Ramada Naples

Nâo gostei de nada em especial.

Os funcionários não foram simpáticos. O colchão de uma das camas estava em muito mau estado. Ouve-se muito barulho do exterior e sente-se o hotel estremecer com a passagem dos comboios.

Hotel de muito bom padrão,funcionarios bem preparados e restaurante muito bom.A Area de localização apesar de ser bem perto da estaçõa de trem não é segura para deixar o hotel a pé a noite

Not up to the standards you would expect from a Ramada in North America. Generally run down and not in good repair. Air conditioning did not work

the building was nice, and quiet.

I asked for a double bed, but in fact there were two separate beds put together so neatly so that they look like one. This is very disrespectful to clients' needs.

The employees in the reception were very helpful and kind. For example, the window of our room was not closing properly (there is a train station closeby), I told them and they checked immediately.

The bathroom of the hotel room should be more clean. The hotel is not close to city center but close to bus stop.

Bill was incorrect. Asked to adjust as we had 3 evening meals and we had been charged for a sweet in addition even though it was in the price. On closer inpection when we left we noticed only one sweet price had been removed.

The hotel has easy access to the city although it is situated on dark side street. The staff are both helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best I experienced in Italy so far. Will definitely go with The Ramada group again.

The only thing I did not like was even though we had booked a non smoking room, we were given a room that smelt of cigarette smoke. I had to ask for a different n/s room and was told that although The Ramada has a non smoking policy in the hotel, I could smoke if I liked! Eventually 'the penny dropped' and the receptionist booked us into another room.

Nothing there customer service was extremly poor. I booked a 2 night package, they tried to tell to leave after 1 night, 2 staff came to my room. I showed them my booking info., They said you can stay it was computer error no one said sorry. Dont stay there, meals very expensive. I was very very unhappy with managment-staff!
