Score from 1008 reviews Very good
Nice room not too far from anything. Staff was very helpful and nice. The room was quiet even if we were on the street. A 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and a 10 minute walk to the Vatican.
WiFi only available in one little area.
Comfortable stay, very close to S. Angel's castle about 5 minutes walk and 10-15 minutes walk to Vatican, with bus routes go to city centre in about10 minutes. Host very kind and helpful with directions to eat etc. Good breakfast with juices, varieties of croissant, cakes, fruit bowl and cold meat and cheese. Clean bright rooms, cute hallway. Would recommend for sure.
Nothing really, might be a little bit not sound proof but not a big issue at all.
Everything is within walking distance. Good breakfast.
Room is very good. Location is okay.
Staff can be more helpful.
Ideal Location Friendly Staff Variety of breakfast options Greeted by a cappuccino each morning Modern bathroom Safe
Wanted a true Italian B&B and we got it. Owners Anita and Marcelo were lovely. Comfortable, clean, continental breakfast very good, quaint... Loved!
Not a thing!
Location makes it easy to get to main sites like Vatican Piazza Navona Forum. Always helpful staff
I was in Rome for the fifth time and B&B Navona Queen was my best experience: perfect location, clean room, good breakfast. The hosts are very nice people. When I come to Rome next time, I will be happy to stay there again.
I liked everything
Everything is new, high quality with good taste and very clean. It is a modern facility with the little touches of history kept in the building. The breakfast is nice and with choices of drinks, cheese, ham and fresh fruits. The owners are very attentive and welcoming the guests warmly. We are happy to find a very good place to stay whenever we go to Rome.
The location was perfect! Most main points of interest were available within walking distance (except Colosseum, Roman Forum which is 5-10 minutes bus ride). The owners of the place were very friendly and accommodating! Room was always clean, air-conditioned. The shower was amazing! The breakfast was top notch! Overall, very impressed with this place and will be recommending to most of my friends.
Very welcoming hosts who did their very best to help and gave a pleasant service. The room was clean and well looked after. A good breakfast was included in the price. The hotel was at the top of a pleasant apartment/business block within easy walking distance of the Vatican and it was quite possible to walk to other sights such as the Forum and the Coliseum.
The Wi-Fi was un-secured. The room lacked tea and coffee-making facilities, and the glasses weren't changed when the room was cleaned. The room had good air conditioning but the thermostat wasn't working properly, although this didn't render it unusable. Given the hotel is at the top of an apartment block the lack of an obvious sign made it a bit difficult to locate upon arrival. All this said, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
The B&B was run by a very lovely couple who went out of their way to make our visit to their hotel and to Rome exceptional. One day they knew we'd miss breakfast for an early morning tour so they brought coffee and espresso to our room and packed us some fruit to take with us for lunch. It felt like we were staying with family. Very sweet, caring and kind. The rooms are beautiful and large for Europe. Air conditioning was cold; loved it as Rome is hot in the summer. The beds were comfortable and they even added an extra bed in our room since I was traveling with my adult son. There was a refrigerator and they even stocked it with a few free drinks. The hotel itself is in a perfect location. 8-10 minute walk to the Vatican, maybe 5 to Plaza Navona and 15-20 to the Colosseum or Trevi Fountain. It is an old building with a lovely interior and you have to ride up a lift behind a gated door that you close. I felt like I was living there! I would definitely return to this hotel, hands down!!!
The wifi reception was a little sketchy in some locations of the room at times. But still good and they have a computer and printer if you need it too.
Wonderful location in the historical district of Rome. Perfect for walking everywhere. Close to good restaurants near Campo Di Fiori & Jewish quarter. Clean, newly renovated & quiet B&B rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice looking bathroom but it lacks shelf space for toiletries. Nice breakfasts with good coffee.
Pleasant hosts but they speak limited English & could not always understand questions asked. Even though it was stated on internet that there is tea/coffee making facilities in room, this is not available in all rooms. However on enquiring, they did loan me a kettle & cups but could not loan us another 4 cups for others in our party. No phone or alarm clock in rooms. As there is no on site reception after 5 or7PM - it is not possible to have early morning calls. Would not recommend this B & B for single females travelling on their own. Although it was safe, there is no phone in the room to call friends in the other rooms etc.
Hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved staying here. Close to most things. They have a computer/printer if you needed to print anything too. Great hotel!
Very friendly owners. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure that our needs were met. Good value for the money.
There is nothing that I would say I did not like.
Everything! We were greeted by Anita, the owner of the property. She is lovely. Friendly, welcoming and generous. We highly recommend this wonderful B and B. Great central location.
We a family of 6 adults and 2 children like everything, what is not to like , all 3 rooms clean and spotless , spacious bathrooms. Great breakfast room with delicious cappuccinos, fresh fruit , sliced meats and cheeses , fresh bread and pastries, etc. Best location,in walking distance to all major attractions. The owners wonderful family, ready to help you , friendly and caring. Grazie Mille!!! Will be back to Navona Queen.
We were sad to leave .
The location is perfect, close to every important place at a walking distance. Anita and Mateo were very helpful, kind hosts. We will definitely stay there again.
Marcelo greeted me right on the street ! The whole family was incredibly gracious
The step up into the bathroom is toe killer! But on e you get that down you are golden!
Location near both Vatican and other attractions.
The booking.com high score does not reflect this hotel. It is not really a good hotel. Was very difficult to find it as it is in the fifth floor in a building. Bed is short for tall people. Window in the bathroom without dark curtain!! Very small rooms. Very small shower. Staff were very rude at check out although I requested late check out. I do not recommend it.
Our room had ample space for a cot to be brought in for our adult daughter.
Breakfast wasn't served early enough for us to eat before our scheduled tours.
Wonderful family runs the hotel. All were extremely helpful in many ways. I'd return again. The location was perfect to walk everywhere.
Mattress was a bit too hard for me.
Friendly and helpful staffs. Great location. Walking distance to most of major attractions. Good restaurants and eateries nearby. The room is roomy and clean. Comfort bed and large and clean bathroom. Very good breakfast. Good a/c and good wifi if you bring your own router to connect to the Ethernet line.
This is an amazing B&B. We loved everything about it. Wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable. We definitely will stay here in the future.
Comfortable room and good breakfast.
When we arrived, the door was locked and no one was answering the bell. If it hadn't been for some other guests coming by to let us in, we would still be standing out there! Should have been sent an email advising us of the check in procedure.
