The staff was very kind and assisted whenever asked to.
The staff was especially helpful. Though the neighborhood is not great there is a metro right outside.
Staff Quality Close to the metro
Front desk - warm welcome, friendly & helpful service. Management - warm and friendly attitude. Quiet room. Very accessible to Metro. Good value for money.
Excellent location, easy to get to Colloseum and any other places of tourist attraction by fot and by tube. Metro stop is really few steps away from the hotel entrance. Wonderfull, friednly staff. Thanks to everyone working there. You made our stay unforgetable! Big spacious room. It was very nicely warm inside of the room, though i was afraid it would be too cold in january. We even turned off heating and keept the window opened. Comfortable bed and we really liked pillows (not too big or too hard). We eat in the restaurant lunch and dinner. Food was really good. Enjoed it a lot. Wonderfull breakfast selection can satisfy even very demanding people. A lot of fruits and vegetables as well. A lot of nice restaurant around, which makes choice easy in the evening. Plus good very good advises from the hotel where to eat. Easy to get from Termini station. On our way back we used transportation oppourtunity offered by the hotel. The ride was fast and confortable. 48 euro to the airport is fare price. The area around probably looks a bit shabby, but we did not have any problem. A lot of locals, friendly people. Felt safe.
we liked everything.
Location very close to Metro and Termini station. Clean, friendly hotel. Ideal base for visiting Rome. Good selection of cold breakfast items.
Cooked breakfast was just average. Very small lift.
Very nice old fashioned hotel with modern facilities like wifi. Room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Very clean and with a balcony, with controllable heating and extra blankets and pillows if needed. Breakfast had lots of choice. Tip go for room 411, larger that most.
Towels not changed every day, had the same ones for the 4 days we were there. Also hot breakfast items were not what we expect, very strange sausages and scrambled egg which was very runny.
I used the restaurant for dinner and found it quite good.
To connect the PC I had to disconnect the TV (the number of AC plugs is too small).
Superior location and very close to train station. Staff was helpful and fast wi-fi. Breakfast was nice as well. This was our second stay here and we highly recommend it. We would definitely book again!
Bedding could be updated as it wasn't very comfortable as other hotels.
Describe staff, exceptional, curteous, helpful, professional. The owner was most charming.
The beds were too hard.
This was our 2nd stay a few years apart, again we were very happy with the service and the friendly staff. For us it is well located being close to the Termi and ancient Rome. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of fruit for the days snacks. This time we used the onsite bar for evening refreshments. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. See you next time.
Superb location and very accommodating staff! Breakfast selections were great and fast wifi, too.
Bedding could be improved.
Staff where very nice and helpful. the receptionists where great!!! The place is really clean and tidy. Everyone there is so willing to make the stay comfortable.
We had 2 meals at the hotel and breakfast every morning. Both meals were terrible. Dinner one night, the meals came and they were all cold and one of the dishes was literally inedible and had to get set back. the second meal was the new year gala. expensive! 220 euro later for 4 we were so disappointed that we just left before the new year actually changed over! I paid for the stay the first day there, and asked if all was included or if i would have to pay anything else. they said we were settled. upon checkout i was told i had an extra 120 euro for service charges. it was a nasty surprise. the hotel's location is in a very downgraded area and didn't feel safe to walk out at night.
Nice room...located literally in front of the metro A line. The front desk and concierge were always very helpful. I didnt have my luggage from the airport upon arrival and they were nice enough to keep check/look out for me. Dominiceo, the asst manager, was great. I had emailed prior to arriving with a couple of questions and he was more than accomodating. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.
Breakfast: wasnt the best. It was cold each morning, although the eggs and meat selection was in a warmer, so not sure what that was about. The second day I had breakfast, the staff (2 women) was too busy engaged in personal conversation that they didn't acknowledge I was even there. No greeting when I walked in OR after the fact when I was seated, and they just looked and kept on as if i wasn't there.
The location was great - there is a metro station nex-t to the hotel (Vittorio Emanuel) & it is only one stop to Termini. I was here for a Champions League game so location was important and as a single female felt very safe even at night. Loved the room, breakfast & feel of the place.
Just a small thing - I would have liked Italian music playing at breakfast rather than British pop: It didn't "fit".
Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast available with room rate.
Everything, all the staff were excellent, it is the best 4* hotel and the quietest that I have ever stayed in.
All the staff were more than professional - extremely efficient, helpful and pleasant at all times. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.
Location - walking distance to attractions Metro located outside front door
Rooms need an update - tired & worn Small bathroom Organised an early breakfast - Tour day: never arrived.
excellent service, clean, good breakfast, good location, free wifi
The staff were very friendly and helpful . Near to metro station . Located close to some historical sites .
The hotel is old but renovated . The room for 1 person was small . There are some homeless near the metro station close to the hotel , but the area is safe .
Polite and helpful staff. Clean, crisp and quiet room that even had a balcony. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. Classic Italian comfort and surroundings. Brilliant value and good location. I will definitely come back ; )
I enoyed the location and the staff knowlege of the area. I had specific dietary requirements this was met by Alberto's knowlege and experience which mad emy stay memorable
nothing would go back again
