Staff were very friendly, hotel was extremely quiet, only about four guests each day but we had the pool to ourselves. Hotel itself is about 20 minutes walk from the old town and taxis were scarce. |

Not very much. The staff were reasonably good. Most of the facilities were unavailable & those that were were extortionately expensive. Internet access cost $5 per hour. Other 5 star hotels cost $5 per day and said they would leave it on for a few days at no extra cost. I run a business & need constant internet access. Not a 5 star hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly Despite warning the hotel my wife was a coeliac, the chef sprinkled breadcrumbs over her food. The hotel needs a policy to deal with coelilacs |

Everything. Location, awful. Hotel facilities were not available to us as there were weddings on and we were confined to our room. We had a 2 night stay and both nights and days we were not even allowed to use the swimming pool. Breakfast was stale and very limited. |

The staff was excellent, nice pool area, restaurant food was good, room very clean, Internet price was too high (£ 8 for an hour), bed was not that comfortabel. |

Se encontraba fácilmente, era amplio y el personal era agradable. El desayuno era muy pobre, propio de un hotel de dos estrellas o de una pensión y la ubicación también mala, lejos del centro y tampoco ern un entorno agradable. Como para no volver. |

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er waren weinig gasten in het hotel, wat het erg rustig maakte. Er was zelfs niemand in het zwembad en ook tijdens het ontbijt was het erg rustig. Een bijkomende service was dat ze gratis fietsen ter beschikking stelden om de stad mee te verkennen. Openbaar vervoer naar een andere plaats was er niet en ook geen bus naar het vliegveld. Je bent eigenlijk wel genoodzaakt een auto te huren als je meer van het eiland wilt zien. |

Tijdens de tweede avond was er tot na middernacht een evenement met luide muziek in een zaal, hoorbaar tot in de kamer. Spijtig voor een 4* hotel. Voor de rest geen klachten. |
