Close to Airport, very relaxing that I did not have to catch a train or bus prior to my flight Questioned about entitlement to breakfast as I think my room number was not on the list. |

Very clean room in a modern building; very good breakfast; quiet despite its location very near the airport. We had a very bad experience checking in. An arrogant clerk took 30 minutes to check-in just 3 guests - at one a.m. after a delayed flight it was no joke. Whilst we waited the porter refused to help another customer find the car park - he had to wait his turn to speak to the clerk! |

The fact that the receptionists were very helpful, nice, always smilling and willing to answer any questions we had. Also the hotel was a walking distance to the mall and to other transprotation facilities. The location is convinient even for first timers like us. It was our first time visiting Italy and we found everything easy and okay. The heating/cooling system. My room was too hot and we always had to open the window which meant we heard a few noise from the airport and traffic from the road. The hotel management should try changing the airconditioning sytem to manual instead of the automatic crap they have. The hallways and everyother place in the hotel was fine. I think it was just our room. |

Proximity to airport for eraly morning flight. Extremely difficult to access by car. There is only a small entrance ramp down to the hotel. It is necessary to go round a 1.5km route behind a shopping complex. If not in the correct lane because there are no signs for the access point, you end up going around again and again before getting in. It is far easier to access hotel on foot from the terminal. There should be instructions with booking. |

The hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious, the stuff is very friendly. We had to go to the airport very early at 4 a.m., and there was no hot water in the shower at that time. It was the only shortcoming, but quite important. |

I was content with the hotel, excellent location for an early flight from Orio Al Serio Airport, good to be close to a commercial center, liked the slyle and furnishing of the hotel Approching the hotel on foot from the commercial center there are no signs to indicate the way and it is quite difficult to find the right direction |

the staff were very curteous, the facilities were excellent. we loved the interiors, and the rooms were extremely comfortable! breakfast was excellent as well. the location was convenient when flying to bergamo airport, but i would suggest the website should make it more clear how to get to the hotel on foot. we ended up in a cab, because there wasn't much signage for the pedestrian route. |

The distance to the airport you could easy reach it by walking threw the tunnel under the highway. The restaurant serves wonderful food but due to the Tl lighting it looks like a funeral place and a very chilly ambient. They have to punish the designer for using so bad and poor lights in a restaurant, for us as architects it is like you are not respecting your guests. |

This is a very good hotel perfectly located 10min walkway from Orio Al Serio airport and 3min walkway from the big shoppingcenter. The room was the best one we had in Italy, nice design, very high standard, lovely bathroom with warm towels and a nice cleaning/bodykit. The breakfast was also the best one we had in an Italian hotel. We recommend. |
