free internet, location 1) website says 24 hrs room service instead bar and room service close at midnight. 2) they did not put a shower cap in the bathrom in the second day of my stay, and also thy did nto put a new shower gerl "bottle" for the second day. usually in these type of hotels you get these things "changed7restocked" daily. |

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, the hotel has a view of the cathedral and just around the corner you will find a roman gate, a huge market and many other things worth visiting. The hotel offers secure parking, which is very valuable in a city where 50% of the cars are dented, scratched or both. The hotel is quite new and has been maintained very well. The rooms have climate control, but this does not work very well. We had to move rooms when the climate control stopped working altogether. The climate control in the second room did not reach the desired temperature or anything close to it. |

The most I liked about the hotel is that its design is in harmony with its surrounding:By being in front of bric ruins and designing its main building with bric reflects hypersensitivity and peace. Its location is perfect, in walking distance of everything. The moroccan Hamam is a blessing after a tiring day. I did not like the breakfast buffet. I thought it was of not so good quality and not enough variety. The smoked salmon was uneatable. |

Breakfast was ok, rooms clean and a very nice lobby, location very good Colours in the (bath)room were a bit 'dead'. Info about breakfast and internet we had to ask ourself |

Great location, modern, good facilities and also nice athmosphere. Very nice + kind staff. I'd suggest to include coffee + tea bags in the rooms. |

I stayed on the top floor of the hotel. The location is exposes to weather conditions, hence, during winter, the room was cold and did not warm up despite having the thermostat on maximum. Worse was the shower. I had hot water for a maximum of 3 minutes. |

Excellent location, just in the heart of the city. Good for visitors by car, since there is a dedicated parking place underground. Modern but very elegantly designed building. the room is spacious and clean. The rate could be higher in high season, but it is woth for that! |

Excellent location in the center of the city, private parking, good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice 'rain' shower. The cappuccino was the worst ever tasted in Italy. The baby cot's mattress was either inexistent and very uncomfortable. |

Die Zimmer sind absolut stylish und gross. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet sieht schon fürs Auge schön aus. Einfach ein top Hotel mit super Lage. |

Ho apprezzato la collocazione (facilità con cui lo si raggiunge e la prossimità al centro); l'ampiezza e le caratteristiche della camera; l'ordine e la pulizia; la professionalità dello staff un piccolo suggerimento per il comfort: invece di mettere a disposizione due cuscini piuttosto alti per il letto, perché non metterne due di spessore diverso (uno dei quali più basso)? |

Struttura moderna e luminosa; Silenziosità e Pulizia delle camere; Parcheggio coperto a pagamento; Ubicazione hotel centrale; Disponibilità del personale per richieste extra (per es. Tenere l'auto in garage l'ultimo giorno oltre l'orario previsto di partenza senza pagare supplementi, chiamare taxi, ecc..) Avrei gradito una colazione più internazionale, seppur già di per se ottima. Difficile giungere in auto davanti all'hotel a causa della vicinanza con la ztl. |
