The location of this hotel is in a walking distance to the port which was the purpose of the trip. So we walked with our lugguges to the cruise ship no taxi necessary. It is a very clean. The personnel very helpful. The breakfast was good. It is in the downtown of old Savonna.

Fantastic hotel! Rooms were very spacious modern, functional -absolutely great everything you needed and more. Great breakfast to start the day. Great staff- friendly,helpful professional. We will be back!

When we stayed there before and after our cruise trip, they put us in a room with the a/c not working. We told Front Desk about this. On our first complaint, they told us several excuse (I.E. the sun rays hitting the room, it should cool off by night, will check if they have any vacant rooms, etc). After going back again and complaining that the room a/c is still not working, they moved us to a junior suite room with a working a/c and balcony.

As I mentioned earlier, everytime we complain the first time that an a/c is not working, it seems like Front Desk is giving us excuses first before solving the problem. One of the personnel even said, the room should cool off by night. Then another said, the a/c is turned off in the whole building. We tried to see if it will be comfortable for us (or if it will cool off as they say) but because I have a 2 year old son and he's cheeks have been turning scarlet red due to the heat in the room, I had to go down and complain to fd again. This time, they moved us to a new room..--and the a/c is working and it is on.

Location! Very useful to stay before/after Costa's cruises.

the location was great for day trips and shopping around Savona and it was extremely quiet.

We found that the room was not as clean as we would have liked. The curtains and outdoor furniture was quite dirty and even it was no smoking our balcony had a number of cigarette butts in the corner - it had not been cleaned before our arrival

Great location for the cruise line port and close to the town to shop before embarking.

The bar was never open and when we ordered drinks via the reception to drink in the bar area, it took half an hour between ordering and the drinks arriving. Then on the second order, having only had 5 bottles of a particular beer, the hotel had ran out and we had to change to cans.

1. Die vorteilhafte Lage am Cruise Terminal, den wir am Tag unserer Einschiffung zu einer Kreuzfahrt in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen konnten, da der Eingang direkt gegenüber dem Hotel ist. 2. Dass das gebuchte Zimmer bereits vor 12.00 Uhr bezugsbereit war.

Die unterschiedlichen Leistungen des Restaurants: - sehr korrektes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet - die dürftige Speisekarte zum Abendessen verleitet eher dazu ausserhalb des Hotels zu speisen, deshalb haben wir es bei dem einen, eher lieblos servierten Essen im Hotel bleiben lassen

Goed hotel als aanloop voor cruises van Costa. Gelegen vlakbij de terminal van deze maatschappij. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers zijn net en mooi.

Sommige mensen van het personeel blijken niet met volle ambitie te werken. Het gevolg is dat er fouten gebeuren en dat het buffet niet tijdig wordt aangevuld.
