Not much to like at this place. There was one member of staff that had a resemblance of customer service - Luigi - but even he got in a screaming match with a guest about the city tax, right infront of the other guests then proceeded to bitch about her to aforementioned guests once she had left.

We are not that fussy but this place is the worst we have ever stayed in. Our room was the worst in the hotel I'm sure - stains on the wall, peeling wallpaper, uncomfortable bed and toilet with broken seat. We were willing to put up with all bar the toilet and brought it to the staffs attention 3 times before anything was done about it and we were eventually moved (after a night in the room from hell). Breakfast was poor and staff rude, in particular the bald/shaved headed guy at check in. Do not stay here!

Bathroom stinks and leaks. Location was horrible in a dingy street however close to harbor.

We lived in Napoli in the 90's so we have some locale knowledge. The location was superb. Breakfast was very good outside of the eggs. Once they are cooked their not put into a warmer!! Overall great value compared to other 3 star hotels.

1. There was no safe in our room. When I inquired, the clerk gave me a key to take the safe from another room....moveable safe??? Are you kidding me! This is Naples by the way...having a way to secure our money, CC's and Passport was very high on my list. 2. Having a TV in the room was nice, but without a single English speaking news program (CNN, CNBC, BBC, SKY, FRANCE24, RUSSIA TODAY, etc), made the TV worthless as the moveable safe! 3. We made the mistake of taking an ecomony room. The very small room and a 140cm bed is just not comfortable for 2 adults. However we did look at the superior rooms and they were nice. We'll come back to this hotel, I just hope the Superior Rooms have safes which are bolted down!!!

The hotel is located very close to the port and sea view streets, to the main attractions in the centre, and to the central railway station. All these sites are in a walkable destination.

It's rather noisy around the hotel because of heavy traffic. But it's typical for the whole city. And breakfasts are really poor.

Room design was charming! Staff was nice, location and breakfast also good for price. I can suggest to anyone going to Napoli.

The hotel is comfortable and decorated in a modern fashion way. Easy to access, big rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast and excellent location!

It was close to the ferry station (10 minute walk) to Capri.

It is not close to the metro, unless you want to take a bus (which are always crowded and full of people looking to pick your pockets).

In an excellent location for the port, shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of choices eg cereals, croissants, toast, sausage,egg, bacon, juices, tea and coffee, yoghurts etc. Towels changed daily and bedding changed every other day.

It is on the third floor but has a lift.

A luxury hotel without 'the luxury'. 5-star in my books :)

This was our second stay at Hotel Napolit'amo and we came back because of its convenient location, economic price and chic interior design.

We chose this hotel for its good reviews.unfortunately we were very dissappointed.the had to change several rooms due to serious problems.the first one the aircondition was not working and there was no handle to close the bathroom door.the second one was so small that we could move around,thus no luggage space.due to the lack of bedroom we choose the third one with a so and so working aircondition and problematic toilet.when we flashed ones the toilet would not stop pouring water and making a huge noise!!!when they were informed about this problem the reception said there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked!!they could only change us again one our last night!!Yet that was not out biggest problem!it was disgusting dirty!stained shits and some ripped,curtains so dusty that u were scared to touch!!

Location of this hotel is excellent-only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Via Toledo and also only a few minutes (5-8 mins) from the historical centre. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was good.

Good location, nice staff ...

Vault was broken and I had to use a key ... the owner (manager) wanted me to "left the vault key with him" besides I was out the hotel ... ???? left the key of the vault with somebody else ????? with all my valuable belongins in It ???????

At first sight I had my doubts. But inside the hotel its ok and also the room. Its clean and relatively well located. I did not like Naples at all, but the hotel was ok.

Outside you think youre getting in a very bad place.
