close to the central train station
no storage place in the facility. we had to store our belongings in teh central station and pay
Nice sized room & comfy bed. Small kitchen facility in studio which was great. Good breakfast and snacks available. Helpful suggestions about places to visit provided. Close to metro.
Shower was small even for slender person & could have been hotter. Need to be careful of loose leaf table, could do with stabilising leg to prevent breakages. Glass doors separating areas and bathroom wasn't ideal.
Close to train station, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful,
the shower room kinda small, can feel the tram when it pass by
The delicious breakfast is served daily. The owner was very friendly. During stay here was not lack
more close to the city center location
This B&B is very conveniently located close to the train and Metro systems. And Antonio is very accommodating and great to work with. He makes you feel at home away from home. Very clesn..great breakfasts..and great location!
The owners are terrific and do everything they can to make your stay agreeable. Very fair price for central Rome lodging. Lots of hot water and good wifi. Location is 10-minute walk from Termini train station, handy on day you fly in or out.
The hotel is located in a slightly grungy neighbourhood near Termini train station. Not best location for good cafes and eateries or strolling around at night, especially if you are on your own.
Great location and good wifi signal.Nice towels.
We stayed in junior suite. Super small shower that you can barely get in. Definitely would suggest to stay there only for slim build people as the shower is XS size.Constant metro noise.Kitchen foldable table not safe for use as it unexpectedly folded down and smashed all dishes with breakfast on it onto my legs including hot coffee.By miracle I didn't get bad burns as kept my leg for a good while under cold water.Antonio didn't even apologize, didn't offer us another breakfast as it all ended up on the floor we had to throw in the bin and his reaction was the most shocking as he said '' oh now you are awake for sure''.Me and my husband couldn't believe our ears what we have just heard, really shocked to hear something like this on our first morning in Rome. Our junior suite and office was only separated by glass wall and you could hear and see if someone was in the office, which felt like we had no privacy. Also staff was smoking in the office and all our suite smelled like smoke all the time.We are non smokers and for us wasn't pleasant experience.Would I stay here again? No and wouldn't recommend to our friends or family.
Antonio was very helpful and friendly everything was perfect
Antonio our host was of great help at a very distressing time. We highly recomennd his B & B. From Helen & Rob Australia.
The owner of Rhome86 is very nice and has good soul. He's working very hard to give the guests a pleasant stay.
Very close to Termini train station and metro. Our room was very bright and clean but a bit small for 4 people (unless you travel with young children).
The common area is very dark (but nicely decorated). The area (outside) in general was not that great.
Everything! Antonio was a brilliant host and went out of his way to make our staying amazing!
Antonio the owner was absolutely amazing. Upon arrivial he showed us the best places to visit and.eat on the map as well as the best gelato place in Rome! Which was just down the road from the hotel. We visited all the places he reccomended and our trip was really enhanced for it! All the staff made us feel right at home and we got a feeling they genuinely care about the guests the rooms were huge and very clean too the hotel is outside the main tourist area which makes it nice and quite
Everything. Antonio was very helpful and nice to us, and prepared a gift to us as we mentioned we had honeymoon in Rome, which NO other hotels did to us (We had booked 7 hotels for this honeymoon trip). Also a brief to us where we should visit, good restaurant recommendation, to brighten our time in Rome. Thanks again to Antonio!!
The pillow was soft and flat to me.
Staffs there are amazing!Once we arrived, the handsome young man gave us a briefing about everything we may need in Rome. Lucia was also very kind.the room made us feel like home! such a great experience!
Antonio is truly a great host! He will do the best he can the to make your trip easy and pleasant. On the morning we left, our airport shuttle did not show up. We woke him up while he was still in sleep; he quickly showed up and called us a cab. He even gave us 5 euros since the cab is more expensive than the shuttle bus we expected and we spent all the cash on purpose :( It was a great stay indeed, gave our Italy trip a perfect ending.
no phone or wake up call
Antonio was extremly kind, considerate and helpful, the decoration of the flat was harmonious and pleasant in deep details.
Very thin walls, both internal and external noises disturbing.
Breakfast was nice, the host Antonio was very helpful and kind.Good location, next to the metro station.
The room was very small and next to the kitchen,so was noisy when the breakfast was served.
Nice and friendly staff. Short distance to Metro station.
Room a bit too small. Had a little difficulty finding the location initially.
