National Hotel    

Four of us stayed in the apartments over the road from the hotel and they were excellent value for money and were very clean.

The hotel was very pleasant, very nice staff and everything pretty much as expected. Breakfast was excellent, the ristorant with excellent food; hotel have all the facilities I need, like fitness room. I didn't had time to try the spa (in the room I found a book with info about the spa with sauna, Scottish shower, solarium, jacuzzi...) Very good Value for the money I spend.

Good spatious rooms facing the sea, good bathroom equipment. Excellent location. Attentive staff. Nice european breakfast. Dry and steamy saunas and jakuzee on the last floor with a view on Rimini - 10 euros per person.

You have to pay daily 8 euros for 2 sun beds and 10 euro for an umbrella on a beach.

Very good Hotel, especialy the location. Also the staff is very friendly. There is a parking inside the Hotel (you need to book and pay), and comparing to the other Hotels near, National is the best option.

The ground floor was very nicely decorated and furnished

The room we had was supposed to be 'Superior'. It definitely wasn't but we were unable to compare it to any other room until we had been there for over a week and saw another room on the same floor. During the third week of our stay we had a leak from the air conditioning which was fixed but then leaked again during that night. It then took until 5pm the following day to be fixed properly. As compensation we were offered drinks and a massage (the massage was declined). We had a couple of drinks but a bill for previous drinks totalling 64.70euros was written off at my request when checking out.

Fantastic hotel for the price. We were upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly, would recommend highly.

We enjoyed our stay very much; we spent one of our nicest holidays at the National Hotel, even though we do not like to sit on the beach: location offers enough possibilities to do more interesting things. Lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood, lovely atmosphere. And a wonderful hotel staff.

Location

The attitude of the personnel and the lack of WiFi inside the rooms, even though it is advertised as one of the features of the hotel. There was no WiFi in the room we got at the fourth floor and, when I call to inquire about this issue, the answer was: " It is your computer Sir, Our WiFi works just fine". I had to get someone in the room to verify that I was right and, still, they kept on saying that the hotel's network was working fine. There was no intention to accept that something may be wrong.

Nice room with balcony overlooking beach. Centre of Rimini for restaurants & shopping. Free internet. Very friendly staff & service. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good on the beach and near restaurants and shopping.

The rooms were very dated and basic for a 4 star. The shower drain was backed up.

Hotel is situated on the first line of the beach and rooms have a sea-view. It is quite big and has its own swimming pool and very nice reception area. Staff is quite friendly and ready to help. It has its own parking which is free of charge. WiFi is also free and available from the rooms as well. Hotel offers beach towels that is very convenient.

Though rooms are repaired recently, the furniture is very old and looks unpretty and untidy. The bathroom is also not modern, everything looks as it needs to be replaced. What was irritating is that the water head was very poor.

Great breakfast in beautiful restaurant with splendid sea view. Large bathroom with hydromassage bath. Balcony with sea view.

Some strange black dust appeared in the water when we used hydromassage (maybe due to rare use)

Hotel fronte mare bellissimo e super comodo. Anche questa volta ci siamo trattati bene scegliendo il meglio. Ottima la comodità delle camere e la disponibilità dallo staff sempre gentile. Consiglio la camera vista mare. La colazione super abbondante e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo cenato una volta nel ristorante del'Hotel: bellissima vista fronte mare, servizio eccellente, ottima la qualità del cibo. Inaspettato per un ristorante d’albergo. Consigliato!!!

Fitnessrummet var langt fra godt.
