Ένα ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο (δίπλα στην Piazza Navona) με πολύ άνετα δωμάτια, με πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής/προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών σε ένα αναπαλαιωμένο παλιό σπίτι της Ρώμης.

Μικρός χώρος για πρωινό και μικρή ποικιλία του πρωινού δεδομένης της κατηγορίας των 5 αστέρων.

Lovely building - helpful (as much as they could be) staff.

All the rooms are 30 degrees centrigrade plus - the a/c doesnt work and the noise from outside all night (as the window had to opened to try to cool down), even up on the 3rd floor was outrageous - overall we wished that we had stayed somewhere else - its a shame as its a loveley building and a great location - lack of working a/c let it down totally!

This is an attractive hotel in a very busy area...night life is robust...if you like high energy,crowds and don't mind noise this is a great choice.The room, a suite, had a very "Ikea" feel to it,modern and streamlined and quite comfy, open mini bar with snacks is a plus...walking to sites is easy,but public transportation is not within easy access.I Would recommend this more for young people who can deal with the late nite noise.The staff was great and very helpful and they have a baggage room to place your luggage until check-in or after check-out.

The only things that were really negative would be the very slow shower drains,so your standing in dirty water 6 inches deep and faulty electrical that kept the lights and air conditioning going on and off,the staff helped us with it continually, but it was a pain.

Very nice hotel and hotel rooms. Liked the shower and the coffee machine that was in the room. Very nice to sit out on the terrace in the morning with coffee and enjoy the sun. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to most attractions in Rome. Good service and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, could have breakfast in the room for free.

Breakfast was between 7.30 - 10.30, we arrived at 10.15 and the personnel thought it was polite to lock the doors at 10.30 sharp, leave half of my friends without eating breakfast and staring at the rest of us, reminding us that breakfast time had ended! And to make it more obvious, they didn't ask us if we wanted coffee! Not something the personnel of a real 5-star hotel would do!!

Modern stylish room, reasonable amount of space, comfortable bed, good breakfast included, pleasant staff who speak Italian and good English.

The location is awful! Although it is convenient to Piazza Navona, it is above a wine bar and adjacent to another. Revelers at both bars gather outside and they are unbelievably loud. On week nights, the crowd was boistrous until about 1:00 A.M. On the weekend, the noise lasted until 2:30 A.M. Our room's shutters blocked some of the noise, but not enough. I believe that all rooms in the hotel would have the same problem. The hotel is airconditioned. However, no matter how the room thermostat was set, the room was freezing -- except for one afternoon/night when the airconditioning didn't work and we roasted. Although we discussed the airconditioning problems many, many times with the staff, the staff was unable to help either with the cold or the heat and made no offer to compensate us for our inconvenience.

Location is wonderful near Piazza Navona with many of my favorite restaurants and bars in the area. Excellent being close walking distance to most everything. The staff is extremely nice and inviting and probably the best I have experienced in Rome. The breakfast is above average for Italian standards, sufficient to satisfy most early morning appetites. The large flat screen TVs and other modern amenities make it very comfortable there. Love the retention of the original bricked archways of 17th century or before (maybe 15th) and other fine historic details. I travel to Rome almost every month and finding this hotel has been a pleasure.

The hotel is a little hard to find, but well worth the effort! Noise of the adjacent and underlying restaurants and bars may be bothersome to some.

The hotel is located in Rome downtown just few minutes from Piazza Navona, streets with souvenirs and restaraunts. The most amazing this about this specific hotel that it is indeed located in a renovated castle, and they kept some elements of the old decor (part of the old authenic ceiling, parts of stone elements, etc) plus the renovation was made by a designer (walls are white, furniture is white as well, the sofas are dark blue - all leather, big plasma screens in both rooms). The room we had had 2 balconies which was nice. The wi fi is complimentary, we were given the access codes at the reception.

The breakfast room might get slightly crowed, so my suggestion is to order breakfast to the rooms. The other comments mention the noise on the street till the late night - that's not true as there's no noise once the windows are closed.

Location is excellent - couldn't think of a better location when visiting Rome. But, is it really 4 star?

Their breakfast service and facilities are well below par, which is probably why they offer a free room service for breakfast.

The room was overall fantastic, and there are a number of special treats the hotel (such as free, restocked items in the minibar, a small but nice gym, spotty wi-fi and a spa). The location is also superb, and the hotel very kindly upgraded my husband and I given it was his birthday.

The downside is that the hotel is very, very new and the facilities need a lot of tweeking. Half of our shower didn't work, the handles kept coming off the front door and bathroom faucet, and the air conditioning was not turned on. The a/c was tough because the noise is quite high outside late into the dawn hours of the night, so you can't comfortably sleep with the windows open and there were no fans available. The hotel sensors and smoke detectors kept making the weirdest noises throughout the night, and the blinds would randomly open and close. It was very strange. The staff is also extremely new, and had hardly any idea of any restaurants or recommendations for the surrounding areas. We also drove to Rome, and the staff was very reluctant and non-responsive to help us communciate with the garage on our departure Easter Monday. It took us a good five calls and walking directly to the garage to obtain the owners personal cell number to get it all resolved. However, past these growing pains, the hotel has a ton of potential. I hope they realize that a person expects a five star hotel to be perfect, and those less than perfect items tarnish your idea of the hotel.
