Super fedt, nyt og moderne hotel, med perfekt beliggenhed i Rom. Værelset var stort og godt indrettet, morgenmadsbuffeten var virkelig lækker med mange delikatesser og frisk frugt og sidst men ikke mindst var hotellets personale søde og hjælpsomme. I øvrigt super god limusineservice fra hotellet til lufthavnen. Nej, alt var perfekt. |

the staff went all out to assist me in all ways - from making phone calls to providing me with other options i could take there are no carpets in the rooms. it get cold on the floor so i suggest you add carpets to the room - doesnt have to be a wall to wall carpet |

Breakfast excellent - great choice and buffet well stocked, room very comfortable, spacious and clean, location very good for Vatican, bar and public areas comfortable. Air con in room was centrally controlled and the staff couldn't lower the temp for us, no full length mirror in bedroom, no iron in bedroom and hair dryer cord not long enough. |

When I first got to the hotel, it took four trips on the elevator to find my room.There are no mirrors except for the bathroom. Each morning when I showered there was a mess of water on the bath floor. I told the staff. They said not to worry. It wasn't resolved. My door didn't not open. I was up and down the elevator several times to get someone to go with me to find out the problem. The breakfast was delightful. The menu for dinner was boring and not at all Italian. I didn't eat in once. And the menu never changed. |

The hotel is very convenient to visit the Vatican city and not too far from other point of interest. The hotel was clean, quiet and the room well furnished. Very nice selection for breakfast and good. Staff was nice with us. |

Location - close to St.Peters. Tourist sites easily reachable by nearby hop-on hop-off services. Good breakfast. We landed up on the weekend. Reception was rude. Never come across a situation where the person on the counter actually stops to watch TV while checking me in....Rest of the days i stayed i had no reason to complain. |

Staff is good - very quick response from front desk; qualified and not-bothering-you room service; excellent limo service for airport transfer. Hotel is a fine choice for vegetarians - wide fruit & bread selection for breakfast. Also, it has such a view from balcony: to St. Peter's and St. Angel's. :) Though good for business/events, it's a bit far from main tourist attactions (if you go by foot, it's ca 20 min. if you take subway, the nearest stop is Lepanto, and it takes 10 min to get there). Internet (by Swisscom) is quite pricy, though speed is excellent and all questions are answered at once by IT helpdesk. |

Great location, all historical places reachable by foot, shopping street near hotel including very nice bar with fantastic Italian icecream, hotel is located in not so crouded area with tourists than in the very centre so it is good opurtunity to see more Italian way of living however in every moment it is possible to have a 5 minutes walk to Vatican, 10 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo, further... Too hot despite condition in room, no vegetables at breakfast, but generally breakfast was excellent. |

It is a very nice hotel with the very friendly staff. We had wonderful room with the view to the St. Peters. Hotel is just 10 min walk to the VAtican and St. Peter. |

The staff was very wellcoming and helpful. The rooms very comfortable and really nice decorated with huge bed, air conditioning and flat screens TV. The breakfast was delicious with big choice of food, many waiters to help you so the plates were always full and the fruits -just gorgeous! |
