O quarto (Categoria superior) era ótimo. Silencioso, espaçoso e com todas as facilidades necessárias. Cortesia de todos os funcionários com destaque para os da recepção. Um cuidado maior com a limpeza que era feita mas poderia ser melhorada. Tirar o pó de grades de ventilação e outros pontos que poucas pessoas notam. Não ficou muito claro quando fiz a reserva pelo Booking.com que o serviço de transfer só era gratuito para quem fizesse a reserva diretamente com o hotel. |

Hotel was perfect. Ideal situated voor a citytrip.The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is intercontinental so good the room was clean. Not so very big. The beds where good. |

The hotel was eaily accessible from Termini Sation and the staff were very welcoming. Every thing was in very good order and the hotel room was clean and quiet. The lounge areas were exceptioanlly comfortable and had very good wireless internet connectivity, which was important to me. I found the pilows really hard and uncomforatble, but this may be the Italian style. |

Great hotel, especially in terms of the staff, breakfast room, internet and sitting areas. The metro is out the door and so getting everywhere was very easy. Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to hep you. All speak English as well, plus many other languages. If I had it to do again I would have booked a double room. I stayed 5 days so the small solo room seemed small as the days went by - but certainly it had all the amenities one needed. |

The breakfast parlour was pretty good and access to the metro underground system was excellent. The location both regarding the neighborhood and access to restaurants was not the best. |

The Napoleon is very convenient to the metro and it is situated in a nice location with shops and cafes close by. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Good selection at breakfast buffet. I was staying in a single room and I found it a bit small . |

Location excellent. Ambiance of a small hotel with friendly staff. Rooms nothing spectacular but comfortable. Large comfortable sitting room and bar open for snacks and meals much of the day. Highly recommended |

I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. All staff I met were top-notch and took a real interest in making us at home. I still cannot believe we got such a high-quality hotel in the centre of Rome at such a competitive rate! |

The close proximity of the hotel to all major tourist attractions. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff, most multilingual, and very professional, a most pleasurable stay.Only complaint someone was smoking in a room near to ours even though it was a no-smoking floor. |

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Wireless internet flawless and hassle free. Right in front of the subway entrance. The breakfast was the reason I stayed at the napoleon, but what they say on the reviews and at the reception is simply fantasy. The breakfast is a standard, low quality, low variety buffet of the same exact kind that you find in 2-3 stars hotels all over Rome. Room was quite small, TV did not function at first and then resuscitated inexplicably in the morning. |

Pozitia hotelului este ideala pentru vizitarea orasului. Hotelul se afla la iesirea din metrou, statia Vittorio Emanuelle, linea A. Micul dejun este ok, iar personalul amabil. Aspectul camerelor este prafuit, iar curatenia este facuta superficial. |
