Great bed, good location, good wifi, clean room. Breakfast was cute.
Noisy streets -problem while sleeping. Water in shower was too slowly so showering was 30minutes long.
Close to Termini Friendly staff
Noisy (like trams were driving through your room) Breakfast (no choice, bad coffee)
Nice location. Safe neighborhood. Close to Termini.
Bed broke. Street side noisy. Had to ask for hot water to be turned on. Bathroom shower fixture broken.
Nice Room. Extremely close to Transport. Friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was near the center so it was easy to go on foot at many sightseeings. The room was clean enough.
Breakfast is being served in the room and always in time. Just 5 minutes of walking to central railway station and around 15 to Colosseum.
B&B is hard to find, there is no seen sign on the street. That's just few rooms on the 3d floor in a regular building. My window was looking on the street and even after closing it and sun blinds it wasn't getting much quite. It takes some time for the water to get warm and water head is very poor. Sewerage smells. Place being owned by Chinese lady, who doesn't speak English at all. During check in there was her daughter, she was nice, helped with orienteering, but you won't find her there on other days. Room seemed to be clean, but from the 1st night I felt like something is biting me. Didn't pay attention till the time I started to itch myself after the 2/3 night. All hands and head were covered with bites. Bed bugs are not what you are waiting for during your vacation. Would never recommend this place to my friends.
Several rooms on the 4th floor of the 6-storied building which is located 7 minutes walk from the Termini central station. Our room was quite spacious. Every day cleaning and simple breakfast. For 2 people you get 4 towels, 2 shampoos, 2 shower gels and 1 small soap. You get new ones as far as you use shampoo or gel. The hostess is friendly and doesn't speak English. But her daughter (or colleague?) speaks English quite well. This B&B is quiet, we didn't hear our neighbours and even didn't see them in a common area. The price is quite reasonable for this hotel. I would recommend it to young couples who want to live in the city center and spend less money for accomodation.
The elevator didn't work most of the time. Wi-fi was quite poor. We had one double bed, but there were 2 mattresses, one of them was uncomfortable. Have to wait till warm water gets warm. It takes about 5 minutes. So keep in mind to turn it on beforehand.
All staff in B&B Nemo is Chinese, but they are hospitable and nice. It's situated very close to train station. Room was furnitured good.
It is situated in Chinese area and it wasn't very safety to come back late. Breakfasts weren't very good especially coffee
Great location. 3-5 mins from Terminal with well-paved pedestrian walk - easy for luggage towing Very friendly and helpful staff (they live in the B&B), even took a walk to show me the bus stop to airport and an Italian restaurant which was 10-15mins away. Room (and bed) quite big and well furnished. In-room breakfast comes as standard. Lift available.
The door may be harder to find, but easy enough if you already know its location on Google map.
Location: if you don't mind walking a little, it's quite close to the center; the train station, several supermarkets and restaurants are also very close; the bed was good; they let us leave the bags for some hours after the check-out.
Definitely some aspects to point out. For the price (80 euros/night), the conditions could be better: they don't have a breakfast room so they take the breakfast to your room in a tray, which leaves you with no choice. We left some food untouched the first day and the following days we didn't get it anymore. Also, we had to choose if we wanted our breakfast served at 8.30 or 9.30 (so if your planning to get out earlier in the morning, you have to skip breakfast); cleaning is not the best; check-out at 10.00 (no comment...).
1. The owner is a Shanghai lady who can communicate in Mandarin. So we have no problem in communicating with her. 2. She is actually living in the property so she is always available. 3. She is a very nice lady who is always smiling, and giving us very good service. 4. The B&B is very close to the railway station, and need only 5 min walk to get there. 5. The room is large and comfortable, and clean. 6. There's a supermarket nearby where you can buy food. 7. The TV is very large, over 40 inch in size. 8. The room rate is good.
1. There's wifi in the room but is a bit unstable. 2. There's nothing else I can think of.
The location is an excellent start point for every route or amenity you might want to explore. The room was clean and neat with enough space for a couple.
The mattresses were old and while sleeping, you could feel every spring in it. Breakfast could also be a little bit more diverse, since you get one croissant, a glass of some orange drink, and a small fruit yoghurt.
only the location is 5 minutes walk from the termini main station in Rome
the hotel is only a flat with 3 rooms and you share the main entrance door...its a motel rather than a hotel... the owner is chineese and can't talk English which was a major problem... no front desk, if you want anything, you need to knock the door of the owner room which is embarrassing for you... no signs on the building indication the hotel location... the toilet has many problems like water leak from the walls... in fact it was a disaster....
Friendliness, willingness to please, cleanness, good breakfast
very hard mattress
Very polite and helpful staff. Very convenient location for sightseeing.
No collaboration with taxis, tour organisers. No printing/ scanning facility available if needed. Noisy surrounding. Less than ordinary breakfast provided.
Friendly hosts, clean and fresh atmosphere, street
5 min to Termini, 5 min to metro station. Hotel boss is a Shanghai lady, able communicate in Mandarin, very friendly and helpful. Share me a map, places to visit in Rome, transportation, where to get nice & affordable price foods, where could buy Italy branded goods. Moreover, she gave me a red wine for new year eve celebration and what is the events in new year eve. I'm so touching and surprised. Room is warm enough for winter. Thank you for everything.
