Good price and location and staff very helpful.
Rooms are tiny, Alot of noise from other rooms either side of out room
Location, service and comfort... You can't get better than waking up to a view of piazza Navona. Shopping, sites and treasures await
The room was amazing, modern, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the location excellent
The only problem was that the wifi stopped working for half a day...apart from this it was great
Location!!! It was clean Stuff very friendly and helpful
Bed was really bad, they didn't say that there was no option for 2 separate beds ... The room was tiny with no table and chair...the lift began from the second floor and was tiny for one person even
Excellent location just around the corner with Piazza Navona and within a stone's throw to most attractions in Rome. Cozy, discreet and quite.
Junior suites are not too spacious, as queen size jacuzzi take a lot of room ;)
Knowing the area we upgraded to a deluxe room in order to secure a room of the Piazza and that's what we got! Room was a reasonable size for Rome, very modern, modern bathroom and rainfall shower.
Location Security Cleanliness Comfort Wi-Fi
Rooms on small side no breakfast thin walls!
The decoration of room was excellent.
we were on the CENTER of the Rome in Navona square. We booked one superior and one standard room, our surprise was when we were notified that they would get an upgrade for free to luxury and superior. Bed, room bathroom, location, price... everything was perfect. We had a perfect weekend and for sure we will repeat it.
Everything was stupendous.
Staff were excellent, got what we paid for, would stay there again.
Good location and nice modern rooms.
Hard to find, not signed posted. Two flights of stairs to reach reception and no one from the hotel offered to help carry our luggage up the stairs. Rooms were very small and the noise from the piazza can be bothersome. Issues also with the wifi throughout the stay, dropped in and out.
The location can not be beat. The entry had me a little concerned but when I reached the room and opened the shutters I was rewarded with an unforgettable view of Plaza Navona. Wow!!!! It felt like I was a part of the action. The square can be quite loud but the double pane windows blocked it when you needed quiet. Modern room in ancient building.
I specifically researched Fodor a hotel with a lift. I was told that only a couple of stairs before a lift. In fact there was a flight of 11 stairs to a lift that barely fit a folded wheel chair with my elderly mom stuffed in the corner. Incredible disappointed and misled by the hotel. After stuffing my mother in the elevator I had to climb 2 additional flights of stairs to get her out. That may not seem like much but I have 2 artificial knees and am waiting for a new hip. Believe me it was a huge deal and directly influenced our daily plans. Disappointed.
Very nice, modern designed room. Chic amenities in the bathroom.
Water pressure was too low in the shower. Too much noise could be heard from door/ more insolation needed.
Location, location, location...great spot behind Piazza Navonna & less then 5 minutes to the Pantheon. There is also the best known & longest running coffee shop less then 5 minutes as well. Staff & room fantastic as well as the beds. When telling some locals where we were staying response was always very positive. Highly recommend this property.
Nothing, all positive things to say
Everything, our room was awesome, we had a jacuzzi, sauna, steam shower, balcony that looked over the square, it's a trip I will never forget, hotel is in prime location, can walk to all main sites, staff was lovely and very helpful, I can not stress enough to go to this hotel, we loved it.
Incredible location - a little oasis of polished charm that's a stone's throw from the Piazza Navona, and a short walk from the Pantheon. This hotel puts you right at the centre of the romantic side of Rome. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were more than helpful, and polite, and I felt truly looked-after. The rooms a are high-spec, clean yet comfortable. I cannot recommend this little gem of a hotel enough. Will definitely come back.
Everything about our stay was great. We were upgraded free of charge and had a room with a spa bath, Turkish shower and even a sauna!
Excellent appartments in the very center of Rome
Careful with parking
Amazing hotel, staff were friendly, location was brilliant and the room itself was awesome, one of the few places I can't wait to go back to.
There was nothing at all we didn't like.
Sleek lines Opening windows but when you closed them all the outside noise was obliterated - fantastic! Great location
Slightly small rooms but probably not unexpected in such an historic area.
Staff and location
Some noise from reception
Great location and the bed that raised to the ceiling with a jacuzzi under it, interesting.
The rooms were a little small, but ok...
It was a really fun room over looking plaza Navona with a small balcony. Staff were lovely We had a bottle of wine in the super size jacuzzi in our room upon arrival cool
Our room wasn't ready till after 4 pm due to some issue.
Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to most of the big sights.
Bed was very noisey. It appeared to be a mattress put on top of a fold out sofa. A bit difficult to locate from the street, not signed only the name on a buzzer.
The location was perfect (all atractions are on the walk distance), very nice view on Piazza Navona, jacuzzi was good addition to the everything.
Very thin walls, no sound isolation, no lift, very difficult to find the hotel for the first time, no signs and you need keys to get inside.
