In a wing of a Franciscan Friars' convent, this dynamic hostel is a 2-minute walk from Milan's Turati metro station, in the heart of the fashion district, and just 2 stops from the cathedral.

Cheap, clean, Sky TV, heaters in rooms and en-suite bathroom, close enough to Milano Centrale station to use Uber for only 6€
Wi-fi only in the lobby, bed and pillows very hard, quite out-of-the-way, not that easy to get to even with public transport
The personal was helpfull.
Too big noise because of trains and also because of not good isolated rooms. No wifi in the rooms, our TV was out of service. Not go there anymore
- very decent size of the room - big beds, comfortable - clean sheets, clean room - room service every day (they clean the room)
- you have to rent towel for 5 euro - no internet in the room, only in the lobby
Kind ambience, clean new building (4 floors), kind personell...
Train is near north side of hotel, but with closed window it's almost unhearable. Anyway, to ask for room on south side, then noise will be real unhearable.

Guilliano is the best and the number 1 of all the receptionist who I met in all my trips, we always found him in our service, I GIVE the maximum for this hotel because of gulliano, thank you
The stuff was very kind and helpfull. Room size was okey, every night they are baking some croasaints and it smelled very nice. For that price its not a bad hostel.
The room and especialy the toilet smelled bad, like a hospital. WiFi signal only in the lobby.
Nothing - I have visited many "low budget" and backpackers hotels in Africa and Asia and New Moon Hostel in Milano was the worst.
1) Room horribly smelled from burned out engine of air conditioning. Receptionist refused to exchange our room and he invented a story about disinfecting of air conditioning a week ago. Nonsense - disinfection so does not smell nor one day after. // 2) Everything in the hotel is for a fee (towels, air conditioning, TV, soap, etc.) // 3) Under the windows pass trains - in the night is a terrible noise.// 4) Dirty bathroom and dirty battery sinks. Cold water, poor showerhead, broken light in the bathroom. // 5) Long waiting for the elevator. // 6) No WiFi in rooms. // 7) Distance from stop of public transport. //
Everything is good
Location is far away from center.
they did not have towells and soap.
The bed was huge and comfy. Staffs are nice. Grocery store and Tram are near. Internet in the Lobby is fine. We always take the tram and get off at duomo and Vice VersA easy for us to find.
Hallway is Kind of loud. You can Hear other guests with their Trolleys. It would be ok of they add lamp shades in the room.
Before we chose this hotel we read a lot of different information sometimes good but usually bad. This hotel is even then better for this price, We hhad clan room with warming, modern design and clean bathroom. Communication from this hotel is also not so bad, we have tram with take you straight to the center of Milan
No WiFi in room, Remember to take the towel with soap because hotel didn't provide this item for free :(
the building is new, or so it seems
I travel often, but I have never heard nor saw that the object charged its guests when they leave luggage for a few hours until departure of the bus or train. Each floor has a vending machine for drinks and food products, used all night, and makes an awful noise. The building is not connected with the center with metro line, just a tram, that travels 40 minutes to the city. I was not warned during booking that the storage of baggage charges, I would not have booked this facility
At night was too loud and the wifi is only in the reception
The bed, the shower, the room, the staff. This is just 5 minutes from Garibaldi metro.
The WiFi, the explantion to find the place.
We are a younger American couple living in Italy. We stayed New Years Eve. Unlike other reviews we found it to be easy to find and in a safe area. Taking the #14 tram to the duomo was easy and fast (: A selling point was the free parking right next to the hostel! The building seemed new and the lounge was very modern and trendy. We thought the guy working was nice and helpful! Our room (two queen beds) was clean and they turned the heat on before arrived. We were surprised to have a mini fridge! (: the beds were also comfortable. I read reviews on booking beforehand so I was aware that you had to rent towels, soap etc. We just brought hand sanitizer and a hand towel. Since we only stayed one night I would recommend this for any other young adults. Bathroom could be cleaner and updated. (We did not use the shower) You can't beat €60 for 4 people! We will be back.
No towels in the bathroom and not even a carpet. For the towels you have to pay 5.00€ for each towel and not refundable.
Rooms are very big with big beds, tv, fridge, and big bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Wi-fi is just in the lobby. You don't have a remote control in the room.
The worst was that the policy of the hotel was that we had to ask for a blanket and return it in the morning and if we wanted towels we had to pay 5 euros per set. The bathroom was old and used and there was no hot water. Generally the hotel is old and the location seemed dangerous and weird. The staff wasn't so friendly and barely spoke english.
location is good. and a good lobby
No hair dryer, no towels, no toilet paper, cleaning lady was rude, too far from everything look elsewhere.
Friedly staf. Big room. Warm .
To noisy.No towels.
Cleaning; location; comfortable room and bed, parking
The hotel is really close to the tram station Nice big rooms with private bathroom Nice stuff
A bit noisy from the train that passes near to hotel every 10 minutes Hard to find the hotel. More directionds needed. You need to ask in the reception for shampoo and hair dryer
it is very closed to the tram station which is linked to duomo. Price Room
Staff is not friendly You have to pay for towel You have to ask blanket from the receptionist who is not kind
