Score from 58 reviews Wonderful
The beds were not comfortable at all. Hard and no padding at all. The pillows were just as hard. I like hard beds but this was like sleeping on a box spring only. The breakfast could change every few days. We were there for 4-5 days and it was the same everyday. Eggs and hot dog/sausages.
The staff was more helpful than I could have asked for. They called places during the holidays to see if they were open for us to tour. They greeted us every time we can to the desk.
Bathroom is a bit small, particularly the shower. Not a real issue for us.
Central location, but if you have a room around the corner, still quiet. Breakfast is excellent, given the prize. Size of the room is good, with good facilities. Staff is friendly.
Lication and safety.
Breakfast and staff. Good price.
The elevator The bathroom The nonfunctional air condition The drug street nearby
Television difficult to operate. Water was hot in the mornings but early evening quite cool. A bigger lift would have been nice.
Location - right in the centre of historical Naples, helpful staff, plenty of restaurants nearby, WiFi, great for shopping.
Not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of. Saturday night is party night and the noise- signing, music, yelling, bottles breaking, traffic etc, from the square below was so loud and went on far into the night. I barely got any sleep at all
The hotel is in the historic centre of Naples, an easy metro ride or a 7,50 euro taxi ride from the train station. It was so very close to the two places i wanted to go. A three minute walk to the Capella San Severo museum and a ten minute walk to the National Archeological museum. It was right in the centre of things with many many eating places a short walk away The room was spacious and clean. It had everything I needed and I felt safe there.
Street noise pretty much all night, I stayed 4 nights. 2 single beds joint to make my queen bed.
It was very noisy, not (just) from the street (we knew the city is living), but from the other room, from the reception, from the breakfast room - we heard everything. The tv was very small - we can live without it, it was just surpiced us. Till our 5 days the roof restaurant was always closed.
Jó helyen, tiszta szálloda. Minden nap volt takarítás. A recepción segítőkészek voltak. Nice, clean hotel. We had a small balcony to the street. The room was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was helpful.
Location Cost Breakfast
Nothing really! We travelled around Italy. This was the nicest place we stayed in, however Naples wasn't our favourite location.
The hotel was in the middle of the historic centre, a short walk from the metro and buses. The hotel was situated on a lovely square with a fantastic restaurant. Local sights were not far away. Pompeii and the bay were easy to get to. Staff were fantastic and helped us with many of our requests.
Easy to access hotel from Metra Line 1. Good location to walk old town and to the harbor. Breakfast was typical Italian style. The room and bathroom were large. The hotel is on second floor with a lift to the lobby.
Great location in the very heart of the old town. Very quiet due to courtyard rooms and very helpful staff. I was surprised by how nice the rooms were for the price.
Misinformation regarding the parking and paid parking. Frighteningly bottlenecks and primitive garage, only small cars, terrible breakfast, run-down rooms, equipment, scary bathroom, dirty, untidy yard and lift. The booking photo give false information
Location, value for money and the breakfast were all very good.
Ceiling of the room is high, it is easy to spend. Staff were very friendly, parking is very safe. It is close to road and sea.
We had the room next to the reception desk, which made the room too noisy in the early morning which woke us up.In our last day we even had the reception desk calling us by 7 a.m (it was an error but we wish we could have sleep more,we had never asked to be waken up). The single beds were very small (about 180 cm x 70 cm),the pillows and the towels very thin. One day during our stay, the room was not tidied up,they probably forgot it.We didn't spend much time in our room,so it was o.k but don't expect high standards.
The hotel is nicely situated in downtown at a walking distance to the main streets a traveler may want to get to.The staff was also nice and helpful. This hotel was a good value for the money, generally speaking...
Very noisy on the street outside - until very late at night. Room had an old smell to it, although sheets were clean and fresh.
The room was very basic, bathroom very small - but it was all manageable for one night. It was reasonable value for the money. Had a very nice breakfast. Staff were nice. I was not there very long. WiFi was good and they allowed me to have breakfast the first morning I got there which was really nice since I hadn't eaten yet that day. It was also really close to the good pizza place, which was just down the street.
