We were very happy with this hotel, the staff were lovely especially Federica at reception. The hotel was directly opposite a tram stop where the antique 1928 trams on the 19 service take you straight into the city centre in 15 minutes, and you can buy a ticket in the hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable and the blackout curtains worked. Although not in the city centre, the fashionable eateries were within walking distance and also the not-so-fashionable but better value for money places, too (only Italians, no tourists, no menu in English). Closer to the hotel there were more restaurants, a couple of lovely-looking swish terrace bars and an ice-cream parlour, too. We flew into Milan for a week's stay, stayed on our first night and were so happy we stayed on the last night and got back to Milan early to be able to go for a walk and eat out. There was no parking available, although we parked in the street with no problem and there was a private garage nearby that the hotel had an agreement with. |

The kindness of the staff, in special those working at the restaurant (breakfast). Very good internet connection. More options of light food in the breakfast. Better accomodation for at least two suitcases. |

The hotel was a great value for the quality of its service and ameneties. The staff was very helpful, and the room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. It was almost right next to the tram stop and located in a quiet residential area. |

Excellent breakfast with good variety of items, personnel well trained to give useful information, easy access to public transport (tram, train and bus) and courtesy 1. Free internet access: the hotel offers wi-fi internet access but under payment; 2. Laundry service extended up to 6 p.m.: the hotel restricts this service up to 10 a.m. each day and guests are not allowed to deliver their clothes after this time; 3. Room key is very heavy to handle |

friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Also provided a nice breakfast spread. Clean modern rooms airconditioning NEEDS servicing badly. The staff was nice enough to move us to another room but it was still very hot! Do ask for a room facing the back road.. the rooms at the front are just too noisy! with trams passing by every few minutes |

The restaurant was surprisingly nice and affordable. The breakfast was nice, too. The shuttle to/from the Malpensa airport (Milanofiera stop) is withing 15 minutes walk. Yeah, and the staff does NOT walk into your room if you hang the "Do not disturb" sign :) The nearest Metro station is pretty far away. Bathroom walls are thin enough to hear your neighbours, the room itself is quiet. |

The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast were exceeding my expectations. Also the hotel staff was very nice. The city center was reachable by a direct tram line. It was very difficult, even impossible, to find a restaurant or a store near the hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a room at the back of the hotel as we read that the rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy and this request was granted. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is located in a very convenient spot with easy access to the whole of Milan. I felt some things were over priced for example the cost of a beer at the hotel bar - 6 Euro is exorbitant. It was great that the hotel has internet for its guests but it was frustrating that you had to purchase a block of thirty minutes for 3 euros when I feel a lot of guests would only need 10 minutes max. |

It was a great hotel and the rooms were very nice. The tram stops almost in front of the hotel and from there it gives you great access to the center. The rooms in the front were a little bit noisy but it was OK |

Easy access to town via trams and also going to the fair grounds with free shuttle services. Maybe the hotel might just change the breakfast menu as it's quite boring eating the same stuff every morning. But in general we had a good stay and will continue our accomodation during the Mido Fair period. May I suggest the hotel to give some loyalty discounts in future and that will be great!!!! |

Hotel staff were very polite and attentive Very small bar not stocked very well, only opened in the evening unlike a proper international Hotel also needs pay film channels as English channels are very limited. Steet noise was very noticible. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to Made Expo Fair. Tram 19 takes you directly to Piazza Duomo and bus No 78 takes you to San Siro stadium and both can be taken from opposite the hotel. Also good breakfast + if you arrive late, you will be able to eat something from hotel restaurant which stays open till midnight. Very convenient. If it bothers you, ask for a room at the back because the tram passes in front of the hotel and it makes quite a bit of noise but I managed to sleep just the same. |
