Hotel itself is fine & Staff pleasant & helpful best breakfast both in choice & quality We had during our trip to Italy Location Area dark, streets badly lit, seedy but this appears the case around the central train station in general Napoli is the dirtiest city I have visited in Europe ever.

This hotel is located right next to the central train station, but it was fairly quiet for us. The room and bathroom were nice. The hotel itself is nice. If you're coming with a car, the parking is right next door, maybe just about 10 yards away. The hotel has a good internet connection and a dated but clean interior for the rooms. It is priced very nice for what you get. The neighborhood outside is a little run down but we had absolutely no problems walking and going shopping, and to the pizza places and even walking 4km (~2.5 miles) to take the Hop on Hop off tour bus (Really recommend this). We tried a few Pizza places, but I have to tell you, Tutino's was absolutely the best pizza I've ever eaten, and it only takes them 2-3 minutes once I order to bring it, and the waiters and chef were very kind and welcoming. We went to the most famous one also (Da Michele) but were really let down. The pizza was soggy, and the waiters were very arrogant. This is definitely a hotel I would go back to if I was going back to Napoli (Naples). It is quick to get to from the airport, and quick to get back on the freeway to drive to Sorrento and Positano etc. Slightly dated, but clean. The neighborhood is a little on the rundown side but that's what you get when you are near train stations or airports anyway, and I would definitely go back.

Convient to station and a haven from the mad house of .Napl;esM The reception staff should concentrate on dealing with one customer at a time until transaction is complete and not be distracted by other guests or colleaguses who are lound and voluable in the local language

No, I don't like the service I don't like this hotel anymore. My complaint is I expected the room I booked was same as what I stayed. In fact not. I do not know what's your website's mistake. The reception said the picture on my booking paper was a Suite room, but the price I booked was a superior DBL room. This was not my mistake. After talking to receiption lady, they assigned me other Room 503 instead of a small room 518. But still not the picture I want. They assigned a Rm 518, Your website & Ramada was totally screw me up.

If you want to travel on Napoli by metro or travel to Kazerta and other suburbs this hotel is suitable because the central metro station and railway station are close to it. But for these purposes you could select cheaper hotels. The breakfast was good but without fresh fruits and vegetables (I stayed in hotel in September).

staff was relatively efficient and friendly and handled overbooking well overbooking: had a confirmed, non-refundable booking through booking.com nonetheless they were overbooked and bounced me to another hotel! although done at their cost, the hotel (grand hotel capodimonte) was a downgrade (no internet, noisy etc...) and the whole ordeal cost me at least 2 hours, which i had planned to spend with friends in the city. in retrospect, it was only mercy with the nice and (what looked like quite desparate) frontdesk staff that i didn't complain harder on the spot. location: the ramada is in a shady neighbourhood, was sceptical about the other reviewers comments first, but they turned out to be true. naples: also, the city itself is a dump. not worth the time if not required for business or visits in the surrounding region.

Proximity to the station and access to the airport is good. Food was good and reasonably priced. While it is close to the station the area it is located in is very dirty and unattractive. It did not feel like a safe area to be venturing out in.

The hotel is very close to the central train station which made it nice as we were not familiar with Naples, however this is also the worst part about the hotel. The staff was good and the rooms were large and clean which is most important. Overall the hotel was a very nice hotel especially for the price. The hotel is across from the central station, which is a terrible part of town and it was noisy all night. If you are just there for a night this would be a good place to stay for business or just transferring from one place to the next.

The attendants were very friendly, provided all the requested information about the city that made my stay very comfortable. On the departure day they took care of my luggages as I had to attend the closing ceremony and helped me while going to the railway station. I thank them very much for their hospitality. It's proximity to the railway station as well as the metro.

The location was perfect as it was next to the motorway and the station and we needed somewhere to stay before our very early morning flight from Naples airport. We had been staying for most of our holiday on the Amalfi coast. The added advantage with the Ramada Naples was the carpark - not all the hotels in the centre of Naples have this facility and parking on the street is impossible! The reception staff were really, really friendly and helpful. Because my Italian is so rubbish, I was very grateful for their fluent English!

Near train station, good breakfast, good advice from staff. Not the best of locations, heavy traffic at times to cross streets to get there, an oasis.
