Very clean, functional design, comfortable room, quiet, great view, breakfast. Front desk staff were very helpful, restaurant recommendations great. It is quite an expensive hotel, 215 euros per night is over the top, 150 would have been OK.

Location, hotel design, staff, and breakfast If anything, the noise of the air conditioning, and that it went on automatically to full power when I was not in the room.

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were the best we've had in Italy. The main lobby of the hotel did not do the place justice. The rooms were far more lovely than the exterior and lobby would suggest.

Our room was very comfortable with plenty of room. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Staff at the desk were particularly helpful even when it was v busy. Facilities were good too. As soon as you entered our room, the air conditioning seemed to be set at a default 24 degrees which was too hot for us. We had to switch it off. Also there wS no green tea at breakfast unfortunately.

We liked everything about the hotel. Evening food suggested by menu was excellent. The Hotel has got a good cook. Since we've been in January and did not like to go late to the city, we stayed at the hotel for evening meal, and were not dissapointed. The Hotel is very clean and has good modern design and facilities inside the room. Location is good as well - near Main Cathedral of the city and King Castle. Can not name a thing.

Reception staff, breakfast staff, functional design, parking, great for teatro regio opera house, hotel is a lovely historical building refurb, easy to find just take Via Giulio Cesare all the way from the highway exit called 'Centro' to the hotel (next to the Palatine gate). Lots of honest little restaurants in the historical area around the hotel. Turinese appear dour but are polite and charming. Designer bath fittings a bit aggressive if you fall (bath floor is slightly soapy sloped) so if you are an older showerer place a small towel on the bath floor to get grip. Otherwise showers are great.
