Just 100 metres from Piazza Navona square, the 4-star Palazzo Navona Hotel is set in the heart of Rome. It offers free WiFi throughout, a terrace, and air-conditioned rooms with modern décor.

The historic Grand Hotel Plaza has been featured in many movies. Set on Rome’s popular shopping street, Via del Corso, it has large elegant rooms with high ceilings and marble bathrooms.

Friendly staff and like a serviced appartment.
Middle of restaurants/bar district and a bit noisey
Location, Facility and Services are perfect.
no more than one bed for 3 people ! just Sofa.
The room we eventually got was beyond our expectations - just loved it. The king sized bed was luxurious and heavenly. Our room had a balcony and was quiet. There was a view of a duomo and could see rooftop gardens. A vibrant, albeit touristy, world outside the hotel. Fabulous. There is a supermarket next door with great food at normal prices.
Had to negotiate with the staff to get the room we actually booked. They would have been happy for us to have the substandard, noisy room. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable - springs sticking into the back. They don't have iron/ironing board available.
Location of hotel was nestled in a popular area by Navona Piaza but far enough for it not to be in the middle of the tourist hub. Great apartment with great air con and good facilities. We loved our stay there. It is between all the major attractions and I would stay again.
DO NOT get breakfast! Selection is poor and was way too expensive. I wish we had just used the kitchen provided as every morning fresh fruit and veg is sold literally on doorstep and other foods places/restaurants are found close by.
the room is ok
the reception staffs can really be better
Location is great neat the Piazza Navona and walking distance to Vatican and other west end sights. We have stayed here several times because of quality of property and the staff does a good job of accommodating needs. Just take air plugs
Noise, noise, noise. The hotel is at a busy intersection with a bar downstairs that overflows throughout the evening. We did do better when moved to a bigger room over the front of the hotel.
Everything! This was a wonderful experience. It was close to everything and the staff was the best we had had in Italy! We will be returning to Rome in the spring and this will be where we stay and advise our friends and family to stay.. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
I expect noise when I travel, it is just part of the experience so I pack ear plugs, however there is a bar in the basement that is so loud that our room vibrated. We asked to be moved to another floor and they moved us, but we could still hear the music. The hotel staff also, with the exception of one person, were snobby. Don't get me wrong, it is was fairly clean modern hotel but I have stayed in nicer Holiday Inn Expresses.
Location a short walk from Navona, Pantheon, markets, museums. Surrounded by great restaurants. Our room, a suite, was as good as they get.
The hotel was in a great location. Items in mini bar in rooms were free although it was a very limited choice. Coffee machine in junior suite was novel. Bathrooms very clean and A/C worked well.
We were given the junior suite "Raffaello 4" which can only be described as an attic room! The ceiling was the roof that sloped down - it made it dark dingy and made me feel chlostrophibic! The shower was poor pressure and the covers covering the base of the bed were incredibly dirty and well trodden on as if they only change the top sheets of the bed! This room being sold as a suite is shocking! I went to reception to change and they told me they had no rooms left and could not downgrade me to a cheaper standard room. When I enquired if I could leave the hotel to go elsewhere (as I had not paid the hotel in advance) they informed me that as I had booked with booking.com they would still charge my credit card for the night so I was forced to stay! I will never be returning!
Location, excellent staff, quite sleep
Tight bathroom, room limited place for luggage.
As the room rate is a bit expensive, when I booked it, I was a little upset whether the room was worth so much, whether I would feel disappointed when I reached there. When I finally arrived, all the worried were dispelled - the room is really spacious and lovely - 100% true as the pictures showed! Later I found the location of the hotel is also very good. As I chose to walk everywhere, I found the hotel is nearly at the center of the old city - nearly same distance to Colosseo and Vaticano, and surrouded by many tourism spots within 5 minutes' walk, such as Piazza Navona and Pantheon.
120 eur per night, to be frank, is still a bit expensive, even the room and the location is really good. The hotel was hard to find, even I had located it on Google Map, and the hotel is not close to any Metro station, but there is a No. 64 bus stop on Corso Vittorio Emanuele ii, which goes to/from Roma Termini. The mini bar is free... That's really good, but I didn't know that until I checked out!
great location, modern room, clean
the room was too small and a little noisy over a bar but still we liked the hotel
The bed was very comfortable, the apartment very clean, and service staff were very helpful.
Concierge staff did not give good information on transport and directions on several occasions.
Great room size and fantastic location. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend.
Location & value for price
No iron and/or ironing board
The hotel is just off the Piazza Navona and within in walking distance to virtually every sight. The facilities are very nicely redone and spotlessly clean. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, although quite busy.
Based on price and reviews, we did not elect to have breakfast at the hotel.
Fantastic Gem hidden right next to Piazza Navona ! Will go again and again !!!
Clean good position and helpful
Some of the local restaurants near the hotel
Lovely one bed suite for our family. Its not very exciting to look at from the outside but is a lovely little boutique hotel with very helpful staff who are quick to respond to all your queries and requirements. Just off Piazza Navona, the street was always busy with tourists and had lots of places to eat and drink. It was easy to walk to all the historic places from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back to stay there when I visit Rome again.
The location was the best and the rooms were very spacious.
We had a nice suite - very comfortable for my two teenaged kids and me. The price was very reasonable for the size of the room.
It was very hard to find!
