The hotel is in the city centre, close everything, the Colosseum like 300meter. Really good coffe for breakfast. Really clean room. This was the best choise for this prise. The room was in december really cold and really small. I haven't seen before bathroom in this small size and really thin walls, we heared the neighbours. |

Location was excellent. Room was typical European size and comfortable. The street out front was noisy, but the room had good sound-proofing. |

The exceptionally pleasant nature of the hotel staff. The morning continental breakfast was alwas good, and the hot chocolate and cappicino were wonderful. The water temperature in the shower (room one) was practically impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature. It was either scalding hot or very, very cold. |

great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast (but see comments below re tiny breakfast room), quiet given very central location. Perfectly ok hotel but not at the price we paid. Very small room, shower for midgets (elderly or large person could not deal with it), tiny breakfast room, had to wait for a table and then under pressure to finish asap |

Very close to desirable sites. The shower was 4.5 sq. ft. The room was small -- less than 10x16 Ft and utterly lacking in charm or elegance. The air conditioning did not work. The staff was less than helpful. Internet access was not available to more than one guest. The double bed (two twins together) was hard. |

The staff was incredible . . . so nice and helpful. The coffee that they serve as part of the breakfast is the best that I have ever had. The location is perfect, across the street from the Forum. |

The staff was absolutely amazing! They truly went beyond the call of duty. The man that was at the front desk when we arrived helped us beyond belief. We had a car with us and he gave us his parking spot and actually parked the car in it for us as it was too challenging to park it ourselves due to the way people drive in Rome. All of the hotel staff were really great, it's made our stay in Rome that much better. |

Just next to the Forum and around the corner from the Colosseum. A perfect location to walk around ancient Rome. Antonio, Umberto and Nella were terrific helpful hosts. |

No matter what, this hotel is located in an excellent place. I felt like as if I stay inside of ancient Rome. Double thumbs up !!! Well, condition of hotel room was ok..small room, only shower, etc, just like staying at a hotel in Paris,or Amsterdam. |

Location was _perfect_ for exploring Rome. Staff was very friendly and willing to try to help. Great value for the money. I'd certainly stay there again. Room was a bit small, but I didn't go to Rome to stay in my room. I was surprised that an alarm clock was not provided, but I didn't ask for one either. A fat person would have trouble in the shower because it was small but it was fine for me (5' 8", 170 lbs). |

The location is excellent, quite yet close to the Forum and Colesseum. Staff were helpful and pleasant. As mentioned by others our shower was a squeeze - you may struggle if you have any extra pounds. |

The staff was beyond helpful to us on our trip. Whenever we needed to get directions, or find out if a local restaurant was open, or even check on schedules, they were there to give us the answer. The only complaint was the room we had was a little small for a double and not very spacious, but that didn't hinder our vacation at all. |
