The hotel owners were very friendly and went the extra mile for us. They went above and beyond answering questions about the sites we wanted to visit. Corry took us to his other hotel and took us with his personal vehicle to the best place to shop in Rome. He made us feel so welcome in a "strange city". Corry was so attentive to our needs and put us in touch with a tour guide who took us to our ancestor's home and translated our family information to the people in the town so they could assist us in our search. The hours for breakfast could have been extended a little longer. |

Very clean room on arrival – but the cleaning after that was not superb, but ok. Staff was very nice, and the location was superb. Vi didn't have to take bus or taxi anywhere. We walked to the Forum Romanum, Vatican, Fontana Di Trevi etc. Breakfast was ok, not as bad as people comment here. Bread, youghurt and coofe - enough to get you started. Not really, but i wouldn't mind more soap and schampoo and a bit better cleaning after arrival. |

Great location, right near Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooms are fine and clean. The breakfast was pathetic even compared to European standards. They served us American coffee (no cappuccino or espresso). We had 1 yogurt (no choice of flavour), 1 bread and sometimes a glass of orange juice depending on the mood of the staff. There is no lift at the hotel. This hotel is very expensive for the services provided. |

It is an attractive and clean hotel in an excellent location. A good choice for those who are familiar with Rome, do not need assistance from staff and who do not mind buying breakfast somewhere else. This hotel is not for those who are new to Rome and need concierge service, or for those who need an elevator, or to whom breakfast is important. |

Greatest location possible in Roma. All the sites we wanted to see were at 15 to 20 minutes walking distance max. You don't need public transport staying at this hotel. The bathroom, mattress and pillows in the room were great. The rooms on top floor have small balcony, which is great for smokers:) Free WiFi in the loby area. Good fridge in the room. No elevator. Scanty breakfast. Small tv with terrestrial chanels only (but who cares when you are in Roma?). Relatively small room (I think we had the smallest room in the hotel). |

The position is ideal for site seeing. It is in walking distance of all sites and restaurants in the evening The view from our window overlooked an untidy back yard & breakfast a bit strange - just get cup and saucer - no plate and orange juice in a paper cup ! otherwise the food /coffee was good. |

Perfect location; close to all the sites, countless bars and restaurants nearby but set just far enough off of the beaten track to ensure a quiet night. The family room we had was large and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate, consisting of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, selection of pastries, bread rolls, jams, yogurt etc. (Looking at some of the other reviews I'm not sure what else people would expect?). All the staff were very helpful. |

Position near Navona Due to the extreme heat in Rome I was invited to stay with friends. I had booked for 2 nights and on the day of my arrival I inform the desk that I would only be staying 1 night. When I checked out I was charged for 2 nights. the reason was that I had to give 5 days notice of cancellation. I did not make the booking 5 days ahead so that was impossible. As I stayed 1 night of my Booking I do not think I should have been charged for 2 nights. |

Hotel Navona have very good position. It is in the center of Rome near Pantheon and piazza Navona. Rooms are big, clean and with AC. It is best you can have on the trip of Rome. breakfast |

Location is great for visiting all major sites on foot. About 20 minutes anywhere. You could tell it had been a pensione and was trying to become a hotel. Hard because I didn't have anything to compare it with. It was within our budget and for Rome in mid-August was pretty good. |

The location was good. It was very handy for many sites of interest. The breakfast lacked any choice and was the poorest we have ever had in any Italian hotel. |

Great location; the hotel blended in with the neighborhood, so you felt part of the city rather than intruding into it. Breakfast was too limited. Should offer cereal in addition to the breads. |

The location is excellent, and the room fairly large. The staff were all, from top to bottom, surly, unpleasant and unhelpful. The breakfast was also dreadful. |
