The Royal Continental is right on Naples' seafront promenade, in a quiet neighborhood. It features a stunning rooftop pool, with panoramic views out over the Bay of Naples and Castel dell'Ovo.

Nice big room
Poor quality off Wi-Fi in room 6
Did not care for the minimal breakfast choices. Although the pasteries were good I would have preferred if there was some yogurt and maybe some hard boil eggs. Another words some protein.
location close to harbour is ok, but take in mind it's on a hill with lots of stairs involved so don't bring heavy luggage, room is apartment with kitchenette, breakfast is good
place is a bit worn out, broken items need to be repaired, it may be clean but doesn't all look clean (kitchen ware, bathroom) there's no garden with sun loungers, only patio where breakfast is served, AMEX is not accepted, constant noise of funicular building in front of the house
1.I loved the bed! It was perfect. 2.The room was huge. 2 levels, for 4 persons in total. ( we had room number 4) 3. Perfect location and good price
Noisy in the morning. Partly noise from outside. It's recommended to bring some earplugs if you want to sleep a bit longer.
We spend 2 in Naples. During that time the staff was amazing, helped us with our questions, told us nice places to go and also helped us to buy our tickets to Capri. Just a tip, the taxi from the station to the Napoli Sea costs around 15 euros, the taxi from the central station fooled us. In the Napoli Sea, they have the phone of a trustworthy taxi company, you should use it.
Good position to see Naples. Excellent helpful staff. Very nice modern deco.
Eating breakfast in the the foyer. No separate dining facility. Outside looked shabby and was difficult to find.
Staff very friendly and welcome excellent
Entrance off street not ideal
When we first arrived at the Napoli Sea we were not sure if it was even a hotel! Once inside, however, we discovered a gem with huge and unusual rooms which were very clean and comfortable. The location is great too, just around the corner from the lively main seafront area. The best thing for us though were the brilliant reception staff who could not have been more helpful. They were always ready with maps and advice to help us make the most of our stay...clearly very proud of their home city, which they should be. We loved Naples!
It's location is wonderful. The people that ran the hotel were lovely so accommodating they even supplied soya milk for our family which was lovely.
Nothing to fault.
Staff were great, Roberto, the manager was very helpful. Kids loved the mezzanine bedroom and the WiFi. Very close to the waterfront area with all it's open air restaurants. Great place to stay.
We arrived very, very, very late. In booking.com we read that checking is till 20:30, we come at 23:00. The manager still waiting us, he help us put car to pay parking. He was very polite, and try us explain rules of Napoli! He help us to go to Capri, try this hotel! I will come again!
Of course may be walls is not thick, breakfast not so big, but it is safe, 3 doors you must open till you come to hotel room. I will come again!
Location, cleanliness, not bad for value
Staff is not very welcoming, very poor wi-fi
Location, size of rooms, clean
Poor breakfast. Nowhere to sit. Basic furnishings
A very bright and fresh appearance with welcoming staff. Great B&B
the room was spacious and clean breakfast was good definetly stay again
Location, caring staff
Typical italian breakfast, could be international.
Great location near the sea and boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. It was nice to have breakfast provided, and free wifi. Our room was large, clean, and modern. We were very pleased with our entire stay!
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast wasn't massive but perfectly adequate by Italian standards!
Finding the hotel, especially in the dark! The hotel is in a large apartment block with only a small sign. After finding the correct street, we walked around for almost an hour before we found the entrance.
Although locate in a back street it is close to the port. Room large, bed comfortable, large shower. Staff very nice.
Breakfast area and selection, back street, stairs to b&b. Napoli.
We stayed two nights in Napoli and could not think of a better location.
The breakfast was very basic.
This is the best place to stay in Naples. Easy 10 minute, one bus ride to this area on the coast. No views, but beautiful area to walk around in an old building with new, clean rooms, and great croissants and coffee for breakfast. You will be walking around the water and away from crazy, dirty, downtrodden Naples. But be a smart traveler and watch out for pickpockets on busses. Nothing was taken but it happened to us, as well as locals. Six times we saw it while we were there! Some of their clever methods are: pushing a gypsy baby in your face while their hand goes in your pocket; pushing a pizza box in your chest while the other hand goes in again; carrying a jacket next to you and again the other hand is moving on you. Everyone just screams at them and they run away.
Safe, confortable, large room, close to the beach...
Clean, confortable, friendly, safe
Perfect location. We had a split level suite. 9 year old son was thrilled with the separate room upstairs. Room was impressive and spotlessly clean. Would definitely return.
The fact that we had to leave after one night.
