The hotel staff were very helpful and the location was central to key Rome tourist sites. It was good value for money and the rooms were clean. Breakfast each morning was a pleasure tha is to the staff personalities.

The location is excellent for the price. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The sleep rooms are very outdated, small, and the beds are awful. The hotel also is aware of a problem with sea gulls nesting outside of guest rooms. The birds are very loud and disruptive to sleep.

The staff was very accommodating. The lobby area was very warming. The second room we had was a decent size room. The first room we were assigned to should not be a room that should be assigned to anyone. It is way too small, the bathroom was difficult to maneuver. You could hardly move in the shower, very, very uncomfortable. Fortunately we were moved the second day, but that room should not be rented to anyone. The beds were hard, the bedspread not clean.

Everything is excellent in basis of this price, especially friendly staff and the location to sights. The only poor thing is small bath room, but it's still OK for me.

Overall a ok stay. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. It is located very close to Coliseo. The staff was ok. Talked a good English. We stayed 3 nights. In the last night, the hotel didn't have hot water... In winter! Very frustating go sleep without a bath after a day walking in Rome!

Location is perfect, just a tiny step away from Piazza Venezi and Colosseum. Stuff helpful, rooms are small butu clean and tidy. Wifi access only at the lobby, and even it's free still a payed option for access in the rooms would be beneficiary.

Near the center of town, very kind staff. First, the shower is very nerrow and small (60*60 cm), so one cant soap himself without bumping the corners and a "big" man/women can't insert that. The tellevion is small (20inc) and include only italian chanells. No wii-fi in the room. Price for humbel brakfest is 10 euros for one person.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION This is a fantastic family run hotel of only 22 rooms. It is across the road from ancient ruins and 3 blocks from the Colosseum. This is NOT a North American style hotel. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are even smaller. But they are spotlessly clean. The staff are outstanding and do whatever they can to make your stay great. They will set up a ride from the airport and book whatever tickets you want. They even provide stamps for your postcards. The breakfasts are more Italian than Canadian..and were great. The cappuccino was the best we had. You truely feel like you are the family's guest's. This little hotel is a real find and we will definitely return!. The carpet and the wall fabric was a little tired but on our second day we discovered the Cirulli's taking stock and getting ready for the soon to be redecorating.

The hotel was very clean and had a wonderful big shower! It was centrally located and yet very quiet. I would have liked it if they had allowed adapters to be borrowed. I had to buy one from the desk in order to use my camera charger and hair straightener.

The location of this hotel is excellent -- only a short walk to the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The breakfast is served in pre-determined portions by a staff member in the breakfast room, which means that we couldn't take more (or less) of the things we liked (or didn't like). I felt that it was wasteful -- because there were some things we couldn't eat -- and unfortunately, I left the table feeling a little hungry. On a positive note, the freshly- made cappuccino was excellent!

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are a little small - pretty typical for that part of Rome though. Wifi only available in the bar/reception area, not in rooms.

The location was perfect - part of a charming neighborhood adjacent to the Roman Forum and surprisingly quiet. There's a nice restaurant almost next door and an excellent seafood restaurant just up the street. Our rooms (in the annex) were large and comfortable and totally spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they all speak English, which was great for our family and our collective Italian vocabulary of about 8 words. The common area is very small and does not look out onto the street. The breakfast service is a bit underwhelming. But really, those are very small complaints.
