Excellent location!!!; Room had balcony with nice view; computer with free internet in bedroom!; Good breakfast

This inexpensive hotel in the heart of old Naples, near the Archaeological Museum and the underground Greco-Roman ruins, is clean, safe, pleasant, and attractively decorated, next to a beautiful Romanesque campanile. The entrance is a bit odd: it's on the third floor of an old palazzo, next to a restaurant, through a metal gate and a little parking place and up a staircase or an elevator. But inside it's modern and reasssuring. The people are mostly sweet and helpful. The neigh-borhood is like what you see in photos of Naples - full of life and crazy contrasts. I'd certainly go back.

The internet is supposed to be available free in the rooms, but this was not working. The charming young woman at the desk let me use her computer for a while.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is close to many good local restaurants, pizzerias, shops and cafes. It is located in the most typical Neopolitan neighborhood. Having a computer in the room, with Internet, was an added bonus.

On Booking.com, the room that we chose was advertised as having a jacuzzi, however when we checked in, we found out that only 2 of the 6 "superior double" rooms have a jacuzzi, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was basic and not varied, no fresh fruit ever and not even yogurt some days. The hotel staff was friendly when approached (cleaning and breakfast staff) but the staff at the desk hardly even spoke a single word to us when we entered and left the hotel during our stay. We were cold the first night and requested more blankets and pillows, which was not understood by the staff and only pillows were provided. The heating system must be manually turned on and off using a remote (the same as the air conditioning) which was annoying.

La douche très étroite et pas de chauffage dans la salle de douche, les lits un peu trop durs pour des séniors

Hotellet ligger centralt I Napoli, I et spændende kvarter med hverdagsliv I gaderne. Jeg var der alene og færdedes trygt I kvarteret. Det var nemt at komme til centrale steder, museer, kirker, forretninger mm. Hotellet hyggeligt og velholdt. Pc og internetadgang på værelset. God morgenmad. Men fremfor alt vil jeg fremhæve personalet. Jeg besøgte stedet for anden gang og blev med det samme - efter ½ år - genkendt og meget hjerteligt modtaget. Jeg følte mig helt hjemme! Jeg kan derfor på det varmeste anbefale hotellet.

På baggrund af ovennævnte er det vanskeligt at finde negative sider.
