Location, design, comfort in general, availability of wifi also in the rooms, parking facilities, quality and quantity of breakfast. The staff was particularly friendly. In hotels of this category one expects people at the reception to smile a little more and be helpful. At the arrival, I was told there were problems with my booking, no room was available for me and I should have gone to another hotel of the same chain, less conveniently located. Since I had called by phone the day before to check that everything was ok, and was assured of that, I strongly complained at the desk and, finally, a room for me was found there, without the need to move elsewhere. This kind of situation, right at the arrival, spoils the pleasure of the stay and puts a guest in a bad mood. Notwithstanding the great facilities, given the attitude of the staff, I would not recommend this hotel. |

Modern rooms, good breakfast, good location. No bath in room and parking was not explained well. Nearly missed our flight because parking machine only accepted EUR 20 note and staff wouldn't exchange a 50. |

The hotels' position was excellent. There were a number of things that were unsatisfactory about this hotel including the lack of facilities (eg the restaurant was not open on the weekend), but the main one was the poor service provided by the hotel staff. Hotel staff have almost no idea about customer service including simple politeness such as looking at someone when talking to them. I would not stay here again. |

Very convenient central to all city features. Hotel staff were extremly helpful. Hotel well worth its rating. Public car park but reserved section for hotel guests. Excllent breakfast - best we've had since our holiday began 12 days ago. |

great location : close to historic centre, shopping area, new area with trendy bar & restaurants, very comfortable rooms & bathroom, very interesting weekend rates with such a nice outside courtyard breakfast was only served inside although we had a room first floor street side we had almost no streetnoise but if you want absolute silence ask for higher up or facing inside |

free internet, location 1) website says 24 hrs room service instead bar and room service close at midnight. 2) they did not put a shower cap in the bathrom in the second day of my stay, and also thy did nto put a new shower gerl "bottle" for the second day. usually in these type of hotels you get these things "changed7restocked" daily. |

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, the hotel has a view of the cathedral and just around the corner you will find a roman gate, a huge market and many other things worth visiting. The hotel offers secure parking, which is very valuable in a city where 50% of the cars are dented, scratched or both. The hotel is quite new and has been maintained very well. The rooms have climate control, but this does not work very well. We had to move rooms when the climate control stopped working altogether. The climate control in the second room did not reach the desired temperature or anything close to it. |

The most I liked about the hotel is that its design is in harmony with its surrounding:By being in front of bric ruins and designing its main building with bric reflects hypersensitivity and peace. Its location is perfect, in walking distance of everything. The moroccan Hamam is a blessing after a tiring day. I did not like the breakfast buffet. I thought it was of not so good quality and not enough variety. The smoked salmon was uneatable. |

I stayed on the top floor of the hotel. The location is exposes to weather conditions, hence, during winter, the room was cold and did not warm up despite having the thermostat on maximum. Worse was the shower. I had hot water for a maximum of 3 minutes. |

Excellent location, just in the heart of the city. Good for visitors by car, since there is a dedicated parking place underground. Modern but very elegantly designed building. the room is spacious and clean. The rate could be higher in high season, but it is woth for that! |
