The staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough. The food in the restaurant was lovely - good steaks, absolutely fab tiramisu (we ate at another restaurant one evening but still came back for the tiramisu!!!) Bruno the maitre d was fab too - we loved him to bits as he was the perfect host. All in all a great stay at a great value hotel! Noisy if staying in front room - the trams started up early |

Everything is excellent. I would like to mention in particular the hospitable hotel staff. My friend hit his car on the leaning lighting pole on the road in front of the hotel. The car was damaged and it was obvious that my friend and his family could not continue the trip to other cities by car with me and my family as planned. Mr. Pietro De Pace, the hotel staff provide great help, from searching local garage for repairing of the car, to communicating with Volkswagen in local language for handling the insurance. With his help, my friend finally got a good solution to continue the holiday trip with us. |

Good free service to and from the exhibition centre. Staff friendly and accommodating. A little far out of city to be really convenient. |

The triple room we got was very spacious - practically the size of two standard rooms. The location is very good - nice neighbourhood, easy access to the city center. Parking on the street can be hard to find. Hotel's private parking is 20 euro a night. |

We found a pair of high heels at our room when we went back to our room at second night. The reception told us that the housekeeper found the high heels below the bed frame, the the housekeeper thought the high heels belonged to us. The feeling is not pleasant at all. |

we stayed at triple room at top floor, wide room with 2 balconies. Easy to get downtown with tram 19. have to pay EU20/day for parking (300 mt tp hotel) brakfast could be better |

Very good breakfast with hot diches and fresh fruit salad. Friendly staff. The tram stop 100 m near hotel entry. 15-20 min to the Centre. We lived back side room and noise of trams was'nt so hear as front side. At the upper floor the hotel drawing out device was noised. |

nice hotel with friendly staff, clean quiet and spacious room (we were on the 7th floor), convenient location (if with a car), easy to get to the centre with the tram, good breakfast a lot of free parking spaces in front of the hotel, but not allowed to park during Friday nights from 00:00-06:00 for cleaning purposes by the municipality |

Good and clean hotel, we had two rooms. One was very spacious. Good service at the desk. With an old tram (runs about every 15 min) it is a nice and nostalic way to get easy to the city centre. |
