Very central location for tourist visits. Hotel recently refurbished and very clean. Staff very welcoming. Good value.
Unprepossessing entrance. Quite difficult to find at first.
The location is this hotel's best feature, but you'd be better off staying elsewhere.
Tiny room, poorly laid out. Sewer smell when you open window because room is too hot. Loud breakfast/housekeeping service in the morning, felt rushed to check out. Scuffed walls and unattractive construction in hallway. Not very comfy atmosphere. Get more for your money someplace else.
It was close to everything. It was very clean.
wifi. I had to go every night to the front desk because I could not get connected
a perfect place for a romantic weekend in Rome, our room was small but very cosy, and the hole building itself makes you feel like a real Roman. the hotel is situated very close to main sights and shopping streets
the room was really tiny, which might be a problem if you have a lot of luggage
Location, staff, very safe area of Rome,
Fan in adjoining rooms very loud - need to insulate to cut sound.
Excellent Location, Michele at the front desk is very kind and helpful!!!!!Very clean, they change towels every day!!!!
really good location
barely able to fit into the bathroom. toilet seat broken cant control room temperature. it was too hot.
Room was spacious, well furnished and nice. Location is awesome too.
There is very little blockage of the street noise. While it is a very small street, the garbage is picked up at 4.00 a.m and the excellent nearby restaurant can have happy late customers.
I enjoyed the rooms look and feel. We have have booked this hotel a couple of times. I would recommend it to my friends.
Room was a little noisy. But this was due to me not booking the quiet room option.
Location Price Room Private Entrance
The location and the room are very good. The staff is helpfull. I recomend
Staff, especially front desk; location
Small space, especially bathroom; being renovated; elevator out.
Perfect location to explore all sights.
Elevator under maintenance so constantly going up and down stairs making it uncomfortable when moving luggage.
the location is good
The bed is so dirty,I lived there for 2days.The first night when I was ready to get on bed,I saw hairs on my blanket. They don't even change the sheet. It is very dirty.
Overall a great hotel. Room was understated but clean and large for Europe. Location was excellent between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant.
Only two notes of caution: 1) the hotel is on a back street - two taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel 2) there is no elevator - they were in the process of installing one in mid-october
Perfect lacation!! Cooler for breakfast/ water. Good cleaning.
You could here people talk in the streets- bad noice reflection throw Windows. But it was à calm street most of the nights.
We were required to move to the zenardelli flats as the hotel Navona had repair issues.
The notice from the hotel about the repairs was not received due to trip connections.
near the bus stop
No lift; no refrigerator
Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
The elevator was under construction.
Central location , very easy to walk around Rome , see the sights without using transport. Quiet area but easy reach for restaurants.
The staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating. Rooms were impeccable. Nothing bad to say. We will be back!
We visited Rome for 4 nights in October 2014. The room was modern, clean, and had an en suite, which was also modern and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, including carrying bags up the stairs to the room, providing an adapter as we forgot to pack one, directing us so we could get a roma pass and helping to arrange a taxi back to the airport 45e. The location was excellent, less than a 5 minute walk from the pantheon, and pretty central for walking to the vatican city or to the collosseum. There are plenty of bars and restaurants locally if you do not want to venture far on an evening.
Room, staff, breakfast!
Close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Easy walk to everywhere. Clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff.
Probably the best thing about Hotel Navona is its great location, within a block and a half of Piazza Navona, and easy walking distance to lots of other places of interest. Staff was very helpful in explaining how to get places and arranging taxi if you needed one to get someplace, or for transportation to the airport.
I would recommend skipping the breakfast, it was a convenient option, but nothing to write home about. They were in the process of switching Wi-Fi providers; so there were problems with that, but that happens.
