Very friendly staff who told you local tips
Very small shower
The staff are amazing. Breakfast was wonderful and there wasn't enough they would not do for you. The hotel is in a terrific location, clean and welcoming.
Room size was a bit small but you expect this due to the location so no real complaints. I would have like some drawers for small clothing items, underwear etc.
This hotel was a great pick in Rome, location was superb and the rooms were very stylish and modern. Breakfast was amazing, served up to you, best breakfast I had in Europe. Staff were lovely
Wifi was a bit slow but very rarely.
The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Small shower room, no bath and WiFi not good in bedroom
Words cannot describe how wonderful the location of Hotel Nerva was. It is in the upcoming Monti neighbourhood a fast growing swank, artistic area of town. Hotel Nerva is next to the forum and a few minute walk to the Coloseum. The staff at this Hotel are exceptional, kind, generous, happy and welcoming. Amazing breakfast and plenty of it - coffee/tea, buns, croissants, jams, cheese, hams, fresh fruits, orange juice, boiled egg - all served to you. Those wanting bacon and eggs should not travel anywhere in Europe and stay home. Free WiFi terrific. Flat tv but programs only in Italian - not that you want to waste away watching television when there is just too much to see. For an added touch they also provide high-tea at 4 pm.
Poor wifi connection
Perfect boutique hotel with modern, chic rooms and excellent service in best location. Luxurious bedding and bathrooms and charming reception/breakfast area. Great staff, who make you feel genuinely welcome & feel at home!
Excellent location. Walking distance from all main attractions. A real person makes you coffee and breakfast is decent.
The bathroom clean but is not well designed. The space could have been better utilised. I got scraped by the towel rack while getting in and out of the shower and couldn't reach the heat rack behind the toilet. Too high for an average person.
Wonderful breakfasts - best we've had anywhere. Very helpful staff. Hotel was so close to the major sites that we were able to walk everywhere.
Very minor point - an additional chair in the room would have been useful but since we spent so little time in the room we didn't ask for one.
There is no control over personal reading lights at the bedside. Also it would be nice to see some whole wheat bread at breakfast.
Location location location.! Good breakfast, clean comfortable room, helpful staff. Very good recommendation for restauart that I woukd never have found. Would definitely go back.
Nothing excep should have stayed longer.
Rooms were not good isolated from rumors. You can hear everything happening outside. Bathroom too small.
Hotel was ideally located in ancient Rome. From the hotel, we were able to walk everywhere! We even walked to the Vatican. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered a complimentary walking tour of ancient Rome on our arrival. This tour was excellent and the tour guide was so knowledgeable and we felt extremely lucky to have this on our first day in Rome. The breakfast was fabulous and the ladies that served us were amazing and took care of our every need. Cappucino, caffe latte, expresso, whatever you want! This was our last stop before we returned home and I can say it was the frosting on the cake!!!
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many sights and yet it feels a little out of the way. Our room was lovely and quiet. The hotel arranged a car to pick us up at the airport which was fabulous. The breakfast was very good.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly whether its checking you in, giving directions and hints for where to go, making reservations for you at restaurants, or serving uo breakfast. And the location just behind the Imperial Forum and down the street from the Colosseum was just perfect for us.
location is right in the midst of classical roman monuments (forum across the street, scant blocks to coliseum); helpful and friendly staff; delicious breakfast and cappuccino every morning; beautiful and quiet room with seating area, free WiFi, tv, wall safe
room a bit small-seating area on raised platform with two steps up to it, two more steps up to the closet, and only two cubbies instead of a dresser
Close to attractions
Bathroom toilet faulty
bathroom a bit small
Really friendly staff
Location Superb breakfasts Assistance with transport Assistance with Opera tickets General advice for first timers to Rome Complimentary tour Complimentary afternoon tea
The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect! Although it was on a quaint side street the Colosseum was just around the corner!
I would have liked the breakfast to be included in my room costs.
The receptionist he was unhelpful and not personable
Beautiful boutique hotel, centrally located near the Colosseum, with stylish rooms and very friendly staff. Could not ask for more and we will definitely return.
