Good location and nice service!
- Very good location - Large rooms -Very friendly staff -Nice healthy breakfast with a lot of fruit, juices, etc.
1. The personal at the reception was very friendly and effective in all of my requests . Very kind and experienced. 2. The prices in the bar was more than reasonable . A family , finally could order from the bar . 3. The Free Wifi speed was perfect in the room and in the lobby . 4. The quality and the estetic of the rooms was at very High levels , you can find this level only in the best five stars hotels. 5. Nice choice of the newspapers .
1. The First nigth was too cold in the room . ( But after my claim they fixed it in minutes )
The area (vicino Via Veneto), the confort, cleaniness, breakfast.
Breakfast and breakfast staff.
This hotel is sandwiched between two very busy roads meaning constant noise. The price paid was not worth it. I did not have a relaxing break as intended. Wifi was horrible.
Good hotel for family
No negative comments
we reserved a 27 m2 room(suprerior double room) and got an extremely small room.
contact with the reception by phone or mail is almost impossible. we have to wait for limousine transfer that we ordered, we were waiting at the airport at midnight but it didn't come for next hour. we took just a cab loosing time and good first impresion. variety of breakfast poor
They put up a higher price for last 3 nights even though we booked at same rate through booking.com for the whole 5 nights. We even emailed about this to them later three times but no one has responded. This is really poor hospitality behavior from a reputed chain of Hotels. We will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
Wi Fi week reception not helpful at all Requested a double bed got twin beds next to each other
The room is nice and comfortable, and the hotel overall is ok. The location is ok too. A bit walk aways, but not bad at all.
The breakfast is HORRIBLE!!! I had the first day, and could not eat the second. The day I was leaving I order a taxi the day before, and they forgot to call.
Location and friendly helpful staff. Room comfort
Nose from airconditioning next door which distrurbed sleep pattern.
not late check out
Big rome you will find in rome. Very clean very comfortable bed. Wifi speed is great
Close to a road, some noisy motor in the night. Little far from the attraction.
Everything Best quality breakfast we had among most hotels.
Nothing Can be better if More unification across the chain and a fitness GYM.
Lovely surprise to find my room had a private balcony overlooking the Borghese gardens
İt is close to the main attractions in Rome you can get anywhere easily by walking taxis tend to overcharge you seeing u re a tourist. Hotel was very clean the staff was very helpful breakfast had enough variety. I would definetly come again. Ask for a room with garden view they are larger too:)
Taxis even called by the hotel tend to overcharge you makes you go around instead of a straight line since there is a taximeter. The metro that is close to the hotel is actually hard to go around with suitcases wouldnt recommend using it with suitcases instead go to tremini from airport by train and take a taxi from there to the hotel it should cost less than 10 euros!!!
Excellent friendly and helpful staff Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom Very good breakfast range Coffee maker in room Free mineral water in room every day (essential in humid Rome)
Bar had no outside view or terrace A gym would have been good
Everything! 1. Excellent location, close to main points of interest. 2. Clean and modern inside. Bathroom is amazing with good quality amendities. 3. Staff is great, helpful and careful. 4. Wi-Fi worked well (that is very rare for Rome). We were offered the upgrade for 30 Euro per night for Junior Suite with fantastic view to park Borghese.
Nothing to dislike. Everything is great!
Great breakfast, spacious rooms, and fast wifi!
Reception staff were not helpful. I needed ice for my injured foot and they said I would have to go to the bar to get it. Went to the bar no one was there, we told the front desk and the guy said he can have it sent to our room but for 5euros. Ridiculous price, just for a bag of ice.
This is a really good hotel. I stayed for more week and I enjoyed what they have to offer.
Nothing, maybe just a better internet speed.
It's really a good hotel. Everything is great and especially the location. Staff is good and I would come back this hotel again.
I wish for some kind of a fitness center and also internet is slow. Also I wish they could have English speaking channels other then CNN. You get annoyed quickly by that if you are staying more then a week.
I like this hotel like My home
All was good
Loved the location and the standard of the hotel
