Läget är utmärkt med bla restaurangen Da Francesca runt hörnet. Lyxig känsla på rummen. Serviceorienterad personal som hjälpte till, fixa taxi bla. Fin frukost I den lilla matsalen. Hög standard. Fri minibar uppsakattades

Sängarnas kvalité varierade, 2 hårda och 2 mjuka... Verkar vara vanligt I Italien

Läget, och den vänliga personalen. Trivsamt och lagom stort. Modern inredning.

Personalen saknade förmåga att lösa kundens bekymmer på ett tillfredsställande sätt, man verkade inte sätta kunden i centrum. Rummen luktade kloak efter sen stund utan öppna fönster, sannolikt via ventilationen. Rummet hade espressobryggare men saknade kaffe och personalen skyllde på att utebliven leverans, men Nespresso köper man på stan, och hade man velat kunde man erbjudit gratis kaffe i baren som kompensation. TV-system inte färdigoknfigurerat. Yoghurt till frukost en morgon plötsligt slut, utan annan ersättning. Städerskor bäddade varje dag upp det extratäcke vi lagt ovanpå den bedrövliga madrassen som barnen förväntades sova på. Frukost på rummet svarade till sitt innehåll inte mot gjord beställning. Personalen missade chansen att skapa en nöjd kunde genom en enkel gest till dotterns fördelsedag trots att vi var beredda att betala! Duch saknade riktigt schampoo, fanns endast bodywash, tänkt att fungera som både-och.

Lovely room - we had a suite with a large bed sofa and a seperate room with a double bed in it.( Both rooms had tvs) Air conditioning was a godsend as it was really hot outside. Very quiet room - noise if the widows were open - but coudnt hear anything when they were shut. Free mini bar was re-stocked every day and we were able to store milk in here as it is a little fridge. Two electric rings for basic cooking if you needed them and stocked with plates, knives forks and kitchen equipment. The hotels breakfast room was small and breakfast very basic - but adequate for our needs.( We went early to miss a crush) you can choose to have breakfast delivered to your room free of charge if you prefer. We had a lovely stay, with friendly nice staff who helped us with directions, bus time tables etc. the hotel was 2-3 minutes walk to Piazza Navona- very nice little area around the hotel with shops, cafes, resturants and lots of ice cream ! the hotel was very clean and well maintained - a great base for exploring Rome easy walk to Vatican, St Peters, Pantheon - public transport easy with bus stops close by the chutch behind the hotel. No metro as its in the old part of town - but we walked it in about 20 minutes from Spagna. Overall a very pleasant stay - I would recommend this hotel. ( also if travelling to Rome the roma pass is worthwhile - 3 days travel on bus and metro and 2 free entrances to sites - we skipped the queues at the Colleseum (about an hours wait) great !! )

Breakfast room was small we had to wait for a free table one morning for 15 mins. But resolved this by coming earlier other days. We also could have had the food delivered to the room if we had choosen the night before.

Location is great, staff very friendly and helpful.

If you compare the hotel with cars, you expect a Mercedes or Audi, but you're getting an Alfa Romeo. Design is very nice, but built quality (very) poor. In the room the A/C didn't work well, a lighting panel fell into the bath tub when I opened the door, water leakage in shower, all kinds of cement sticking on the wall / falling down the ceiling and most things installed in the room are not hanging straight like the TV, electric sockets, water tap, etc. They should fire the contractor!! The breakfast was poor, bread and fruits not very fresh any more and scrambled eggs had crusts..

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very well placed in a very trendy part of Rome at just a few steps from the Piazza Navona and in walking distance from basically all the sights to see in central Rome. Overall very nice !!

The breakfast area was a bit crowded and noisy, but staff again very friendly. And the bar below our windows was very noisy (but only on Friday and Saturday) in spite of the double glass windows until 2 o'clock in the morning, after which the place closed down.

We like the location witch was very great, with have made all our visits by step, Navona Place is closely only 2 streets away.Their are a lot of restaurant nearby, you have a lot of choice : gourmet, or more typicall. The room, with a big large bed was very comfortable and breakfast marvelous, handmade cakes, fresh fruit ... the breakfast space was nice too : indoor or outdoor as you want. All staff was very helpfull and always smiling. Modern and old stones built this hotel, a wonderfull success. The hotel have a spa and fitness area (you have to pay more to access 20euros/person) but we don't try it.

Only too expensive, even if we were very pleased for all prestations, it is not a luxury hotel at all, so the price need to be a little bit less expensive

Our room, tiziano 4, had a lovely spacious terrace overlooking the charmy roofs of the historical centre of the city. We could have breakfast outdoors and enjoy the jacuzzi too. Very pleasant and romantic. The old building itself was nicely redeveloped preserving most of its character and some original features. Location is hard to top for those looking for a splash in the centro storico and it's fun buzz and liveliness, at all hours.

Details in general are less than expected. Our bed was shamefully equipped with a pure *plastic* sheet right under the cotton one, which is really uncomfortable as it stops your body from breathing. I found this is a very cheap way of protecting the mattress, unacceptable in a 5*hotel. Luckily we could remove those! This isn't a hotel for those who are looking for luxury details and 5* service and facilities.

Very noisy at night on week-ends; bring earplugs. Facilities and overall quality of fixtures and finishings not worthy of 5 stars. Actually, I think they awarded themselves 5 stars and would probably only have 3 if they called on an organization to evaluate them. Probably explains why it's the cheapest "5*" hotel in town.

Our trip to Rome was in January, and being pregnant decided to book a hotel that offered spa facilities so that we could relax in the afternoon. Although the website advertised that there was a spa, I was suprised when I arrived that there was a charge on use of everything- even the suana cost €20! For whats branded as 5 star, I think this is unacceptable. Also, in my opinion the breakfast was not to 5 star standard- a very limited selection of cereal and the breads/ pastries were stale on our second morning.
