Rome as you feel - Navona Apartments has luxurious accommodations with kitchen facilities and is in the historic center of Rome. All apartments are in different buildings around Piazza Navona square.
Score from 542 reviews Very good
Right off Piazza Navona and smack in the center of the most charming neighborhood in Rome. Brilliant eating places all around the hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful. The sitting room was large and comfortable. Great cleaning staff. Even though it's on a busy street, the room was very quiet.
The bathroom was tiny. Barely big enough to move around in. Bedroom was completely overtaken by the bed, only a foot each side to walk around.
The Hotel is in the heart of the city.
Nosy bars right under your window, which are open the whole night.
The location and the quality fixtures and fittings and cleanliness of the room.
I had told staff by email on a few occasions before arrival that we were travelling to Rome to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday, but there was no complementary bottle or cake. I had also asked if there was a step in shower for him but had no response. We opted for the hotel's airport collection service which is twice the price of a taxi, and I expected a nice car but got a mini van.
Location was superb...we walked everywhere...lots of activity around...,easy to find a quick bite nearby...staff was most accommodating about arranging transportation from and to airport.
The rooms were nicely decorated and the location was great
If your hotel room is located on the first floor, and the bar has a live music night you can kiss any sleep good bye and the staff's unapologetic response will be "yes, it is a problem"
This hotel was perfectly situated for our two-night break as it was within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Excellent restaurants and great shopping too right on your doorstep.
Jacuzzi on balcony Staff very helpful Central location Great breakfast
location is great
some rooms get noise from street below
We stayed in the svit with terass and jacuzzi and a beatiful view over the rooftops and loved the hotel.
Cool, elegant, with spacious rooms, and in the middle of everything.
The location of this Hotel is really excellent. Just off Piazza Navona and round the corner from Via del Governo Vecchio (a popular shopping street with lots of small boutiques) also home to the best little restaurant in the whole of Rome 'Mimi e Coco' serving the best pasta.... in the world! (as clarkson would say) and finally 5 minutes walk from the famous Sant Eustachio Cafe. Despite being on a bust street our first floor room was exceptionally quiet even with a band playing in the street directly below our window. The bed was huge and really comfy, the room was stylish and clean (only for some scuff marks on a couple of walls and the valance of the bed I would have given an excellent rating) Staff were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning and would have no hesitation in staying again.
nothing negative to report.
As a couple with 13/14 yr old boys the hotel was perfectly situated for most of the "sights". Very lively nightlife and bustling cafes with lots of affordable resaurants it was an ideal hotel for us. Superb corner cafe for breakfast and only 2 mins from Navona square.
Maybe a bit noisey at night for families with small children (the bedroom shutters did keep out most of the noise). A couple of the bathroom fittings were loose. ( Don't let this put you off, it's a great place)
The location is very nice, in the centre of Rome, next to almost everything (sights, pubs, restaurants, small bars). We enjoyed the daily cleaning and also the general standard of our apartment!
We could not use the Wi-Fi as we expected (the Wi-Fi in one i-phone worked only during the last - out of 4 days -, the Wi-Fi never worked for the i-pad, and it stopped suddenly working for the laptop after 3 days)! Unfortunately we have a small online shop so it was too important for us!
Location was great, staff was helpful, room was very nice and large - amenities were modern. I would stay again.
Good size of room Good location Rooms are clean with a restocked free minibar
Wifi is poor Rooms aircon makes a stupid noise when turning off and on whilst on auto which is highly annoying during the night. If your room is at the front of the hotel it is very noisy until 2.30am. The spa in the hotel is very expensive. Not worth the money.
Friendly staff and like a serviced appartment.
Middle of restaurants/bar district and a bit noisey
Location, Facility and Services are perfect.
no more than one bed for 3 people ! just Sofa.
The room we eventually got was beyond our expectations - just loved it. The king sized bed was luxurious and heavenly. Our room had a balcony and was quiet. There was a view of a duomo and could see rooftop gardens. A vibrant, albeit touristy, world outside the hotel. Fabulous. There is a supermarket next door with great food at normal prices.
Had to negotiate with the staff to get the room we actually booked. They would have been happy for us to have the substandard, noisy room. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable - springs sticking into the back. They don't have iron/ironing board available.
Location of hotel was nestled in a popular area by Navona Piaza but far enough for it not to be in the middle of the tourist hub. Great apartment with great air con and good facilities. We loved our stay there. It is between all the major attractions and I would stay again.
DO NOT get breakfast! Selection is poor and was way too expensive. I wish we had just used the kitchen provided as every morning fresh fruit and veg is sold literally on doorstep and other foods places/restaurants are found close by.
the room is ok
the reception staffs can really be better
Location is great neat the Piazza Navona and walking distance to Vatican and other west end sights. We have stayed here several times because of quality of property and the staff does a good job of accommodating needs. Just take air plugs
Noise, noise, noise. The hotel is at a busy intersection with a bar downstairs that overflows throughout the evening. We did do better when moved to a bigger room over the front of the hotel.
Everything! This was a wonderful experience. It was close to everything and the staff was the best we had had in Italy! We will be returning to Rome in the spring and this will be where we stay and advise our friends and family to stay.. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
I expect noise when I travel, it is just part of the experience so I pack ear plugs, however there is a bar in the basement that is so loud that our room vibrated. We asked to be moved to another floor and they moved us, but we could still hear the music. The hotel staff also, with the exception of one person, were snobby. Don't get me wrong, it is was fairly clean modern hotel but I have stayed in nicer Holiday Inn Expresses.
Location a short walk from Navona, Pantheon, markets, museums. Surrounded by great restaurants. Our room, a suite, was as good as they get.
