant noise like water running during the night but did not affect our sleep too much. First night AC was broken but was fixed the next day.
Location and facilities. Very clean and soft bed. Fresh, tasty breakfast.
The street was busy until late mid-night and could be challenging for light sleepers.
Friendly and helpful staff Lovely clean and quiet room Really good bathroom and shower Very nice breakfast
Excellent location to port and via Toledo and Universita Metro. New modern rooms. Big bathroom. Very friendly staff if somewhat inexperienced in the hotel business. Exceptional value for the money. Will be very close to the new metro station being build.
This is not a negative comment but a warning for people that are not used to traveling in Italy. The entrance to the elevator to the hotel is behind a big old garage door. You could easily walk by. Poor sign. When you use the elevator you need 10 cents to operator - used to be very common.
The staff was superb. I loved the introduction about the city. Great minimalistic design. Breakfast was good.
The staff was very helpful, the room was huge and the strawberry pie was delicious.
It is difficult to find on the first time. The hotel name is only displayed on the entry phone of the building.
The sight if the wifi

I had to leave
We arrived exhausted so being offered a cold drink before we checked in was lovely. The room was great, the staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious. We tried to book a week later with friends but it was booked out, no surprise!
Air con didn't work very well
