Clean good position and helpful
Some of the local restaurants near the hotel
Lovely one bed suite for our family. Its not very exciting to look at from the outside but is a lovely little boutique hotel with very helpful staff who are quick to respond to all your queries and requirements. Just off Piazza Navona, the street was always busy with tourists and had lots of places to eat and drink. It was easy to walk to all the historic places from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back to stay there when I visit Rome again.
The location was the best and the rooms were very spacious.
We had a nice suite - very comfortable for my two teenaged kids and me. The price was very reasonable for the size of the room.
It was very hard to find!
Perfect location - in great little cobbled street walking distance to all major sites Clean Modern Spacious Quiet
Spacious suite with good coffee and tea facilities. good smoking policy, very helpful staff, and a wonderful location. Noisy which added to atmosphere but suites well soundproofed. Very good value for money.
Location was great. Room was surprisingly spacious. My wife & I stayed there with our two preteen girls and never felt like we were cramped for space.
Getting to the hotel by car was problematic, but to be expected in historic centre of Rome Noisy at night, but again to be expected.
The hotel is very beautiful and upmarket. It was a lovely place to stay and I only wish we could have been there longer. The location is very good as well. Stones throw from Navona Piaza which has some great restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. 5-10 min walk to the Pantheon. 30 min walk to Colosseum.
Whilst the spa is lovely, it is not integrated with the hotel. Spa treatments have to be paid for and cannot be charged to the room. Same goes for the airport taxi service which was a little inconvenient but not terribly.
We were close to Piazza Navona. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very helpful. The massage was great.
We had a studio. When you pulled out the sofa bed, you could barely walk around it.
The staff was helpful and kind, the room was perfect for 4 of us, great location!
Location, comfortable beds. Decor
Tea making facilities. However a kettle was provided upon request. Continental breakfast in room not provided.
Boutique hotel charm. Awesome location. Very comfortable. Good price!
Location is great. The room was very comfortable and spacious.
It does not have a lobby
Contemporary interior design right in the middle of 16th Century Rome, large rooms, window onto Rome street life, step out the door to local neighbourhood, two local bars, one across the cobbled lane and ones right next door, full of local people, fresh veg and fruit stall outside the door each morning, located in one f the most interesting areas of Rome.
Liked it all , any problems or issues we may have had were minor things not worth worrying about.
Extremely friendly and very accommodating staff. The location is excellent.
OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION. IT WAS VERY QUIET, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.
Great location just off Piazza Navona. Appartment was spacious and clean.
Sent emails before arrival offering to arrange transfer to/from airport at slightly more than taxi cost. (é60 v é48). We assumed this included their cut but as we were going out the door they asked for é6 booking fee. Not a problem but should have been mentioned earlier in the process.
The room was lovely and modern. The mini bar was free and had all the essentials, which is rare and appreciated. I got a free mini massage with my booking.
They are there to make money from you and it's obvious. I was told a can ride would cost around €25 from the train station, thereby making their transfer better value... I risked it and it cost me €8 in a taxi. Added to that, I arrived in 37degree heat with three 20kg bags and when ion was struggling to get in the door, I was watched by reception and the bellboy.... Thanks! This was repeated on leaving for what it's worth. Reception staff are very cold, and they often don't speak very good English. The spa downstairs is lovely and adequate, but the staff aren't very well trained and it was awkward all round for something so expensive. No recommendations on things to do, or restaurants. Service makes up half the experience and quite frankly this was non existent.
Perfect location. One massage was included to room price, it was relaxing.
Little bit noisy during night, below window was a bar. Personnel at reception could be more smiling, as well as boy who carry bags. English skills are really poor with those who serve breakfast. "A cup of tea" was not understood, but "te" was undestood. Cleaning of room could be also better, a carpet was dirty, but bathroom was fine. Body lotion was unuseable, there was some solid parts and I had to ask new one. But location of this place is perfect and price reasonable, so, I will recommend this. However, I feel that for 5-star hotel service should be better and personnel should speak better English :)
terrace with view and jacuzzi nice staff very good and large bed
toilet with glass wall in room (light and noise from fan if the other gets up during the night), but not dramatic; usually we were exhausated from walking around anyways :-)
Excellent Location, Lovely Contemporary Rooms, Lively Restaurants in vicinity.
Great place Great staff
Spotless and very smart spacious room beautifully fitted out in modern style blending with features from the original Palace such as lofty beamed ceilings. Great !
