è buona la posizione, poichè l'hotel si trova davanti ad una fermata del metrò. Arredamento dell'hotel (in particolare le camere), l'assenza di un ambiente accogliente. |

cortesia, professionalità e accoglienza dello staff davvero fuori dal comune, pulizia ineccepibile, ottima colazione, camera silenziosa e arredata con gusto. il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato, e anche qualche particolare della camera e dell'hotel (per esempio porte piuttosto rovinate), |

Il silenzio nella stanza, la comodità del letto, la gentilezza del personale, buona cucina, l'ottima dislocazione rispetto alla stazione dei treni. La stanza, per essere un 4 stelle, mi sembra un pò al di sotto delle aspettative (mobilio vecchio e un pò decadente, vano doccia non all'altezza) pur rimanendo estremamente comdoda nei suoi aspetti essenziali (vedi pregi). |

Hotel was perfect. Ideal situated voor a citytrip.The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is intercontinental so good the room was clean. Not so very big. The beds where good. |

The hotel was eaily accessible from Termini Sation and the staff were very welcoming. Every thing was in very good order and the hotel room was clean and quiet. The lounge areas were exceptioanlly comfortable and had very good wireless internet connectivity, which was important to me. I found the pilows really hard and uncomforatble, but this may be the Italian style. |

Great hotel, especially in terms of the staff, breakfast room, internet and sitting areas. The metro is out the door and so getting everywhere was very easy. Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to hep you. All speak English as well, plus many other languages. If I had it to do again I would have booked a double room. I stayed 5 days so the small solo room seemed small as the days went by - but certainly it had all the amenities one needed. |

The breakfast parlour was pretty good and access to the metro underground system was excellent. The location both regarding the neighborhood and access to restaurants was not the best. |

The Napoleon is very convenient to the metro and it is situated in a nice location with shops and cafes close by. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Good selection at breakfast buffet. I was staying in a single room and I found it a bit small . |

Location excellent. Ambiance of a small hotel with friendly staff. Rooms nothing spectacular but comfortable. Large comfortable sitting room and bar open for snacks and meals much of the day. Highly recommended |

I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. All staff I met were top-notch and took a real interest in making us at home. I still cannot believe we got such a high-quality hotel in the centre of Rome at such a competitive rate! |

The close proximity of the hotel to all major tourist attractions. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff, most multilingual, and very professional, a most pleasurable stay.Only complaint someone was smoking in a room near to ours even though it was a no-smoking floor. |
