staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome and will definately recommend to friends and family
The location is very good. Nearby is a Metro Station and on foot the Colosseum is approx. 10 minutes. There are shops and bars in the street. The staff was helpful and really nice, they showed us everything on the map, which we could see in Rome.
Friendly and helpful staff, English-speaking -that's important Good location - close to the train station and Colosseum, tasty croissants and coffee for breakfast Ability to pay card
squeaky bed curtain in the bathroom pass water
Mara is the best hostess in this world, she was very helpful, friendly... The apartment is located near the metro station. The room was clean and perfect, we definitely recommend this place.
Near the subway(2 min), colosseum (15min) and Termini (15min). Couple of supermarkets in the same building, several restaurants in a 200 meter distance. English speaking personnel, very helpful. Thanks to Mara advises we've avoid standing few hours in queues. Spacious rooms Everything clean Good price! We've stayed in the apartment and I can honestly recommend this place
When it comes to Apartament (6 people) - not enough cutlery for all guests and space to have a shared meal in kitchen.
Internet, close to metro line and clean.
Very very bad matress to much with noise even small movement on the bed.Very small room, window view to not outside. Not in center need to long walk to center. We cancelled our trip before one day even we paid everything..Ofcourse they didnt pay back..I cant advise..Go close to spanish steps pls.
we spent 3 days in Rome and Dandi Domus location was great, close to metro station (1 min); the host was very welcoming, English speaker and the room + bathroom was clean; for what we paid, we were very satisfied
The personal were very friendly, the location was near perfect, there was everything you need in the room, the price is good
When we arrived we had to wait around 20 minutes outside, as there was no one to open us the door to the building even though we informed them about our arriving time a few days before the trip. There were a few occasions on our vacation on which we tried to contact the hotel by phone, and got no answer at all. You can't make a call from your private phone while sitting in the room, as there is no connection what-so-ever inside of the building. The breakfast was bad and offered a poor variety, and on one morning we didn't even get our breakfast cards.
The staff, specially the manager Mara was really nice and helpful. Excellent advise in the things do to and where to eat like a local. Thanks Mara. The location is really good. It is located close to the subway station, close to a market, and close to one of the BEST restaurants in Italy: Trattoria Pizzeria. I would highly recommend. If you visit this Hotel make sure to go to that restaurant is a MUST (reservation recommended thought).
- the lady that help us identify interest point on the map, good recommendation of restaurants near by - good position
- the room was like a basement: tiny, poor natural light - the bathroom wasn't clean. There was moll on the shower cover. Nobody change it or clean it after tell them about it - the sheets weren't very clean. - the bad was very creaky and load
- Warm and friendly welcome, very helpful information about Rome (much better than at the tourist office!) - Goode area: just a few steps off the tourist track, full of "real life": markets, shops, bars, restaurants
Nothing to say here.
Location. Wifi worked good. There's a very nice restaurant nearby - Trattoria Vecchia Roma, and also a big supermarket.
1. No soung proof. You can hear everything going on in the corridor or other rooms. If anyone rings the bell to reception, it sounds like an alarm in your room. 2. We were requested to move to another room after one night, and had to wait for the new room to get cleaned. Not the best option to spend an hour in Rome in the middle of the day. 3. One of the days when we got back to the hotel in the evening we found our room not locked with keys in it! so anyone could get inside. This is totally inappropriate! 4. No breakfast tickets for two days 5. Would not recomment this district.
We have stayed here for 4 nights at beginning of November. It is close to Termini station, metro and Colosseum. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. It was equipped with wi-fi, hairdryer and fresh towels.
Breakfast was served in a cafe around the corner and consisted of coffee and cornetto ( like croissant ). Nothing else to choose. The room didn't look like ones in the photos.
The location is perfect, just a block away from the subway, 10 minutes walk from the coliseum and there is a couple of supermarkets in the same building, several restaurants in a 200 meter distance, very quiet at night. We had a triple room for 2 adults and 2 years old baby, had plenty of room for all of our bags, stroller, food etc... The price was very cheap comparing to other hotels in the same distance from the center. They offered a car service from the airport which was also very good
The place is in a residential building on a second floor, there is only a small sign on the door, no sign outside, therefore if you get there by yourself without using the car service they offer (highly recommended) you'll have hard time finding the place.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower even though smallish was nice and hot and great pressure. The hosts were some of the kindest most generous people that we had met. They were down to earth and showed us true Italian generosity. They made our time in Rome a very pleasant experience.
The only thing I would suggest is to have more places to hang things in the room like hooks and more towel rails.
I really like the staff! They were exceptional!! Marna bends backwards for her guest and with a smile. There is several metro lines nearby which made getting around the city pretty seamless. You have to look at what you are getting. I got a place to stay that was in my budget. The staff was exceptional! I got what I paid for!
The mold in the bathroom. That is a serious health concern to me. I was in two rooms. The first room was okay. The second room was horrible! It was so tight ! I bumped into the bed post too many times and my legs were loaded with bruises.
Relatively quiet and an easy walk to Colosseum and Termini station. Plenty of shops and and a metro station within 100 meters of the door. Supermarket next door. Good restaurant on the corner. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
Kitchen and living a little cramped. No washing machine but there are laundromats nearby.
Nicely furnished and bedrooms spacious. Close to Metro, supermarkets, banks and park. Welcome pack of food helpful.
Outside area was dirty, needed sweeping and I had to clean and sterilize table on arrival. Rubbish in corner and plants almost dead. A pity as this could be a really pleasant outside area. Inadequate bedding for two couples and two single men. It was advertized as being able to pay with credit/debit card but this was not the case.
It's a large apartment, comfortable, near metro and super market. And they're so nice, when they give us bread, coffee, jam, milk, coca, ice tea and some cake :), it's so supprise.
The bed quality is not that good and the kitchen facilities is not enough for my familly (5 people)
Not too bad location wise, no more than a 10 minute walk to Colosseum, restaurants, shopping, sights.
There is a flight of stairs you'll have to drag your luggage up to a small elevator. The bathroom was TINY, shower curtain was moldy/musty smelling. A little tricky to find!
direct in the city, walking from main central station...
near by areas are historically developed which some people may not like, overall it wont make any disturbance
The staff was very nice, they really did their best for our trip to be as pleasant as possible. They are very flexible about check-in and check-out. Also the location of the hotel is perfect - 10 min walk from Roma Termini station and 10 min walk to Colosseum. There is also a refrigerator in the room which is perfect during the summer.
The view from our room was poor (towards the opposite window) in there was no daylight in the room.
Apartment was big enough for 7 and has good facilities: 2 nice TV's, Sky, free wi-fi, plenty of storage space. Comfortable, near Termini and round the corner from a metro station
No oven, so if you're staying here don't buy pizzas from the supermarket or you'll end up cooking them in a frying pan like we did
Excellent location close to Termini railway station and with in easy walking distance of the Coleseum. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good location and nice staff. Had good airport taxi and good price
- breakfast was offsite and only a coffee and crossaint - room felt dirty, walls had marks on them and bathroom had lots of mould and not clean - towels didn't get changed everyday - curtain was see through so could see in someone's room/apartment opposite
