The breakfast parlour was pretty good and access to the metro underground system was excellent. The location both regarding the neighborhood and access to restaurants was not the best. |

The Napoleon is very convenient to the metro and it is situated in a nice location with shops and cafes close by. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Good selection at breakfast buffet. I was staying in a single room and I found it a bit small . |

Location excellent. Ambiance of a small hotel with friendly staff. Rooms nothing spectacular but comfortable. Large comfortable sitting room and bar open for snacks and meals much of the day. Highly recommended |

easily accessable from subway stop iIthink they gave us a crappy room with no view and you could hear toilets flushing all morning and I think we got this room because we booked at a cheaper rate with your site.... |

I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. All staff I met were top-notch and took a real interest in making us at home. I still cannot believe we got such a high-quality hotel in the centre of Rome at such a competitive rate! |

The close proximity of the hotel to all major tourist attractions. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff, most multilingual, and very professional, a most pleasurable stay.Only complaint someone was smoking in a room near to ours even though it was a no-smoking floor. |

The best thing they have is the location, and also very good concierge service As said before, the value for money is not good. |

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Wireless internet flawless and hassle free. Right in front of the subway entrance. The breakfast was the reason I stayed at the napoleon, but what they say on the reviews and at the reception is simply fantasy. The breakfast is a standard, low quality, low variety buffet of the same exact kind that you find in 2-3 stars hotels all over Rome. Room was quite small, TV did not function at first and then resuscitated inexplicably in the morning. |

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed that when I tried to ask a porter a question and he could not answer I got a call so fast from reception to ask what was my question before I had time to pick up the phone to call reception. The skill of the front desk staff at conversing in English was better than a more expensive Rome hotel I was in previously. Close to shops. It is good that this hotel is exceptionally close to a line A metro stop and I liked using the metro on a weekly ticket. It is not a hotel issue but I want to say that the metro stations and line B trains are grubby. I think this is a bigger issue for hotels near Termini and line B stations. |

We only stayed there for one night, but i loved the hotel. The room (especially the shower) was a bit on the small side, but other then that it was perfect. Excellent location - 15 min walk from the Colloseum. I've already decided to go back to Rome for a longer time and i will definitely stay at the Napoleon. The staff is very friendly and speak good English. Very small shower (and i'm not a big person). |

OK ophold, men dårlig modtagelse, hvor en arrogant receptionist påstod at han ikke havde vores reservation, på trods af at jeg kunne fremvise dokumentation. Da han endelig fandt vores reservation undskyldte han da også. |
