The location was astonishing: I mean the beach and the sea, but that's nature's merit, not the hotel. Even the location of the restaurant was quite good being oudoor and in front of the sea.

We could sleep only until about 5 o'clock because after dawn the room was completely invaded by the sunlight. In addition we had to switch off the air-conditioner because it was very very noisy. We would have had dinner at the restaurant but we couldnt, because we wanted to have a look at the menu first, since I am pregnant, but the waiters pretended to be too busy to come near and talk to us as if we were were invisible to them; they have been very rude. Not to talk about the toilet: uncomfortable, old-fashioned... not even a rag for the shower.

Location, beach, swimmingpool, personel... It's a familyrun business which makes the huge difference between big hotels with no personal touch. It is a vintage place with basic facilities and excellent espressi. Good traditional italian... What else do you need!

The quality of the food is not up to standard, but pasta vongole is still perfect

After waiting 10 minutes to check in - First attempt they gave us two twin beds (we were on our honeymoon and had booked a double bed) with no AC. Second attempt was a better room, but the manager kept insisting we go get my bags together when I just wanted to be given our room key. It's not very nice, the pool was green, and no matter how many Mosquitos we killed (with doors and windows shut) they seemed to be pumping them in through the vents. Never again!

Great location on superb beach.good breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff. There is a small shopping strip nearby for fish ,meat ,groceries. There is a bar and pizza restuarant.

WI FI poor to rooms. Excellent in reception dining areas. The dinner is a bit over priced

The hotel is very nice, but very quiet. There is nothing, only 1 pizzeria, 1 supermarket, 1 shop in 8 min. walking. There is a bus station to Pula, (5 minutes), where you can find more restaurants, shops....small city, but nice. The beach is very nice, private beach - 12 EUR umbrella. 6 EUR one sunbed. The staff is very helpfull, we had a room on floor, nice balcony. But on the ground floor, there are small terasse - so I prefer floor.

AC was very loud, if you hear at night from another room. Also you hear a shower from another room,....

Great location near beautiful beach, friendly helpful staff, good food in the restaurant. Good value for money.

Hotel is quite basic, rather old looking, so would rather give it good 3stars than 4 stars, though for money paid was fine for me.

its location is absolutely amazing. a few steps from the beach, overlooking the most beautiful sea. the surrounding pineta is quiet. we were there during peak season and while everywhere else everything was packed. we tried to leave to explore somewhere els but came back after two days :) the rooms are massive, some even with a proper living room! there is a cafe bar, a grocery store and other few shops within walking distance, but for anywhere else you will definitely need a car.

the rooms are quite basic, the beds not very comfortable. definitely not a 4 stars. too many mosquitoes.

The hotel is old style but right by the beach. Every room has it's own terrace or balcony which was very nice. The swimming pool was very big and nice to lay by and there is a small supermarket nearby which was handy. There are buses running between the hote and the town of Pula as well.

There were many mosquitoes in our room and when we asked for some bug spray they gave us an empty can. The toilet water was constantly running and quite loud, the air conditioning was very loud and dripped water onto the floor. We were under the impression that there was an airport shuttle but actually you have to catch a public bus to Cagliari then another bus to the airport. The fridge isn't really cold enough to chill anything unless you leave it there for a long long time

Had a fantastically relaxing time. The pool and beach are literally minutes from the door. Staff are friendly and helpful.
