The staff were friendly and recommended brilliant places to visit and eat, the room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no water for the first night because of waterworks going on outside. This isn't a regular occurence but it was, nontheless, annoying.

The location was very good, the large size of the rooms, available internet service, friendliness of the staff.

The beds and pillows were hard, the breakfast bar was not very good, the front rooms on the first floor are noisy due to the tram that ran in front of the hotel.

The staff were very pleasant, we had a weekend special and the rooms were as good as with normal tariff. Breakfast was excellent and serving staff very helpful.

Had to pay for internet. But as some people probably abuse free internet it was only fair. Too expensive for short period but only 10 euros for 24 hours. It could have been free in the lobby for a quick glance at emails or finding information.

The terrace, the neighborhood and the fact that it was minutes away from a supermarket helped alot... It is not in the city center but tram 19 (tram stop right in front of the hotel) takes you directly to the Duomo and the center.

Not all rooms are alike; we stayed there twice and the difference was huge...

Exactly what you expect from 4 star hotel, for the price of 1 star! Very convenient to get to town, there is a train right outside the door, each trip is 1 Euro, make sure you get the ticket from hotel counter. Flat TV, great Breakfast & Coffee.
