New Hotel Palace

Kind staff, but expected a lot more of a five star hotel.

Online the hotel says it offers free internet in lobby and in hotel room. When we got there we were told that the internet in the hotel room did not work. Breakfast was a lot of different food, but nothing was warm. Omelets were made and put out on plates and kept there until somebody ate them (cold). Taxi to the hotel from Trapani airport cost 35 eur, but when booking the return the hotel said that there was no other way than booking the taxi through the hotel and they would charge 54 eur for a not very long trip. The taxi also arrived 10 minutes late!! Found it very odd that they advertise themselves as a 5 star hotel when you see menus/soaps and other small things in hotel showing 4 stars. It was definitely not a five star hotel!

Not very much. The staff were reasonably good.

Most of the facilities were unavailable & those that were were extortionately expensive. Internet access cost $5 per hour. Other 5 star hotels cost $5 per day and said they would leave it on for a few days at no extra cost. I run a business & need constant internet access. Not a 5 star hotel.

広い駐車場、ゴージャスで、品格を感じさせる広間、清潔で美しい客室、個人的に関心を持っていたシチリアの- 歴史の一部を確認してとても満足しました。1泊だけでしたが、できればもう1泊したかった。

オフシーズンで利用者が少なかったので、多少の料金の変更あっても海側の客室をつかわさせいただけると良か- ったと思います。　またお風呂がバスタブではなくシャワーだけだったのが残念です。

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet, Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Personal ist freundlich und hilfbereit.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Lage gewählt, waren aber enttäuscht, als wir herausfanden, dass es eher am Stadtrand in einer Art Industrieviertel liegt. In der Nacht, die wir dort verbrachten, war das Restaurant wegen einer Hochzeitsgesellschft geschlossen, die dann auch noch bis spät in die Nacht sich lautstark vor den Fenstern unterhielt übertönt von Kindergeschrei. Das war nicht angenehm, ist aber sicherlich auch nicht der Normalfall.

Het is een zakenhotel, gericht op de zakenman, niet op vakantie ingericht.

Se encontraba fácilmente, era amplio y el personal era agradable.

El desayuno era muy pobre, propio de un hotel de dos estrellas o de una pensión y la ubicación también mala, lejos del centro y tampoco ern un entorno agradable. Como para no volver.

Mycket trevlig personal, rent, smakfull inredning, bra luftkonditionering, väl avvägd frukost, bra närhet till centrun och hamnen.
