Navona Suites  

La ubicación es genial, pegado a plaza navona y muy cerca de los lugares mas importantes de Roma. para un par de noches esta bien.

La habitaciones son pequeñas, se escucha mucho lo de las demás habitaciones.

Excelente ubicación, se puede ir andando a cualquier parte. El diseño. Las amenities, que haya albornoz y zapatillas en un 3 estrellas. La atención del personal.

La entrada, está en un piso y no parece lo que es viendo el portal. Algunas escaleras al principio, incómodo para carritos de bebé o personas de movilidad reducida.

Es confortable en la isntalación de la habitación, todo parece muy ordenado y nuevo.

Sin considerar que era nuestra luna de miel no respetaron nuestra reserva y nos cambiaron sin preguntar a una habitación de menor calidad. El cambio además no fue compensado de ninguna manera. La llegada está muy mal indicada al ingresar al edificio, no hay señalética.

Me gustaron las instalaciones con mucho diseño.

Son varias las sugerencias que tengo: colocar un cartel identificatorio en el exterior del edificio, ya que cuando uno llega parece un edificio particular. Además, el trayecto desde la puerta de entrada del edificio hasta donde realmente se halla el hotel carece de información, luces adecuadas, ascensor (muy dificil con las maletas!) y tiene un descuido importante. Si bien las habitaciones son impecables les faltan pequeños detalles de confort como no tener donde colgar las toallas utilizadas, lugar para apoyar las valijas o papelería.

1. The rooms are very small. 2. This room has NO windows. 3. Ventilation and air conditioning did not work. 4. Breakfast in a nearby building, in the worst cafe in town. 5. Breakfast was AWFUL, the staff at the breakfast kidding, VERY unpleasant place.

The hotel was a little hard to find because it is inside an apartment building, with no sign outside. And there is only a small desk at the reception. The rooms are very modern and clean. We ordered the superior room for two dates, since one night we stayed elsewhere. The first room we got had one window and was super small only one person could fit and walk on each side of the bed, and if the suitcase was open even that wasn’t possible. There was also a very small shower. On the other date we ordered we got a wide room, with two windows and a big shower. When we asked, we were told that both rooms are the same level although it did not feel like it at all. In addition we asked for a room with no street view because of the noise, and instead got construction noise because there was construction on the other side. On top of this we were very disappointed with the service from the receptionist, only some of them knew fluent English. When we asked for a car service, they recommended a company which did not work on Sunday, we postponed our trip to Monday, our last full day in Rome, and because of problems reaching the office by mail and phone we got the car only at 2 pm, by the time we filled all of the necessary paperwork and got on our way to where we wanted to visit it was 15:55 when all the places are closed by 16:00,so the trip was for nothing; even the restaurant that they recommended there was closed!

The design of the room was really nice. Clean, comfortable room. There was a really great square right behind the hotel, and also the most amazing ice cream shop called Blue Ice. Breakfast at the affiliated restaurant across the road was great.

The hotel was really hard to find. It was just a green door with a number and until we looked closer at the call box we saw a tiny piece of paper saying the name of the hotel. It was under construction downstairs so it looked really horrible, really bad, we thought what had we gotten ourselves into. Then we had to go through a locked gate and up about three flights of stairs with no elevator. Once we got into the hotel part it was lovely. The receptionists were terrible, we tried to ask them where things were and they had no idea. We asked where the nearest bank-o-mat or atm or cashpoint was and she just looked at me dumbly and said I dont know. And offered no help or attempt to find out. The room service order was wrong, missing out our food. I mean in saying all this, it's still a great hotel to stay at, just little things they need to fix.

It was a perfect hotel for our trip. It's not a traditional set up with amenities and lots of services. Rather, it's a very clean and comfortable room to come back to after a day of shopping or sight seeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the cafe below was charming. The location was perfect as everything is just a few minutes walk away. The square behind the building is also a great area to dine and people watch.

New, clean and stylish hotel located very centred in Rome. Kindly and helpfull staff.

Need adjustments to make the room more soundproofing. English speaking channels are needed for foreigners.

I'd booked a standard room, which was a little on the small side, so I would probably recommend the superior room. Finding your way to the room was a little hairy, not suited to the elderly, but very interesting.

The location is excellent...on the outer wall of the Piazza Navonne. It is only two months old, so everything is sparkling new. Very trending...black and white colours. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. Tip...breakfast is 15E, and is served at a nice restaurant across the street. They only charge 10E for the same breakfast. Free wifi.

The rooms are on the small side, and have no coffee makers in the rooms. There is no food or drink available on site. They receive hundreds of TV channels, but none are in English. In the room, there is no where to sit except on the bed.. The mimibar drinks are vastly overpriced...8E for a Coke.

it's very clean and the staff very nice. Perfect position,so close to everything one might visit, plenty of good and nice restaurants.

The brand new hotel is located in an old building right off the Piazza Novana. It has the perfect location. The rooms are beautiful and modern. The breakfast across the street which is included in the room price was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. My room was extremely quiet and peaceful. The ultra modern decor in this old building is wonderful

The hotel has only been open two weeks, and there are a few minor kinks they are working out. Those will all be worked out soon. There is no sign at the hotel, so it isn't easy to find, but makes it more of a treasure. The elevator does not go to the ground floor, so you have to carry your luggage up one level, not too bad.

Beligghenheten i forhold til resten av Roma og utsikten over Piazza Navona. Rommet hadde bra standard, men "luxury" er å overdrive, for den prisen.

Det fremkom ikke tydelig nok i annonsen at dette ikke er et alminnelig hotell, men rom uten noen foajé eller andre ytre fasiliteter. Ingen skilting utenfor en anonym gatedør, gjorde det vanskelig å finne. Mye styr med flere nøkler og kort for å komme seg inn og ut. Frokosten var liten og servert på en heller utrivelig nabocafé, med lite imøtekommende betjening

Não gostei que a entrada do do prédio tivesse em obras com barulho e não tivesse água nas primeiras 6 horas. Acho que poderiam ter antecipado com um pequeno aviso. Não gostei que o meu quarto não tivesse cobertura de rede wireless do hotel. Não gostei que o pequeno almoço fosse no café fora do prédio sem entender muito bem o que estava incluído.Não gostei que o prédio não tivesse qualquer indicação exterior fazendo referência ao Navona. Os quartos são praticamente do tamanho da cama mais a casa de banho que é razoável
