The staff were very polite especially the head waiter, he was excellent. The room was lovely, the lights easy to work out, after reading guest reviews I thought the lights were hard to work out but they were simple! The room was first class, immaculate and all very new. Evening meal and breakfast fab, in fact there was nothing to dislike! illuminated sign for the name of the hotel would be good as slightly hard to find hotel |

Strategic location next to a big shopping mall and the airport. The hotel is so "empty" and not cozy. It lacks of furniture and decoration. Recommend the hotel sp for it's location and it is also very clean but everything is "basic". |

Staff was very friendly, helpfully. Breakfeast was excellent, variable and very tasty. Hotel is well designed, rooms are clean- we will always stay in this hotel and will recomend to our friends too. |

Good restaurant Free Internet wireless not available in the hotel including the rooms.On present days it should be near and obligation has all people travelling and working needs it. |

Was just in the hotel for 12 hrs so cannot really comment. Notice that all the fire extinguishers were covered by a stand / screen on wondered if this complied with fire regulations. Surely in emergencies fire extinguishersshould be visible ? |

The hotel was brand new and the room and bathroom were great - impressive and well equipped, very high standart. It's close to the Bergamo airport, but you still have walk a bit around and it's about 10,15 min. walk. The best of all was shopping in Orio Centre - absolutely huge and right beside the hotel, we found the choice excellent. The restaurant is definately overpriced - 12 euro for a soup?? We had to go back to the reception twice because the key didn't work, but they fixed it quickly and were very nice at all times. Not much to complain about otherwise. |

The hotel is situated ner the airport, but still it was difficult to find. Between the airport and the hotel. there was a highway and it's needed to walk over 500 m to get the other side of the highway. And no path information, of course. |

Close to the airport, soundproof windows. Better information on how to walk/get to the hotel (markings from the airport). Or they should have a phone at the airport for ordering a transport. The normal taxi will not take you to the hotel, because of the short distance and it is to long to walk when it is cold and rainy. |

Lovely comfortable room and bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh and modern looking. Beautiful wallpaper behind the bed. Quiet room, could not hear traffic (had asked for a quiet room, so they seemed to have allocated a good room for us). Nice surprise that there is a huge shopping center next door. Breakfast had good selection, not huge, but adequate. Would def recommend this hotel. Would have appreciated a couple of English speaking channels on TV. Signage how to walk from the airport to the hotel missing. Hard to find the underground passage. A lot of people probably stay in the hotel due to approximity to the airport, but very few people would find it easy to find the walk way. |

There was no slipper at the room which you need to have I believe. Also, for the TV channels you should add a sport channel at least Eurosport. Moreover it would be better if you put scales in rooms as well. |
