No help with luggage, no electric kettle in room, very small bathroom and room, could have paid 50 euros more for Rome Cavalieri don't know why I chose this hotel. Very old and bad hotel. The hotel 21 is a far better choice next door if location is a constraint.
Free wifi - breakfast is decent
Sleep quality, breakfast
Difficult to heat room in April evenings.
Location and breakfast
no kettle or tea making faciliyy in rooms
The breakfast, the comfort of the bed and a big bathroom!
The only think I can complain about is that they charge you with an tax that increases the price a 10%. They should include that in the booking price.
Room was too hot and a bit cramped. Front desk not to interested in booking or helping with tours.
Good location, great breakfast nice bathroom
Superb location, away from the crowds however close to all major attractions.
Not so clean as was expected.
The location was good. It was possible to visit all the atractions in Rome by foot. The food was very good. Croissants at breakfast were delicious.
We enjoyed this hotel
room's , food, bed, hotel is old and not that clean
Staff and location
I stayed in a Standard room, which looked really old, the furniture was old, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom amenities were outdated. All in one, I did not have the impression of staying in a 4 star hotel.
Although it is not very centrally located, the area around the hotel is really nice and safe. Corso avenue is 10 minutes walk away.
Free WiFi is a ripoff because it is limited in speed and size of download per day. If you want full speed and unlimited download, you will need to pay additional 10e per day
Location, buffet breakfast and staff is very helpful
the bathroom was very old
the location the big room the breakfast
The ironig free facility is old
Location Staff are friendly
It is an ideal functional hotel - often filled by airline staff. OK for a few days, rooms quite small and bathrooms look quite dated.
The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to major sites but also to the Lepanto tube. The breakfast was very good and kept us going on our long days of site seeing.
The breakfast does not include vegetables. Not all staff speak in English, but they were very helpful.
The breakfast is rich, the location is near the vatican and the Metro. Free toiletries was excellent.
The door card didn't work and need go to front few times to resolve this problem. Maybe time to upgrade the door key system.
I like the safety box I. The too using credit card as security number for lock code.
I like everything. I miss a terrace bar on rooftop with city views...
Staff helpful. Clean. Very good breakfast. Bed. Very close to city center. Quite neighbourhood with a few night bars. Taxi service was amazingly efficient.
Staff was a bit rude.
WiFi: The "free" WiFi is a ripoff!!! It is limited by speed and downloads per day. To have real WiFI you must pay about 10 Euro per day.
Location: It is in the center or Rome and it is walking distance from great shops, restaurants and historical sites
beds are hard, not that great of comfort. for sleep. I did read about bed bugs before I stayed, Im not sure but I do believe that the place needs a real fumigation as I had bites of some sorts on me every day.very unpleasant. As for the staff they seemed overwhelmed with rushing as they seemed short staffed. HOwever the one desk staff really was unpleasant to deal with, very rude, grumpy and if she cracked a smile here whole face and body would have broken, she was just a completely rude in her manner and the way she spoke, also to the Italians that she spoke with.
Location great, minuets of walking to Metro and Piazza Del Popolo and all of the Tourist sites. For Business traveler like myself it is a great location it has really good facilities and away from the noise of traffic. Excellant breakfast, one of the best I have seen in the many hotels I have stayed at. room service menu is average. Some of the desk staff were very nice except one. The wait staff were very accomodating
the cleaning was not so thorough
great breakfast, good location and nice staff
Comfortable and good location
