Friendly staff, very clean. Location near the Arno and great walking destination. Stay here.
Cleanliness, staff, very very good breakfast
Very very bad internet connection. 28 euros night parking, the same as a ticket
Great breakfast. Big room.
Wifi is not good, and I paid 9.9 euros per day for premier wifi, and it was not improved much.
Cleanliness Breakfast Functionality
Little character Location Wifi - free wifi is available but you have to pay extra if you want a decent speed of wifi. Having to pay for water (bottle), not even one free bottle provided. Small rooms
We had a very nice stay in a lovely room on a corner (windows on two sides). Huge and good bed. Good heater in the room.
There are no facilities such as bikes to rent. To get to the lift one has to carry the suitcases up a short staircase (although only 5 steps inconvenient if you have a heavy suitcase). A lot of choice for breakfast but the (scrambled) eggs were awful. Our room did not have bathrobes. When we asked for them we were informed that as the hotel was fully booked they had run out (..) but we could get them the next day. As we were checking out the next day it was of little use.
Lovely hotel and was within walking distance, although 20-30 minutes, from center of town.
I was charged before my stay
Beautiful lobby. Very clean (bathrooms were great). Small elevator if you have suitcases. Very nice, quiet part of town, within walking distance of Florence centro, (10-20 minutes walk, since Florence is not all that big). 2 blocks from the Arno river. 10-15 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Decent free breakfast. Some restaurants and a car rental (LocAuto/Enterprise) very nearby.
Not right in the center of town, however this is not so bad, as it is much quieter here, so better at night as there was less noise.
Quiet location Excellent buffet breakfast Clean and nice rooms Good wireless connexion Friendly and helpful staff
Big room, nice location
Marble floor in the room which made the room a little bit too cold in september...
Helpful staff at reception. Nice breakfasts. Quiet rooms, solid floors and walls!
Very good location. Outside Ztl area and near everywhere. Quiet sleep and huge pillows!! The breakfast was incredible!!! The room was big and clean. They recomended me 2-3 good restaurants near the hotel and they were perfect! A little bit expensive but , all Florence is expensive town...
I left my car to hotel parking and costs 27€ per day and if i wanted to move was + 5€ extra charge.street parking costs 20€ per day. Didnt have lunch or dinner.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Comfortable large room with good hot and powerful shower and the location was quiet but only a short walk from the centre of Florence and the train station.
Large hotel with solid-looking walls so WiFi strength varied a little, which is understandable. It was available in all areas that we went in to though which is the main thing.
The breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were very spacious. the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was in need of a little decoration.
We liked the staff especially Antonio, location, cleanliness and breakfast variety. They managed to change our room.
We didn't like the first room offered, because the window had a wall after and it was very claustrophobic you couldn't see sunlight. Even though we really liked our second room there was this noise coming from the electricity switches which we had to turn it of to sleep. The walls of the hotel were a bit dated
The staff upon arrive were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were lovely, the bed was so comfy! It was a quiet area yet only a few minutes walk to the city. Definately a place I would return to.
The restaurant was closed for a few days which I wish I had known in advance.
Nice facilities, confortable bed, nice shower and good breakfast.
The hotel is a little far away for walking from the city center. Despite I received an upgrade at checkin due overbooking, my room was quite small.
On our second night at the hotel, we suffered a leak in our cieling as the room above us were showering. We told reception straight away and they could not be more helpful. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we were even given complimentary drinks at the bar. The manager dealt with our issue personally and could not be more apologetic. When checking out the following morning, the manager, Ludovico, advised that he would send an email from his personal account, to other NH hotel owners, regarding the issue with this stay, so that when we next visit an NH hotel, we could have some form of upgrade. I could not be more impressed by the customer service we received, from all staff, and would certainly use NH hotels again, based on this experience.
The breakfast, the quiet location, the rooms, the courtesy of the staff and especially Antonio who works at reception. He is attentive and very professional. The hotel is great for both relaxation and business! We will definitely stay there again next time in Florence
Nothing! Absolutely superb
Friendly and helpful staff Great breakfast choice Good location for Pitti Trade Fair
A little bit dated compared to other hotels I have stayed in
Staffs are very approachable and helpful. Will like to thank our chambermaid for keeping our room so tidy and neat everyday for the past 7nights.
breakfast could have been better
We only stayed one night because our flight arrived late and we had to pick up a car in the centro the next morning. the hotel worked perfectly for us.
The only problem was that I couldn't connect to the internet.
Large and comfortable rooms, lush breakfasz with everything you could look for. Great location just a few steps away from the Arno river promenade.
Wifi was super slow ...
Hotel with character, big rooms, nice calm location within 10 minutes from the city centre walking along the river. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast, friendly waiters do cappuccino for you, best cappuccino ever. Nice open terrance in the inner yard.
Rooms are dated (windows, ceiling) but actually it does not spoil the whole impression - corresponds to the Florence mood. Bathroom is clean and renovated. The only real disturbance we had - old, no sound proof windows - in the morning we heard truck unloading hotels sheets/linen. But that was a minor thing, we really enjoyed our stay.
