Perfekt location.Good service. Good tips for nearby local restaurants.Friendly staff in reception and breakfast room. Perfekt breakfast. Comfortable beds.
The musik in the bar was way to High. Not possible to talk .
No social activities and or shopping in the vicinity
The design in general
Housekeeping and Reception staff to be improved
Parking price for visitors.
Hotel is excellent if you attend the RHO fair. Breakfast was very good and with a good selection. Rooms have usual finishes but very small.
Paying 10 Euro each night for parking and internet is really slow.
I didn't like lift
The breakfast is fantastic. The service excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for good value.
... the Hotel improves! ... Breakfast is excellent.
... access from Fiera Sud / Est only. But this is not the fault of the Hotel.
Everything else, incl. Surprise of a smoking room. Especially: - breakfast -very clean
-Bed was screaming on every movement -wlan very slow (60kB/s max), but higher speeds might be available with fee
Apart from the terrible internet this is a brilliant hotel to stay at if you are exhibiting at the Fair. Very good amenities and the staff are very helpful and efficient.
It normally took more that an hour to connect to the internet and some nights I could never connect. Could never get through to the customer care to ask for help with the internet. Very bad wi-fi.
breakfast room very clean
gym area. the entire Hotel is a little bit " lose y one's way"
Parking and access to hotel is very easy. Staff is friendly.
It's not an old hotel, would not expect to see wallpaper going off the wall, turning a nice room to look like a cheap hostel. There was mold in the shower cabin, which is unacceptable. WiFi is free but not fast enough, at times I used my own roaming data to browse the web.
The location and easy access to the bike show and underground trains to Milan. The staff were excellent.
The singers on Friday and Saturday night were awful. The choice of food in the buffet was not as good as the last two years. We paid for a late 'book out' on Sunday at 10 Euro's per person but we all got locked out of our rooms at 12noon
5 min walking distance to the trade show Aperitivo at the bar
- Wifi quality improved - for an Italian hotel great breakfast buffet
- the access from the parking to the reception by elevator is somehow hidden
Walking distance to Milano Expo complex, nearst metro station is 12 minuest walking
Nothing around the hotel except the Expo complex
We were due to arrive at the hotel Friday lunch to continue our Wedding celebrations but due to double booked train ticket errors made by our travel firm we were told the only option they could offer as an apology if we wanted to travel that day from Paris to Milan was a FOC top spec convertible, diesel hire car. We were also told the journey would take approx 6 hours. It was 10am when we arrived at Europecar Paris & the car we were given was a small petrol model from their budget range. Europecar spent over an hour trying to contact our travel firm & got no response. We reluctantly took the hire car & a paper printed set of directions from them & headed off on our journey. Our drive to Milan didn't allow motorway use because of Toll charges & Europecar would accept liability. After a fraught non stop drive we finally arrived at the hotel at 2am Saturday morning. We were given a wonderful welcome by the late night staff & presented with a gift they had waiting for us. This was a very welcome gesture & then we were shown to our room which wasn't the room we had booked but was their best suite of rooms, it was wonderful & a total surprise. Our travel arrangements were totally seperate from the hotel booking & they had no responsibility for the mistake made but we were given the suite at no extra charge & the next three days were bliss & thanks to them our celebration wasn't spoiled. All we can say is 'thank you' to the staff & the hotel, we will be returning for another stay & even though it may not include the suite on our return it is a wonderful hotel with an exceptional breakfast & restaurant, great facilities & the hotel design is fantastic & they should be very proud of it. Very well done. Kind regards, Cindy & Dylan Gardener—Collins UK
The location is not accessible for taxi or it is very expensive to go to the city. I recommend to prepare shuttle from the hotel.
The taxi booked by the hotel already had an amount on the meter on arrival. Driver was blaming that the receptionist didn't called the central reservation, but himself personally and he was quite away from the hotel, therefore charged me the costs to come to the hotel. At least one of them (taxi driver or receptionist) was a thief, robbing the tourists! Bad stain on NH Hotels reputation.
Next to Fiera Rho
The design; location; all people and breakfast is excelente.
Could improve significantely if there could be arranged transport @ late night from metro station Rho-Fiera to hotel, its a long walk at late night..., if in winter even more dificult. Room service (sandwich/bar) could be extended to 02:00 a.m., for late arrival :)
Very good hotel for almost everything. Clean room, nice looking facilities, good staff good breakfast. Very good position for the Milano fiera but far away from the centre, so position is according to where you have to go. A lot of parking at reasonable price (10€).
WiFi was not working in my room (do not know whether it was a momentary problem or too weak signal). Then the water of the shower has a little bit "waving" temperature...it is a minor porblem but it is a pity for a such good hotel.
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night in order to get an early flight from Malpensa. It is close to the highway and the airport and just a 10 min walk to the metro station to visit Milan. It is a business hotel next to the fair buildings outside Milan. The room was good, breakfast as well. Because the hotel was almost empty we got a better room than booked for free. Very friendly personel.
It is a dark and quiet neighbourhood so walking in the evening from the metro station to the hotel you feel a bit alone. But we chose it due to being close to the highway and airport.
