Cleaning; location; comfortable room and bed, parking
The hotel is really close to the tram station Nice big rooms with private bathroom Nice stuff
A bit noisy from the train that passes near to hotel every 10 minutes Hard to find the hotel. More directionds needed. You need to ask in the reception for shampoo and hair dryer
it is very closed to the tram station which is linked to duomo. Price Room
Staff is not friendly You have to pay for towel You have to ask blanket from the receptionist who is not kind
the beds for twin use were big which was nice
the breakfast included is a croissant and a coffee or milk or another hot drink, taken from one automatic coffee machine... the toals were not included in the price, you have to leave a deposit which is not mentioned anywere and you pay 1€ per page to print out whatever you need, like a boarding pass.... The staff was helpfull, but not very kind.
The staff were very friendly
New reconstructed, comfortable, large and clear rooms, large beds.
Difficult to find the building, a little noise during night, quite a hight price, there are no towels in the bathrooms.
Price was really good.
Location, no metro station around. For breakfast only coffee and croissant. Near railway station, lots of noise.
Good interior, confortable beds. All rooms are the same, with toiletries, TV, mini fridge.
WiFi available on ground floor only No towels, soaps etc. Room was without blankets (forgotten).
We was really enjoyed stay in this hotel. Wifi in lobby, clean rooms, really friendly and helpful staff. For this price it was amazing.
Very noisy, I could hear everything happening outside the room
- Nice color of hostel building :)
- So far away from Milan undergroud (use 12 or 14 trams to get in there from Il Duomo, about 10 tram stops) - No wifi in the room (wifi only in the reception area) - No towels in the room (if you need towels, you should buy... sorry..."rent" it at the reception for 5 euro each) - No blankets (ask it at the reception) - No teapot - No working console to air-conditioner (too warm in the rooms, if you open the window for fresh air, don't forget to turn off the light, couse you'll get bugs... seriously - i swated 2 big bugs in my room) - If you open the window you will listen to the train all night long... couse there's is train statiuon neer to hostel
Nice and big room
Far from city
The place is very clean, and somewhat confortable.
Staff not helpful, there are no towels e the breakfast is shameful.
I'd like to write some useful info for new customers of this lovely hostel, it is located very close to center (tram #12 and 14 go right to Duomo), and not far from main railway station (metro+tram). You can buy day urban ticket for only 5€ (it's included trams, metro, buses), normal ticket costs 1.5 € for 90 mins. You can buy it in newspapers/sigarette kiosks or any pubs/cafe. In the morning you'll get delicious croissant +coffee/cacao or tea. Very clean and big rooms, very friendly stuff, who helps you with navigations and speak English. There is supermarket near hostel, also very good cafes and restaurants (8-10€ pasta+2€ coperto fee), also great fruits/vegetables small shops. Train station noise can disturb only person who lives before in forest/village, for city people it's normal. Ticket to Venice costs 37,5€ to one direction from Milano Centrale. (try to be in early morning to have enough time till darkness).
everything was great! want to return!
friendly, helpful staff they gave us a map and told us how to get around
we had ants in the room,
spacious room,free parking
Biggest problem===they don´t provide towel in the room unless you pay extra, no wifi in the room, you only get the signal in the lobby, check out time strictly before 11am, or get charged 20 euros per person
A very helpfull receptioner, clean rooms, comfortable
the charges for the towels and no wi fi in the room
The Hotel staff is very helpful, able to direct us to the proper public transport routes for places we wanted to go, and willing to call Taxis when necessary.
The Hostel is right next to a train. If you are a light sleeper, you will not get much rest, as they go by roughly every thirty minutes, sometimes more frequently. I am a deep sleeper, but they bothered even me, and some of my traveling companions did not get any sleep due to the noise.
Quite good location-not far from centre, fast responding and client-oriented personnel, clean.good for big company
No towels, soap included in price,noisy-near the train station, not for relaxing rest
very noisy, not clean, not comfortable, far from the center
cheap, good location, good tram connection to city center, close to Cimitero Monumentale
Had to pay for towels. No air conditioning available.
Excellent value! The staff was helpful and friendly. People complained about having to pay a MINIMAL amount if money, but if you look at the price of the room theosophy for towels is minimal.
Hostel is modern, it has every thing you need for oversleep
A little bit far from the center
