clean rooms, nice and modern architecture, helpful staff, location (close to the subway and Duomo is just 3 stops away). I'd definitely recommend it
it was more like a boutique hotel than a 4 star hotel. Not crowded, so the breakfast includes little amount of things and selections. Bed could be a little more comfortable.
Very quiet room (facing an inner backyard)
Smell from the bathroom. Fine Leaving the window slightly open
low speed internet connection
Quietness Excellent staff Very good breakfast
Working desk could be bit larger
Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean.
Had to ask for blanket as it was hard to keep the room warm.
An honest mistake was made with relation to the check out time. The hotel manager kindly agreed to waiver all charges for a second nights stay even though we were obliged to pay for it.
The location (next to Metro Lima on Line 1, 4 stops from The Duomo), the room was very clean and quiet (5th floor), Breakfast was very good
Decor, included breakfast. Giant bathroom, comfy bed and bedding, staff extremely professional.
Loved it all
- Breakfast was mediocre. - Style and design of the hotel. - Lots of food in minibar (at minibar prices :) ). - Located near the shopping street, metro station is near. - Slippers. - View from balcony in bathroom.
- Internet is rather poor. - Breakfast wasn't filled with scrambled eggs and sausages when everything was eaten. - Living room window was on the same level as fire exit balcony. - Was disturbed by maid while had Do Not Disturb button enabled. - Far from downtown and rather far from central station. - Terrible designer sink and faucet, very unpractical and hard to use.
Staff was very helpful. Loved the sophisticated decor and the amazing aroma of the hotel (as soon as you walk in, you will notice it). At breakfast they have fresh fruit and they prepare amazing coffee. Used the laundry service, it was perfect. Metro stop is down the street, you will reach il Duomo in 5 minutes. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a boutique hotel in Milan.
everything was perfect!
1-friendly staff 2- good decoration with modern style
1- small beds 2- tv is so old and not all channels were working 3- poor breakfast collection 4- even though its 4 star hotel they do not have some one to take the bags to the rooms 5- AC is controlled by the reception
Location, breakfast, room facilities, balcony, girl at breakfast was very nice and fast, actually very good hotel though you shall understand that details are the most important-able to ruin or improve everything.
Black hair on our towels, bath tube, everywhere-it was actually scary.. As we love it clean. No blanket as option. High pillows.
Jacuzzi in the room
Bed sheets were yellow, not comfortable bed and dirty old small blanket.
Room was newly renovated with a bedroom, 2 full (but small) baths...and a jacuzzi tub in the living room w the the pull out sofa (which was very comfortable). Since we were able to fit 4 (3 adults, 1 child) in the room, we saved a bundle not having to get 2 rooms in Milan. Other rooms looked like they had a balcony. Besides our check-in (a bit cold reception after a long flight from NYC). But, from then on, very friendly staff and helpful with restaurants and taxis etc. Location is great if you want to get slightly farther away from the tourist hubbub which we welcomed. Got to hang out with more of the Italian crowd...and visit very reasonably priced trattoria/osteria....the way to go for sure. It is very close to the M1 line which takes you to all that hubbub, but you can walk it too in 15 mins. Breakfast was fine. Very quiet room - no disturbances.
The jacuzzi took up so much room that there was virtually zero space to unpack things. No closet space except on small armoire. And we were three adults and a 5 yo. Room was cramped, but we made do. Layout was just weird. We were on the first floor, so very little light too. Asked to be moved to a slightly larger room and was told the whole line was the same...and they only had 4 of the rooms - no balcony, and very little light.
- Design of the rooms is nice (though you need to like black&white) - Music in the bathroom - Parking in front of hotel (only 2 places for 15 euro per day, otherwise in a parking closeby which is probably more expensive, since its in centre of Milan) - Location is perfect: close to metro, but everything is also ok to walk - Even though it is located in centre and close to very busy street, there is nothing to be heard of streetnoise in rooms (we had a room at streetside) -
- Breakfast was boring - Connection between shower and floortiles wasn't perfect, so that after we both showered, the floor was soaking wet (a towel wasn't enough to get it dry)
Nice, new and clean. Breakfast OK, even though the same very day. Not far from the center and next to a M1 metro line, which goes directly to Duomo.
The stuff was very helpfull and very nice - not like in others Italian hotels I've used to visit. For all our needs they have a solution - they have parked our car in parking garage nearby, give us un umbrella when it was raining, breakfast has been delicious and the room was also nice decorated and furnished.
Nothing to say.
Architecture and staff Clean
Breakfast is poor Location isn't central
Location and service
Hotel is situated a few steps from Lima metro station, 1 min from Corso Buenos Aires. 5 min by car (3 metro stops) to Milano Centrale. Everything is new there, very stylish interior, tasty breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries. Good choice is you arrive to Linate airport and would like to be close to city center.
Very small rooms. Bathroom is super tiny. Kind of cold/unfriendly attitude of employees.
Location was good with easy access to the subway and main shopping streets.
Room was on the small side, even though we booked a junior suite.
Central, luxury feel, friendly staff, good value !
Location and kitchen and staff
in the room no electric boiler nor coy
