service good ,break fast so well..good looking room..staffs so fren dly
All the staff was very good. Especially Gulia and Sabrina. Thank you very much.
Very modern rooms equipped with everything you need. Located in the center of the city but on a quiet street. Great continental breakfast not limited to pastries like in other Italian hotels. Staff is very friendly, always ready to help. Hotel allows to leave luggage at reception which was very helpful as our train was departing late in the evening.
Great location, nice place, excellent breakfast
Sometimes the water was not hot at all, but at the same time it was very hot inside the hotel (it showed +28 on the climate control). Some items were broken (tolilet flush, one of the taps). WiFi was available only at reception area.
Location is one of the main benefits of the hotel. Very close to a lot of attractions and ferry station. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast, welcoming staff, spacious rooms.
Location not many good restaurants near by
Cleanliness,staff and room
No wi fi in rooms.
The staff. Friendly and very helpful. The beds. Super large and comfortable. The coffee and breakfast. Great location.
Very big n comfy room. Great breakfast. Location is very good, near metro station n d main toledo shopping street
There is no wifi in the room(only the lobby.)
Very clean. Delicious breakfast. Big and cozy room.
Bit tricky to find as in a block with other companies.
One stop from main train station on the underground so easy to get about
Problem with heating.
Almost everything was good.
Very good place, rooms absolutely the same as on photos. I recommend this place to stay. Just one thing: ask about room with windows not on via medina(noise street).
They were very kind on keeping my lugage, after I checked off;so that I could keep my trip to Naples.
"-": poor noise insulation and due to the fact that in corridor there is no carpet you can hear people coming outside (especially the sound of heels). At night it is very unpleasant. Doors with magnetic key opens too noisy. They're no highchair or microwave so to warm up food to a small child we had to ask at the bars on the street. The windows looked out on the wall of a neighboring building. As the result : the price / quality is excellent if you don't have a little children ( 1year)
"+": it's historical city center. Near the subway. We booked a superior double room. Toooo big room and bathroom, Queen size bed, TV 32 '. Mini bar, safe. Good breakfast, delicious coffee / cappuccino with natural (not powder) milk, croissants, yogurts, juices, teas, cereals, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs.
The minus is that the wifi is available only in the reception area.
I stayed for two nights in this hotel. It is in a good location - very close to the main shopping street and Piazza del Plebiscito, main sights are reachable on foot. It was very clean and really nice breakfast. The staff is very helpful and nice, I had a really nice stay here.
Bed very comfy however the sheet kept coming off the bed.
Fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff who gave us tips on the best restaurants and transport. Even helped us find a UK travel plug in the middle of the night when we lost ours in the previous hotel. Bed was so big and very very comfy!
breakfast was not good. not fresh fruit, bread, ham and cheese was poor...
great room size, facilites!
room was spacious but bed uncomfortable and some of the decor past its best
the breakfast, the breakfast room and especially the wonderful man who made the breakfast set this place apart
slightly difficult to find at first, not too many locals seemed to know of it nor did the taxi man.
Nice comfortable bed, good location too, bathroom shower etc all grand!
Third floor of building, and wasn't very clearly marked that the hotel was up there... Looked a little shady from the street but turned out to be okay. Breakfast was terrible - there wasn't anything except a couple croissants out, and some very old and warm cheese, breakfast attendant was not attentive and rather rude.
Balcony overlooking city street, with a view of a castle by the sea was perfect. Restaurant across the street had great pizza and wine. Shower was good - open and cool shower head perfect for singing into. Front desk guy was very helpful and spoke very good English. Good value for less than $100 USD if you're passing through as we were. Not much to see in Naples and everything smells like hot garbage...
Great access to sites and a quiet location
The bathroom needed maintenance and the facilities in general were a bit old.
The location was very convenient and good for just one or two nights before taking the boat to the islands facing Napoli. The staff was very nice and kind.
