The staff was friendly, the location was exellent, the A/C was good and the breakfast was good enough for 3 start hotel
Very close to train station - just 3-4 min by foot, calm, nice breakfast, perfect location for active visit Venice.
Nice and quiet. Great location close to the train station and grad canal.
The staff was not friendly , the room they gave us was tiny when i booked i ask for a room for four they stuffed us in the room on 4 small beds no room to move. The money we paid was not worth it.
The room was clean, towels changed every day. Close to train station and bus station.
1. Poor and bad breakfast and the bread could not be eaten at all. 2. Although included in the offer, wi-fi did not work and, moreover, the personnel from the hotel pretended that wi-fi was in place. After two days, they agreed that wi-fi did not work and one lady working at reception proposed to customers to go to coffee bars in the neighborhood to buy coffee to have free wi-fi. 3. At my kind request to help me with their internet connection for doing online check-in for my flight, they refused (although not difficult /expensive for them to do it).
The location is excellent. Close to the train station and central water taxi stations. In the center of a tourist area.
The shower was very small and the room also quite compact.
Location is close to train station
Too pricy for the room condition
Location, location, location! Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms and good shower!
People in the room next door having a half hour shower at 2am!
Very near to train station, walking distance. Need to go up >20 steps before reception, can request assistance from reception if needed. breakfast is good.
Nice location, walking distance from the train station, but no view of the canal. Nice restaurant across the street. Plenty of shopping. Breakfast was basic, loved croissants.
Color of the walls was horrible, but now I know the treason - you can't see mosquito stains on the red walls. If you don't open the window you can't breath, but if you do, you will have tons of mosquitoes in your room. Now you can breath, but can't sleep because of mosquitoes buzzing in your ears and trying to bite you. Well, you got the idea. It's better to keep the windows closed if you can tolerate the stuffy smell in the room.
The position, close to the bus and train stations for easy arrival and departure. Within walking distance of all the atttractions and near to the boat stops for those who prefer not to walk. There are many good bars and restaurants nearby for an evening after a busy day.
The breakfast was ample but a little basic.
Breakfast was ok. It was good that they had a separate room to store luggage. convenient location if you travel to Venice by train.
We paid for a room for 3 people and got a room for 2 people that was so small that the doors of the wardrobe did not open. It was changed for the second night but still...
Good location, 5 minute walk from/to the train station.
From the front door, you need to walk up 15-20 steps to meet the front desk. No elevator available at this point. A staff at the reception are not informative, you need to ask for everything. No variety of breakfast.
Location very near train station. Staff courteous and helpful.
Bathroom, especially shower pretty small, but should be expected in such old renovated buildings. Shower especially small for large people.
