The Hotel staff are second to none, everyone was professional, helpful and pleasant and treated you like you were important to them. Roberto the concierge did an amazing job tailoring a walking tour of the city to suit mine and my husbands needs and was thrilled that we spent a fantastic day completing it(all 8 hours!!) and was able to see everything we wanted to. The hotel is easy walking distance to both the Termini and the Colliseum with a Metro right outside the front of the hotel. All in all this hotel is truely welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone,in fact it is so good that by the time we leave Italy after a 3 week tour we will have stayed there on 3 different occasions.

I picked the Napoleon because the rooms looked pretty and the location was not too far from the Termini train station and the Colloseum. The staff of the Napoleon are very smooth, talkative, attentive, Italian men. It was fun to talk to them. On the morning when we were checking out we were going to the train station and had intended to use our Roma Pass to get there but was told that it was going to rain and that would be a problem trying to ride the subway with all of our luggage. They suggested we take a taxi and that it would only cost 10 euros. I told them I would talk to my spouse and when we finally came back down to check out they had a guy there with a van that would take us there. Thanks Hotel Napoleon!!!

We got there early and our room wasn't ready but they have to take your passort when you check in and we didn't get them back for over an hour. That makes my husband very nervous.

The location was excellent for major attractions and the staff were delightful and very efficient.

Very helpful staff. I walked everywhere to major city sites. Rooms are clean but small typical of European cities. Very nice breakfast. Location a bit sketchy a night time for single women.

Things were clean and it was a comfortable place to return to after a full day. The staff were willing to assist at any hour.

The breakfast was average. And I wouldn't call the staff "friendly or warm" (in contrast with our other accommodation experiences). One or two were cordial at most but the rest fairly officious.

Polite, professional staff

Breakfast is basic and unappetising.Serving virtually undiluted orange squash rather than fresh orange juice is an unfortunate lapse in the hotel's otherwise high standards.
