Fantastic hotel! Rooms were very spacious modern, functional -absolutely great everything you needed and more. Great breakfast to start the day. Great staff- friendly,helpful professional. We will be back!

When we stayed there before and after our cruise trip, they put us in a room with the a/c not working. We told Front Desk about this. On our first complaint, they told us several excuse (I.E. the sun rays hitting the room, it should cool off by night, will check if they have any vacant rooms, etc). After going back again and complaining that the room a/c is still not working, they moved us to a junior suite room with a working a/c and balcony. As I mentioned earlier, everytime we complain the first time that an a/c is not working, it seems like Front Desk is giving us excuses first before solving the problem. One of the personnel even said, the room should cool off by night. Then another said, the a/c is turned off in the whole building. We tried to see if it will be comfortable for us (or if it will cool off as they say) but because I have a 2 year old son and he's cheeks have been turning scarlet red due to the heat in the room, I had to go down and complain to fd again. This time, they moved us to a new room..--and the a/c is working and it is on.

Staff are very helpful indeed and the location is good, with some nice restaurants within walking distance. Savona is increasingly important as a port operation and this hotel sits right in the heart of that and a stone's throw from the Costa terminal. It is still poorly signposted and therefore tricky to find, especially in the dark. I suggest the hotel try and get a signboard out on the main access roads.

the location was great for day trips and shopping around Savona and it was extremely quiet. We found that the room was not as clean as we would have liked. The curtains and outdoor furniture was quite dirty and even it was no smoking our balcony had a number of cigarette butts in the corner - it had not been cleaned before our arrival

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was located in a beautiful marina with many restaurants nearby. The bathroom was perfect. The breakfast was good. The paint on the walls and furniture felt old and a little dirty. Outside the hotel there was a restaurant/bar that played very loud live music until 11 pm. I asked for new batteries for the remote control but never got any. There was no wifi in the room, just a cable.

Nice room, welcoming bathroom. Fair breakfast. No WiFi in room. Only slow 30 minutes limited WiFi in lobby.

Staff was very professional. Although we did not care for the city of Savona, the hotel was fine. The hallway and room were very musty smelling. I believe the lack of air circulation is an issue. Also, it was not possible to lower the air conditioning below 24 C., which is very warm for us. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Great location for the cruise line port and close to the town to shop before embarking. The bar was never open and when we ordered drinks via the reception to drink in the bar area, it took half an hour between ordering and the drinks arriving. Then on the second order, having only had 5 bottles of a particular beer, the hotel had ran out and we had to change to cans.

The fact that the hotel was brand new. The area with nice small restaurants. Cleanliness of the room. They only have a few parking lots marked "NH" in the underground garage, which is laughable. Guests are not allowed to park on any other lots and the hotel staff criticizes them for that immediately. The hotel lacks a proper bar.

Location is convenient to find a restaurant in the evening, Impossible to open windows in the bedroom, temperature too high and impossible to adjust, and no wireless in the rooms (only in the lobby, and too expensive). A hotel without wireless internet in rooms is not acceptable anymore!

The location was perfect for the Costa Cruise we took. Very new and modern! Would have liked to have had a shuttle to use from the train station instead of paying for a 15euro taxi that was way over priced for the distance.
