Score from 226 reviews Very good
i thought it to be too far from the main city. 15 euro for a taxi to take you to milano centrale. I rather just book a more expensive hotel/hostel in the city than go through the hassle of getting to the property.
They make you pay 5€ por towels. A bot noisy and beds are not ver y good
Clean and not bad location
Noisy doesn't even begin to explain how loud it was, it's next to the main city train tracks, the walls are paper thin and everyone was screaming through to 1am, which made it impossible to sleep
Staff were friendly and helpful
Very unpolite personel in the night shift when we arrived
A bit hard to find.
Nice place. Friendly staff. A lot af nice places to eat breakfast in the area. Good price. Took us about 15-20 minuttes to get to centrum.
- people making noise on our flour on saturday night - no cleaning service for us ( maybe she forgot our room) - lift is not in good state ( people have written on the walls, .. - when we arrived, there was some hair'on the ground in our room Everything was perfect except tje cleaning service.
- good geographical situation - lobby very friendly with transmission of futball games - breakfast delicious - employees very friendly and serviable - two king beds - everything was ok for the price we paid. We will Come back.
-no WiFi in room only in lobby. -2 crisp packets and 2 water bottles costed us 13e
The staff was pleasant
Bit hard to find on first arriving but no problems after that. There are no safety deposit boxes or room safes which is worrying. If you stray passed the hotel you and up in the red light district but in fairness none of our group had problems and overall it is not a bad area.
Price. Big comfortable beds. Helpful friendly staff in all area. Much made of the noise at night but we heard very little. Some good bars and restaurants within five minutes walk.
Not even a bar of soap in the en suite to wash your hands. Very basic, lax security. No towels provided
Friendly staff, value for money
Wi-fi only in the lobby, bed and pillows very hard, quite out-of-the-way, not that easy to get to even with public transport
Cheap, clean, Sky TV, heaters in rooms and en-suite bathroom, close enough to Milano Centrale station to use Uber for only 6€
Too big noise because of trains and also because of not good isolated rooms. No wifi in the rooms, our TV was out of service. Not go there anymore
The personal was helpfull.
- you have to rent towel for 5 euro - no internet in the room, only in the lobby
- very decent size of the room - big beds, comfortable - clean sheets, clean room - room service every day (they clean the room)
Train is near north side of hotel, but with closed window it's almost unhearable. Anyway, to ask for room on south side, then noise will be real unhearable.
Kind ambience, clean new building (4 floors), kind personell...

Guilliano is the best and the number 1 of all the receptionist who I met in all my trips, we always found him in our service, I GIVE the maximum for this hotel because of gulliano, thank you
The room and especialy the toilet smelled bad, like a hospital. WiFi signal only in the lobby.
The stuff was very kind and helpfull. Room size was okey, every night they are baking some croasaints and it smelled very nice. For that price its not a bad hostel.
1) Room horribly smelled from burned out engine of air conditioning. Receptionist refused to exchange our room and he invented a story about disinfecting of air conditioning a week ago. Nonsense - disinfection so does not smell nor one day after. // 2) Everything in the hotel is for a fee (towels, air conditioning, TV, soap, etc.) // 3) Under the windows pass trains - in the night is a terrible noise.// 4) Dirty bathroom and dirty battery sinks. Cold water, poor showerhead, broken light in the bathroom. // 5) Long waiting for the elevator. // 6) No WiFi in rooms. // 7) Distance from stop of public transport. //
Nothing - I have visited many "low budget" and backpackers hotels in Africa and Asia and New Moon Hostel in Milano was the worst.
Location is far away from center.
Everything is good
they did not have towells and soap.
Hallway is Kind of loud. You can Hear other guests with their Trolleys. It would be ok of they add lamp shades in the room.
The bed was huge and comfy. Staffs are nice. Grocery store and Tram are near. Internet in the Lobby is fine. We always take the tram and get off at duomo and Vice VersA easy for us to find.
No WiFi in room, Remember to take the towel with soap because hotel didn't provide this item for free :(
Before we chose this hotel we read a lot of different information sometimes good but usually bad. This hotel is even then better for this price, We hhad clan room with warming, modern design and clean bathroom. Communication from this hotel is also not so bad, we have tram with take you straight to the center of Milan
I travel often, but I have never heard nor saw that the object charged its guests when they leave luggage for a few hours until departure of the bus or train. Each floor has a vending machine for drinks and food products, used all night, and makes an awful noise. The building is not connected with the center with metro line, just a tram, that travels 40 minutes to the city. I was not warned during booking that the storage of baggage charges, I would not have booked this facility
the building is new, or so it seems
At night was too loud and the wifi is only in the reception
The WiFi, the explantion to find the place.
The bed, the shower, the room, the staff. This is just 5 minutes from Garibaldi metro.
We are a younger American couple living in Italy. We stayed New Years Eve. Unlike other reviews we found it to be easy to find and in a safe area. Taking the #14 tram to the duomo was easy and fast (: A selling point was the free parking right next to the hostel! The building seemed new and the lounge was very modern and trendy. We thought the guy working was nice and helpful! Our room (two queen beds) was clean and they turned the heat on before arrived. We were surprised to have a mini fridge! (: the beds were also comfortable. I read reviews on booking beforehand so I was aware that you had to rent towels, soap etc. We just brought hand sanitizer and a hand towel. Since we only stayed one night I would recommend this for any other young adults. Bathroom could be cleaner and updated. (We did not use the shower) You can't beat €60 for 4 people! We will be back.
