Score from 694 reviews Wonderful
Property is situated in a great location, walking distance to all main tourist attractions. We had a beautiful, clean and spacious room, perfect setting to rest after a long day of walking. For light sleepers, be aware that there is some noise from the street, but this is what you would expect from a central location. We would recommend the restaurant - Fattoincasa - just 1 minute away, on the same street as Navona Governo Vecchio - best pasta we have ever had, served by friendly staff. In general we had a lovely stay and we would definately come back!
WIFI in our room did not always work, signal was very strong though in the corridor and main area
near Nanona Plaza, clean, small but nice room.
The main building is about 800 meters far, need to go there to have the breakfast and if you want you luggage kept after you check out, you should take your luggages to that building. Coffee machine in the room is out of order.
i liked the Italian staff, and the owner, the breakfast was very nice, also the location was nice.
I was expecting more, the pictures in the computer looked super beautiful ,but in reality ??well they were beautiful yes but not as expected.the people who work do not understand well English or Italian,so there was a little communication problems.
hotel is very good. Me and my husband like it very much. Breakfast was excellent. staff was very kindle.
I liked the rooms ,but my expectation was different .
I liked the Italian staff, but it was difficult to communicate with the non Italians.
Location was brilliant Stunning rooms Very clean and tidy
Breakfast was average No staff to help with anything Difficult to find
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room was perfect for a city break and the location is spot on formal the sights. Most places are in walking distance. I can't rate the place highly enough.
Nothing. However for those who prefer to use the added luxuries of some hotels - restaurant, spa etc - this may not be the place for you.
Clean room and central
Very busy street because of bars and restaurants, very noisy especially between 1am to 6am. Safe, is out of order. Need to walk for breakfast
Stayed in the annexe located five minutes from main hotel. Fantastic location within walking distance of all attractions and five minutes from Piazza Navona. Good room with great bathroom and shower. Very clean. Breakfast served in the lobby that you help yourself to and take back to room. You have your own coffee machine in room that's good. You can walk to sister hotel for breakfast if you want.Would definitely stay here again.
Hard bed. No full length mirror in room and no drawers.would of liked an extra normal coffee pod for breakfast put in room.
Location, location, location! Only minutes away from Piazza Navona you will find yourself surrounded by good and even great restaurants, bars, and gelato stores. Little supermarket two doors down the street. 25 (or so) steps to the Irish Pub.
Staying in the annex to a "real" hotel is exactly what you would expect: They have staff present at certain hours but once they leave, you will be 'managed remotely' and the "mother ship" is 10 minutes away. I don't blame the staff, they were super friendly but it is what it is and I just wanted to give you the heads-up I didn't get before booking my room here.
good proximity to so many Rome sights, spacious room. friendly enthusiastic hosts
horribly noisy air con, lousy plumbing in shower, somewhat sparse breakfast options.
The hotel was very convenient to lots of sites. A lot of good cafés close to the hotel. Very good staff. Veronica was wonderful in helping us secure tickets and taxis !!
No scenic view from windows . Could use a long mirror to dress by and luggage rack .
Location was perfect, you're at the center of everything. Breakfast was good, sweet croissants with types of marmelade, milk, juice, fruits, yogurt with fruit flavour and cereals. There're was a coffee machine in our room with capsoules of espresso or tea. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The change seats and towels every two days. The room was clean and pretty.
Bathroom was really small and narrow and the're was no balcony or view, just two windows that looked at the other walls of the hotel. The terrace for the breakfast that they show in the pictures wasn't at our building, so we had our breakfast inside our room. The terrace is located on another building of the hotel, a bit far away from our building.
Location, cleanliness and helpful staff.
No place for breakfast. They prepare breakfast in the corridor and start to make noise for that in 7 a.m. There was a constant noise coming from the machines placed into the room's balcony. No permanent reception.
We had a great stay. While the hotel is a satellite hotel with hotel staff based offsite, the location was awesome and the accommodations were great. Clean, quiet and quaint. This was a good stay. And the price was very fair.
If there is any negative comment it was that staff wasn't always on hand. But knowing that going into it, we would be fine.
The style of the rooms The staff THE LOCATION!
We ended up in the annex, which also has a great location but there are only four rooms so no staff or reception. When we booked the hotel, the description promised breakfast delivered to the room, but when we got there, we were told that breakfast was only served at the main hotel, which meant a couple of minutes walk every morning. The breakfast was poor but the rooftop view was nice. We have given this hotel a low value for money, since no staff was in the annex, the walk to breakfast every morning and the uncertainties we faced when arriving and not knowing where we were taken by the receptionist. Had we known that we would be in the annex and that there would be no breakfast at the annex, we would have chosen another hotel in the same price range.
Location is excellent and rooms were of high quality
The negatives outweigh the positives with this hotel. When we first arrived our safe did not work, even though a member of staff tried to reset the code nothing could be done, nothing further was done by the staff to fix this problem. We had breakfasts delivered to our room each morning and each time the breakfast order was incorrect. Due to the noise of the location we had an average of 4 hours sleep each night.
location paintings and decoration
Small room was different than shown on confirmation email - very disappointing. Bedroom floor was dirty, needed good cleaning - not acceptable. Coffee maker was overflowing with water and used capsules - you need to improve attention to detail. Staff were not on hand.
The rooms are fantastic, the staff is really nice and helpful. Nice breakfast served in the room.
no faults, just a great little hotel run perfectly.
Location is amazing, local experience. Feels like an apartment complex even, so it's like you're really living in Roma! Quiet and very clean.
The staff was not present most of the time — they have another office farther away, and I guess they stay there until somebody calls them. But, if you're pretty self-sufficient and don't need too much guidance, this is the place to stay!!
Everything was great. Loved it.
Location is the best! Right in the centre of Rome, walking distance to all the main site! Room was nice and clean with tv, wifi and a fridge.
There was no breakfast room so it was served in our room which was fine for us. An option to have breakfast on the terrace at the main hotel site just a couple of minutes down the road.
The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect, really close to some great restaurants and bars so you didnt have to walk far for a reasonably priced and good quality meal. We especially loved the breakfast room service every morning.
