No wifi in rooms
Was not clean, a fridge that heats and not cools, trains running every five mins generally and add on's like pay for towels pay tourist tax , where did that come from etc
Practical and cheap to stay one night. Staff can be helpful, but depending who is in front desk can be wry helpfulness!
Excellent for the price, not very far from Milano centre.
We had a room near snack vending machine, so it was rather noisy. Blankets and towels are not included in the price.
The service is really helpful and can communicate in english (which is not so obvious in this country). Rooms are clean. Location is good.
10 meters (!) from our window there was a train line (loud train in every 10 minutes). We were not able to talk when the train was passing by - sleep was impossible. There were no towels in the room.
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff, rude communication in front of the children, very loud because of the trains in front of the hotel, old facilities in the room, TV is not included in the price! For the towels also additional costs, wifi only in front of the reception, never again!
The bed is large and comfortable
I request for hot water to make tea, but they said there is no hot water. The location is far from city centre. And the hostel is very difficult to find. The way back to hostel is dangerous at night
Free Parking place, clean and nice rooms
need to pay for towel
Just the rooms are ok.
Staff was rude. Location is so bad.. Everything is so far. Breakfast wasn't enough. You won't have internet in your room. Actually nothing was good. There was like a modern military camp which is soooo far from the city.
The breakfast is only a croissant and a machine coffee. The bathroom isn't clean and the wifi doesn't works inside the room.
Nice and helpful staff, good quality and price ratio. And free wi-fi :-)
Train station too close to the hostel.
Big and clean quadruple room. Very economic
The hotel located beside train railway
The accomodation in overall was correct.
I was not really satisfied with the quality and quantitity of the breakfast.
polite owner, very simple but cosy location
equipment in the showe, towels not for free
breakfast was not ok
The room was kind of clean.
This is a hostel for young people who want to drink and party all night and the staff treats the guests that way even if they do not fall into this category - the receptionist was unfriendly if not rude, there is a list of rules full of threats with fines but the rule about keeping quiet after 11 pm is obviously totally ignored - people were running up and down the hall and shouting all night and nobody seemed to care. It was rather difficult to sleep because of the noise and also because of the trains passing next to the hotel. One of the stupidest things ever was the breakfast included in the price - a small croissant and a coffee in a plastic cup - absolutely ridiculous.
Price is low,
Really really hard to find, have to walk 10min to take a bus. Staff is not nice, room is not well equipped, have to ask the reception for blanket and remote control for TV. Too close to the rail, really noisy.
spacious rooms, comfy beds, clean bathroom and facilities. The staff is very nice and willing to help; Italian and English is both spoken.
Situated next to a train station, therefore a bit noisy. Wifi works only on the ground floor.
- helpful staff - clean rooms - small but tasty breakfast - air conditioning
Breakfast included and the wifi in the lobby was good
In back streets which walking back at night was a bit scary
Low price, free parking, free croissant and coffee.
We had to pay extra cost for towels and toiletries. No baby bed provided.
towels cost money, breakfast is only a single croissant, fridge is not working, TV is only for $$
Quite cheap place to stay in comparing with other places. Two tram lines getting directly from the place to Duomo. Nice room and the bathroom, comfortable beds.
When you enter to the hostel you face much more rules than in any other place. 20 euros of deposit on your credit card, no towels are included in the room and renting them costs you 5 euros, hairdryer 3 euros. Breakfast is a croissant and a small hot drink from a coffee machine. Wifi available only in the special zone downstairs. At 7.30 in the morning drinks and snacks machine had been refilled what didnt allow to sleep. If you are more than 2 people in the room you must take and bring bach during check-out extra pillow, same with remote control that isnt in the room but its a tool you take on check-in and give back later. Absurd in the amount of rules.
